The lady who served me took my credit card information, tells me that the order is confirmed and that a receipt will be emailed to me. On Friday morning, no receipt in my mailbox, I called and I was told that the receipt will be sent the following Monday. Monday morning, still no receipt. While taking my messages at the office, I realize that the shop called me during the Friday at * 7:30 p.m. * (note here that the bouquet is delivered by a company with regular office hours) to tell me that the credit card was invalid. Did I give the wrong number, or did the lady write it wrong? Who knows, maybe it was my mistake. But in the end, the bouquet was never delivered. It is unacceptable that the employee told me verbally that the order was * confirmed * when she had not yet taken payment, which should have been taken by the time I was on the phone. I understand that if it was a gift, I could have gone through my transaction again this morning. But understand that a deceased person receives his service only once: now it is too late. Message to owner: Your processes need to be reviewed. If payment is taken on the day of delivery, then manage your customers' expectations and explain it, ask for the best number to call back in an emergency. Tell your employees that they need to be careful what they tell customers: an order and its receipt aren't confirmed until payment has cleared. 2 stars all the same because despite the error, the employee was friendly and professional. J'ai appelé un jeudi matin pour commander un bouquet à livrer à un salon funéraire le dimanche. La dame qui m'a servi a pris les informations de ma carte de crédit, m'indique que la commande est confirmée et qu'un reçu me sera envoyé par courriel. Le vendredi matin, aucun reçu dans ma boîte courriel, j'appelle et je me fais répondre que le reçu sera acheminé le lundi d'après. Lundi matin, toujours aucun reçu. En prenant mes messages au bureau, je réalise que la boutique m'a appelé durant le vendredi à *19h30* (notons ici que le bouquet est livré par une entreprise avec des heures de bureau régulières) pour m'indiquer que la carte de crédit était invalide. Ai-je donné le mauvais numéro, ou la dame l'a t'elle mal écrit? Qui sait, c'est peut-être mon erreur. Mais au final, le bouquet n'a jamais été livré. C'est inacceptable que l'employée m'aie dit de vive voix que la commande était *confirmée* alors qu'elle n'avais pas encore pris le paiement, qui aurait dû être pris au moment où j'étais au téléphone. Je comprends que si c'était un cadeau, j'aurais pu passer à nouveau ma transaction ce matin. Mais comprenez qu'un défunt ne reçoit son service qu'une seule fois: maintenant, il est trop tard. Message au propriétaire: Vos processus doivent être revus. Si le paiement est pris le jour de la livraison, alors gérez les attentes de vos clients et expliquez le, demandez le meilleur numéro à rappeler en cas d'urgence. Mentionnez à vos employés qu'ils doivent faire attention à ce qu'ils disent aux clients: une commande et son reçu ne sont pas confirmés tant que le paiement n'a pas été validé. 2 étoiles tout de même car malgré l'erreur, l'employée était sympathique et professionnelle. Reste que je ne ferai plus affaires avec ce fleuriste.

She saw that there were 2 kinds of daisies in the bouquet when she had precisely said that she did not want it to contain this kind of flowers. A few hours later, a gentleman whom I suspect to be the owner rings my doorbell to immediately say "So you don't like daisies ???". I stammered "Well ... the order was made by my friend as a gift for my birthday ...". He gives me the "new" flowers (NOT red gerberas) ... and asks me to give him the daisies from the 1st bouquet in exchange. I gave them to him, but I was speechless. In short, very questionable service and no concern for serving customers well. I will NEVER go to Fleuriste Fernande. My dear friend will never order flowers from this location again. (Original) Mon amie qui vit a Québec a eu la gentillesse de me faire livrer des fleurs pour mon anniversaire. Toutefois, elle a eu le malheur de commander chez Fernande Fleuriste à proximité d'où je réside. Elle a donné des instructions très précises sur les sortes de fleurs qu'elle voulait et celles qu'elle ne voulait PAS dans le bouquet. Moi j'étais tellement heureuse de recevoir des fleurs de sa part et lui au envoyé une photo du bouquet en la remerciant. Elle a vu qu'il y avait 2 sortes de marguerites dans le bouquet alors qu'elle avait précisément dit qu'elle ne voulait pas qu'il contienne cette sorte de fleurs. Elle a donc rappelé Fernande Fleuriste en demandant qu'ils corrigent leur erreur et qu'on m'envoie quelques gérberas rouges pour agrémenter le bouquet. Quelques heures plus tard, un monsieur que je soupçonne être le propriétaire sonne à ma porte pour aussitôt me dire "Alors vous n'aimez pas les marguerites???". J'ai bredouillé "Ben... la commande a été faite par mon amie en cadeau pour mon anniversaire...". Il me remet les "nouvelles" fleurs (des gérberas PAS rouges)... et me demande de lui remettre les marguerites du 1er bouquet en échange. Je les lui ai remises mais en suis restée bouche-bée. Bref, service très douteux et aucun souci de bien servir la clientèle. Je n'irai JAMAIS chez Fleuriste Fernande. M'a gentille amie ne commandera plus jamais à nouveau des fleurs à cet endroit.

Great florist, we had our daughter Alyssa's wedding last Saturday and all of the flowers were spectacular, the bouquets, corsages, and centre pieces at the reception hall and flowers at the church were all just so gorgeous. Antoinette is an amazing, warm person, she sits down with you and takes her time to go over things with you, she will respect your budget and do her best to accommodate and get you the best. The flowers were absolutely beautiful HOWEVER there was a BIG ISSUE with the delivery guy. He was told explicitly to deliver at my door. I live in a large apartment complex. Well, guess what? He left it where we pick up the mail. Worst of all, the Florist Fernande defended the driver who actually, was a very young Black guy who started pulling out the Race CARD at me, saying, "because I'm Black, you expect me to go back and get the bouquet for you?" Racism does NOT work well with me since my deceased husband was Black and left me with 3 Black chikdren!!! MOREOVER, there were 3 carnations that had started to wilt in a bouquet of over $100.00 I live far from this Florist and they said I would have to go there to change 3 flowers.
