This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered flowers to be sent to the hospital of my dying grandmother. I bought a large $100 bouquet of 17 roses, and numerous lilies and carnations. Instead they sent 4 roses and 4 carnations. Not even in a bouquet. When I called to complain the owner said "I'm too busy for you. I have customers in the store." That's literally what she said. When I sent her a photo of the bouquet she sent she said she could not open it because she didn't know how to use email. Luckily she also didn't know how to process a credit card over the phone so I wasn't even charged. To call this company functional is a hilarious overstatement.

I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my brother. I took the "best" option at the higher quality and price. What my brother received looked like it was bought at the local grocery store and not a professional florist. I paid $128.00 and received about $60.00 worth in quality. The arrangement looked awful. I complained to Vincent Fleuriste and was told over the phone that the online pictures of FTD arrangements are all photo shopped. I was told that of course a regular photo of the arrangement would not look a thing like what is shown on line. I was even told that regular photos make the arrangements look ugly...really???? I will never order flowers from Vincent Fleuriste again. I was very disappointed in the lack of quality and the excuses that were given to explain it. You lost my business

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I placed an order for Mother's day one week prior to the day, only to be called on the Wednesday before Mother's day to be told their driver simply won't be driving that day. The customer service was non-existent - she literally hung up the phone on me simply because I kindly asked for a refund. I was appalled that they wouldn't deliver on Mother's day Sunday even though they had charged my credit card and on the receipt, it says "WE DELIVERY SUNDAYS!!!" - will NEVER give them my business again. The phone representative could not have been more curt and rude, absolutely no desire to work out a solution with me.

I bought online an arrangement for our friend’s anniversary and I was very disappointed with what I saw they had delivered. I paid $180 for the ‘best’ which was an arrangement full of roses and baby roses in soft colors instead they sent a small arrangement with practically all white flowers and not even one baby rose instead we had a ton of cheap asters! I realize and expect not the exact picture but in this case they didn’t even try to come even close not to mention how dishonest having to pay so much money for flowers that cost, only to have them use cheap replacements, shameful that there is not honesty or integrity.

I ordered the California Sunshine Lily bouquet for a get well soon surprise for my parents mainly because I wanted a bright arrangement that both my Mom and Dad would appreciate. So the colors red, orange and yellow were key. When my mother called me to thank her for the surprise of pink lilies, I was confused- after calling the store I was later informed that they didn't have any red or orange lillies so their default was pink. Had I been called or informed of this before delivery, I would have chosen a different bouquet all together. I am disappointed that there was no communication- the lilies are still nice- just not what i paid for. And in response to the following comment, switching out one colour i think is understandable, but two out of three is not. The bouquet ordered were three colours, red orange and yellow- and my parents received pink and yellow. Repeating what I said before- you would have kept my business if I had been able to change my order to something suitable for my father as well.

This company is absolutely incompetent. I ordered flowers for my aunt and they were never delivered, I had to call them FOUR times. In the end they refused to refund me even though they never delivered them. Total scam. I paid $80 for flowers. Very rude customer service!
