Ordered flowers online for mothers day, paid $75 and got this very small bouquet in a vase. The flowers were nice but I can't stand when florists do this. If I walked into the store and ordered $75 worth of flowers the bouquet would be massive. it's like when you go through the drive through and they cheap out on the fries, it's dishonest.

Flowers were bought for Valentine's day. They were very overwhelmed with the orders. So they didn't arrive in the daytime unfortunately. They arrived at night. Not a huge deal. They did call for a confirmation and the flowers arrangement was nice she said. Seemed a bit pricey for what I got. But im a guy. I don't know much about flowers.

I ordered flowers a week and a half ahead of time for Valentines Day, which is unusal for me as I am generally one of those guy's scrambling last minuite for the picked over flowers at a grocery store. I ordered online and had to call the store to get clarification as I had two orders that need to be delivered, the staff member that answered was super friendly and gave me the information I needed to complete my order. The ease of the online order to the delivery was seamless, I would highly recommend Anderson flowers to anyone.

I wanted to share a fantastic customer experience I had with Anderson Flowers. I ordered flowers via their website to be delivered on my wife's birthday, but somehow managed to select the wrong date. When I discovered my mistake, I called and the team at Anderson Flowers helped me out. They had the flowers delivered within 2 hours of when I called. The system is so easy to use, I left instructions to please call before leaving the package outside of the door for no contact delivery and they did :) She absolutely loved the arrangement and the cute little bear that came with it. TLDR: Unprofessional delivery service, didn't send the right bouquet, rude customer service, finally fixed the problem but the flowers were horrible. I called from overseas 8 days in advance to order a custom bouquet for my mother. I was told that custom orders were possible and not a problem. I was told they would call my mother on the day of delivery to make sure she was home, but wouldn't ruin the surprise. Problem 1) When they called my mother (who had no idea because this was a surprise), my mother told them when she finished work and would be home. The person organising the deliver said that the time was not convenient for them, because they had to deliver a pizza and theymade a fuss. So my mother left work early to accommodate the delivery person. I was told on the phone that an evening delivery would not be a problem on that day when I ordered 8 days in advance. Problem 2) The wrong bouquet was sent, which ruined the rest of the gift. The gift did not make sense without the context of her bouquet of favourite flowers. When I called Anderson Flowers to get the correct bouquet, I was surprised by the way I was treated. I was first given a rehearsed speech that the bouquet is not guaranteed to look like the picture online. When I corrected the person that my bouquet was in fact a custom order not found online, she became very defensive saying that it wasn't her fault. She tried to blame someone else (including me) for the mistake and said that there were no notes on her order form. When she finally acknowledged the mistake, she said that I would have to organise to give the other bouquet back to the delivery person. So I had to awkwardly call my mother, tell her to wrap up the bouquet again, and wait for a call from a delivery person where they would swap the bouquets. Hopefully they wouldn't have to deliver a pizza this time. Problem 3) The flowers that were sent were horrible. They were uneven, they looked like they were "squished" and I was embarrassed to have made my other go through the mess of exchanging them for that end result... Conclusion: I tried to make my mom happy for her birthday, but it turned to a huge ordeal. I was not impressed with the way I was treated when all I was asking for was the service I paid for and was promised. I will not be using Anderson Flowers again, and will not recommend them to anyone. And I'm sorry, but the free balloon offered with the correct bouquet doesn't make things better.

Flowers were beautiful, delivery was on time (and free!), and online ordering was fast, simple, and well organized (and offered next day delivery!). The shop came highly recommended from a family friend, and will definitely recommend it to others!

I recently ordered flowers for Mother's Day. I at first was disappointed as I felt the bouquet not to be worth the money I paid. I wrote an email of complaint, as I feel feedback is important. At 8:30 on a busy Mother's Day Sunday morning I received a wonderful email offering that the manager personally design a brand new bouquet, with guaranteed satisfaction. They offered to redeliver a brand new bouquet right away. In the meantime after I didn't see the email right away, they called my home, and Ms. Crawford continually insisted on replacing them! My father explained that the call and offer was more than enough, and I have since received another offer to send my mother replacement flowers at any given time free of charge in the future. Such wonderful customer service needs to be recognized and I for sure will recommend and order from Anderson's Flowers again. Such wonderful service is something to be valued and the offer is more than enough! I will be happy to support this business again! :) Thank you Ms. Crawford!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I ordered Valentine's Day flowers a few days before the date to be delivered. After ordering the flowers, I emailed and never received an email back. On the day of delivery, it was almost 6 PM and the flowers had still not been delivered. I called the company to ask why they had not been delivered and she said she would call me back. I never received a call back, instead they called the person I bought the flowers for, to tell her they were coming, so much for the surprise. I called to place a complaint and the lady said that was their policy to make sure someone was home. If I didn't want the flowers to be a surprise, I would have went and picked them up myself. I expected my complaint to be taken seriously. Instead, the women referred to me as "hun" and said "don't worry, it still will be a surprise". I suggest you return the emails and calls of the person paying the $100, instead of spoiling the surprise. As well as bad customer service, the flowers did not represent the picture, and we're very disappointing for the price they cost.

This is the second time I have used Anderson's Flowers and they have not disappointed! For Mother's Day, I ordered the Deluxe arrangement in a Mason Jar. I had them delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day so she could enjoy them for the whole weekend. The team at Anderson's sent me several messages during the process: putting together the arrangement, the flowers are on their way, they have been delivered. Great communication! I also added a small box of chocolates and liked that I could add a tip for the delivery person to my order. Highly recommend!

I ordered flowers online for a family funeral to be delivered directly to the visitation. I was very disappointed when I arrived to see a small bouquet of flowers. Yes they were beautiful, all flowers are, but was I ever shocked and upset! I had ordered a bouquet from another florist for a funeral in January. That bouquet was generous in size and beautiful! I expected something at least similar. I even paid more for this one! It was less than half the size of the other one. I could have easily gone to the grocery store and picked up a comparable bouquet for $20-25. I paid almost $100! I would NEVER recommend using this company. Very upset with the outcome!
