I suggest that you do not order from them, I will never reorder from Bloomex. I have placed an order for same day delivery, paying an extra fee to do so. The order was picked up that day, around 4:15 PM and delivered the next day, the flowers stayed in a Purolator warehouse fpr the night. Also, the tracking number you sent me by email was the wrong one, showing someone else's order bying delivered in another city. I contacted the live help and was offered store credit, which is unbelievable because I paid extra for a service that I did not receive, the minimum would have been to offer me a refund over that extra charge. So yeah, I have absolutely no trust that company.

They arrived in a beautiful box, very fresh and beautifully arranged, ready to be put in a vase. I then used Bloomex again to send a sympathy arrangement when a friend passed away. The family told me the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I am now using them again to send another friend flowers and will continue to use them and recommend the company to my friends. The website was very easy to navigate. There were a variety of upgrade options to help create the ideal flower arrangement. I am excited to see the final arrangement arrive with my friends. EDIT: After paying for the deluxe bouquet option in the Enchanted Cottage collection I can't help but be super disappointed in the arrangement that arrived to my friends. The arrangement shows a variety of roses and it is well placed together, the bouquet that arrived has 2 roses. :( Half of it seems to be missing and the bits that arrived are over pruned and the flowers are poor condition. It was a gift to congratulate my friend on her engagement and I'm embarrassed about the product that arrived. I could have arranged something nicer from a supermarket for half the price. When I attempted to call customer service it gives two options, 1 allows you to order and 2 allows you to discuss an existing order. I waited on hold on option 2 to reach a voicemail option and I look forward to hearing from someone soon. I called back and selected option 1 before I could finish explaining the predicament to the woman who answered I was placed on hold before the call disconnected. I'm not impressed. I'm embarrassed and ashamed of what should have been a beautiful gift. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I'm so disappointed.

Update: Customer Service from Bloomex contacted me and offered to re-send the order with fresh flowers free of charge. The new order arrived sooner than I expected and much much better and prettier than the original order. I changed my review to 4 stars because I am satisfied with the support and the quality of the new flowers. I would definitely order again from them in the future. I don't give 5 stars only because of the issue with the 1st order. Original Review: I do not recommend this store at all. I feel cheated. I paid $ 92 for some roses that do not correspond to what they show on the website. I paid extra to get "better quality" and they sent very low quality flowers. I can't imagine what they will send if you don't pay for the "premium".

Worst experience ordering flowers ever. Bouquet received was much smaller then what was advertised. Balloon was deflated. The tracking number I was given was not even for my order so I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with Purolator tracking the wrong package . When I called back and got the right tracking number I saw that bloomex changed the delivery town so my package was delivered to the next town over with the same address. So I had to drive 20 minutes to get my package. Absolutely terrible. Never again . I recommend avoiding !

I have used Bloomex 6 times now. Generally, because the quality of flower received was in the past pretty good. That being said, on order 2, I paid to have them delivered on Sunday from 12pm-5pm. On Sunday evening around 6pm, a notification was sent to me saying the order was delivered when it clearly wasn't. When I reached out to Bloomex, I was told an "error" was made and it would be rectified Monday. Monday, when they delivered my order, they delivered a complete different bouquet from the order placed. I had to complain and show them pictures to have it refunded. I chalked it up to mistakes happen. On order 3, day of my engagement, I paid express shipping to have a large order sent between 9am-12pm. That order arrived something like 8pm, despite, you guessed it... being sent a confirmation that the flowers were delivered around 1pm. On order 5, day of my wedding, paid express shipping to have flowers delivered between 9am-12pm. That order arrived so late that when people left to attend the wedding at 5pm, it still wasn't there. The bride's family came back at nearly midnight to find these flower sitting outside sitting in the snow, who knows for how many hours. Do you know what Bloomex offered me, a 5$ refund to make up the difference between express shipping and all-day shipping. That brings us to order 6, one year wedding anniversary. I place an order for 3 dozen WHITE roses. Bloomex accepts that order and without letting me know, delivers me, not even 3 dozen, but 34 RED roses. I complain, Bloomex offers me, a 20$ store credit on my next purchase. There is zero accountability on their part. 4 out 6 orders have been completely screwed up. They are a company that just delivers whenever and whatever they want, without checking with the customer first. If you can't meet the customer's demands, simply let them know beforehand or cancel order. What's worse, is that their email address is wecare...

The principle of this service is great, send flowers to and from anywhere in Canada however the customer service itself is questionable. I sent a sympathy bouquet to a friend and it was completely different from what was advertised. Now i understand availability can differ depending on the season and such but this was a whole other arrangement then what i wanted. I sent an email and got a generic response stating the floral arrangement was per the company guidelines and that since i had purchased a bouquet that happened to be on sale (i did pay an extra fee to "upgrade" said bouquet) it was a florist's choice type deal...had i known i would have chosen a bouquet that wasn't on sale...the bouquet was supposed to be all white with roses and lilies but instead a bouquet of mostly eyelets, tired looking roses and other yellow flowers was sent. I mean, i could have sent someone to the grocery store to pick up a bouquet at the grocery store for a fraction of the price and at least i would have gotten what i paid for. So if you don't mind paying for grocery store quality flowers at a florist rate along with shipping fees, then Bloomex is for you my friend!

Very bad service. My parents sent us a basket for our wedding December 28th, it was supposed to be delivered December 27th in the morning. We were delivered a Christmas basket in the afternoon of December 24th. Of course it absolutely does NOT match their request, and the price too is most certainly way cheaper. Check the pictures... And the guy who came was rude and just handed me the box like a bag of garbage. We are very disappointed, and we don't recommend Bloomex when you need something important. 05/Jan./2021 UPDATE: Yesterday we were delivered a large basket that was way more appropriate for a wedding, after our parents' complaint. Let's say it was meant to celebrate our first week!

Worst experience, my order was not the same..ordered a supersized bouquet with a hand blown vase! I got 5 roses not the colour I wanted and no lilys and other flowers advertised on the website. In addition, a dollarama vase. Wow, this is the worst experience I've had with a shop. I place an order for a white bouquet because my best friend just passed away. I even told them to, it's a death case so no red, yellow or color, JUST a white bouquet as it is shown on the website. Instead she received a Yellow and Orange bouquet. I was in shock and called them to know what will they do about it. They said they will send her another bouquet in two days max. Two days passed and when I called, no bouquet was sent and the woman on the phone told me there was any note to resend a new white bouquet. At this point, I was super upset and asked to talk to a manager but they wouldn't let me. I asked when the new one will be delivered but she couldn't zanswer and said within a week. Do no waste your time nor money on this company, it's not worth it!!!!

For those who are wondering about their delivery service: I have called, left a message, chatted with a robot and then eventually a person on your Live chat, and sent two emails. I recently ordered something for my Dad who recently had surgery for advanced cancer on Monday. I placed the order Thursday am with chosen delivery for Friday. Thinking I gave 'extra' time to ensure delivery. My parents having been home all day and by the phone - there was no delivery, there was nothing 'missed' and there was no, as the website states, 'Acts of God' that would have caused no delivery.I did not receive a call or text giving any updates or rationale. After spending a good portion of my evening trying to call your toll free line, dealing with a 'robot' online the only explanation I received was: 'I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the expected delivery date is now 4 days later.' Pardon? When asked for a refund, or even a next day delivery and I received the same go around. I understand if something has been mistaken or if you are running late but the lack of professionalism and customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. I trust this will be read, heard and action taken. ***August 3 - 5 days later and customer service finally returns an email and this is their response: 'Dear Sarah, Thank you for your request. We apologize for the delay in receiving your order. While we did our best to meet each delivery request some delays may happen due to more than a large normal order volume during the busy season. We were under high pressure due to a combination of high volume, challenging supply, and health restrictions for our production and delivery process during the pandemic time. As a token of appreciation we can issue $15 in-store credit on your account. We sincerely thank you for your order and we will be pleased to serve you soon again.' They do not take ownership and they do not provide a refund when it was their responsibility, nor an 'Act of God' (read policies online which clearly outline this). Bloomex claims to offer a store credit but a. it does not happen and b. given their lack of communication, they still refuse to refund. Why would someone chose this delivery service again?

NOBODY speaks or understand french . When the flowers finally arrive at destination, they were disgusting. NOT FRESH at all! I also ask for especially a bouquet without yellow. The half of the bouquet was yellow! They say it's 24/7, it a big lie. After all that situation, don't even ask for a refund, they will not issue no refund at all! WORST service of my life. Ordered the birthday bundle with an extra mini Mylar balloon. While the bouquet send was beautiful, it wasn't anything like the photo shown on their website. Also did not come with the vase, they claimed to say that it is not included, although only some of their arrangements show that the vase is not included. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Just look at the picture they advertise vs what I've received. Mind you, I selected the DELUXE bouquet!!! All the flowers are small and in VERY POOR QUALITY, also none of the lilies have bloomed! I also paid extra for a birthday balloon, birthday card and rustic wrapping and I received a tiny half-deflated balloon, a flimsy birthday card made out of cheap cardboard with my message STAPLED to it. It is a scam, just look at the facebook group called "the biggest scam in Canada: Bloomex" and see for yourself. I recommend shopping at a local small-owned florist, because Bloomex's prices don't justify their products. Also, they do not do refunds for these subpar products, they only offer store credit.

My mom was surprised and pleased with her flower delivery last year so have done it again this year. My only complaint last year was that I had specifically arranged for delivery on a certain day and they delivered it 2 days early. It totally threw me. It also didn't look anything like what I ordered but I was going for the special cup they put in the photo online and they didn't send it in that. BUT the flowers pleased her and the system is easy to use. It's her happiness that matters most.

The flowers were in transit all day yesterday and then this morning I received an email saying that it is out for delivery, which is a day later. My friend received her flowers. Shameful service from this company! Avoid at all costs! Attached you will find the bouquet we ordered vs the bouquet we received. Unless my eyes deceive me, not what we paid a pretty penny for. To top it off, when I reached out to them, they wrote back saying the bouquet delivered was within its norms. No one willing to listen to us, including a complaint to the CEO. So this is a $62 birthday bouquet. Dead flowers, it does not look at all like what I ordered and they sent chrysanthemums, funeral flowers for a birthday bouquet. It was my wife’s birthday, I wrote her a beautiful note, which was just printed behind a 15% off coupon. Very bad experience with Bloomex. 0 customer service. I called at least twice since yesterday. I was asked to leave a voicemail and nobody got back to me since yesterday. You can't even contact them by email. I received the flowers (on Valentine's Day) in a very bad condition. The flowers were almost dead and there were almost no flowers. I found the box in the driveway. Although I was at home all day yesterday, nobody rang the door. Anybody could've stolen the box. Don't waste your money and buy flowers on their website.

I did a big order on Feb. 2, 2022 to be shipped on Feb. 14, 2022 (Flowers, card, teddy bear, etc.) with express delivery and they shipped only one item. I try to call several times Bloomex phone call to have an answer, but the automatic answer machine cuts the call every time i try to spoke with an agent (in both option EN & FR) Also, I try to reach Bloomex by chat on their website, whoever, the service was even worst. They take too much time to answer or they just don't do it. I had to call the shipper to have answers by my onw and they told me the package was issued to be delivered the next day (Feb. 15, 2022) I was buying flowers often with Bloomex, without any issues until now and I'm really dissapointed with the costumer service at this time. Better to contact local stores if you want to receive your stuff at time for the price.

Overcharged me for delivery and didn't receive glass vase ordered. Update: Their website offers $15 delivery but charged me $20 for 2 orders. So they overcharged me $10 due to a website error. Update 2: They refuse to refund me for the vase I never received. They claim it was sent and refuse to believe it wasn't delivered. I bought over $120 of flowers but they refuse to refund me on the $15 vase I didn't receive. It's theft. Final Update: They refunded me the charge for the vase, after numerous emails. Having to fight for money that is owed is horrible customer service in this day and age. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

WARNING!!! STAY AWAY!!! Through Florist.ca Montreal we placed a order for a card, a teddy bear and a balloon, all in matching colors. The flowers were on sale, but I ordered the "deluxe" which had a 5 or 6 CAD extra fee.The last picture is what we thought my 11 year old niece will get for her birthday. The first ones are what she got (the card and the teddy were ok). The flowers looked sad. They were withered like they were taken of a grave in a cemetery: No bow, not purple, not pink, They were wrapped in cheap plastic bags as yiu can see in the photos. Of course, I wrote an email and sure enough they asked ne to send them the photos, which I did, not expecting much after the initial experience as a first time customer. The reply was stunning. They claimed they can't see any problems with the flowers and that the bow and matching colors ballon were dismissed in the same cheeky way. I told them to wash their eyes before looking at the pictures, and that I hope that they will go bankrupt soon as they put disappointment on a child's face in her birthday and made us look cheap and stupid, finally managing to insult our intelligence and laugh in our face with that corporate plastic smile. Literal scammers. They sent me a small bouquet of dead flowers, and not even the correct dead flowers. The picture attached is allegedly their supersized bouquet. As well, they included their cheap vase rather than the hand blown one I ordered, and to top it all off the "card" message is actually a 15% off flyer with your message printed on the back. It feels as cheap as it is tacky. "Happy birthday honey! Here's a flyer for 15% off!" After emailing them to request a refund, I received an automated message that I would be contacted in 24 hours. 48 hours later I contact their live chat which went nowhere, I've attached the transcript. Finally, I called their customer service line. This is where it got fun because I was informed that they do not offer refunds and that I accepted that when I finalized my purchase. HOWEVER if you actually read the policy on their website, they absolutely offer a refund (Because its the law) and they have hidden the clause in the Product Replacement section of the policy. After letting them know I have actually read the policy and still want my refund I was FINALLY told I would be sent a label to ship their garbage back. But that does mean I was lied to initially, when told they don't offer refunds. They are actively lying to customers. Stay far away. If you're looking for flowers go to a local florist, don't make the mistake of shopping with Bloomex.

My order was delivered exactly as depicted in images on website, and delivered on the date requested. I've used this site numerous times, as I've never encountered any problems. Edit: we finally encountered a problem with an order. The issue was caused by whichever local florist was chosen to create our bouquet. The response from Bloomex was outstanding - our jaws actually dropped when the recipient showed us how Bloomex addressed the issues with the order. REVISION: My wife received flowers and there was no vase as shown in the pictures, the flowers were delivered a day earlier and they substituted the truffle chocolates for Ice wine chocolates. Throwing your money out the window is what you are doing if you place an order with BLOOMEX. what you get in return for your money is a JOKE. i received an arrangement my friends in the states had sent me and when i opened the box and what i saw i knew immediately they had gotten ripped off. it was a handful of carnations and 3 roses. i sent a picture to my friends and they were shocked and disappointed with what was sent. i wrote an email to BLOOMEX hoping they would do better but instead they responded 'arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy' and 'florist did maintain the style and color scheme'. what they are not taking accountability for is the fact the what you get is total highway robbery. AVOID using this company at all costs.

I ordered flowers for secretary's day 2020 since most local flower shops were closed. However, I was very unsatisfied with my experience with Bloomex. I was sent flowers that were entirely different from the ones in the picture... the flowers were also of terrible quality. I had asked to "super size" TWO bouquets (the images show the ones I ordered vs. the ones I received) which came to a total of $107.00... the two bouquets were not nearly as nice as one twenty dollar bouquet from Loblaws (... the back up option since their customer service could not get back to us in time). The "super size" bouquets should apparently have 30% more flowers than the ones in the picture on the website, which was not the case. I understand that we are currently in a pandemic, however, someone was readily available to place an order with me upon calling the Bloomex phone number - who might I add, refused to help me with the issue as they were not "customer service". I also reached out to the Quebec phone number for Bloomex, to which the person answering the phone was entirely useless and could not care less about the issue and did not want to help find a solution... very bad customer service. It is unfortunate since the delivery time and the easiness to order things from Bloomex is remarkable... everything else however was extremely disappointing since the images are not reflective of what was received both in size and appearance. Very disappointing!

I'd like to start by saying that I would absolutely give this company a 0-star rating if it were possible. I ordered flower for my mother's birthday and chose next-day delivery. Because the flower were on sale, I even paid extra to get the deluxe bouquet with extra flowers. Come the next day, no delivery was made. I was able to obtain a tracking number from customer service, who were very unprofessional in their interaction through the online chat. The bouquet had been returned to the courier's facility for delivery the next day. I contacted the courier directly and expressed my disappointment. Understandably, it is not their fault, as they do not in fact guarantee a specific delivery date, despite what Bloomex will have you believe. When the flowers were finally delivered late afternoon the next day, they were already brown and wilted. The sponge that was supposed to keep them hydrated was completely dry (see attached photos). It is near impossible to reach customer service, and when I finally managed to reach them, they add insult to injury by offering a measly 15% discount on your next purchase. I can guarantee there will not be a next purchase. I have initiated a charge dispute with my credit card and fully intend to get my money back.

Wow, this is the worst experience I've had with a shop. I place an order for a white bouquet because my best friend just passed away. I even told them to, it's a death case so no red, yellow or color, JUST a white bouquet as it is shown on the website. Instead she received a Yellow and Orange bouquet. I was in shock and called them to know what will they do about it. They said they will send her another bouquet in two days max. Two days passed and when I called, no bouquet was sent and the woman on the phone told me there was any note to resend a new white bouquet. At this point, I was super upset and asked to talk to a manager but they wouldn't let me. I asked when the new one will be delivered but she couldn't zanswer and said within a week. Do no waste your time nor money on this company, it's not worth it!!!!

I placed an order for my mother's birthday and the bouquet looked nothing like what was in the picture. I filled out the survey that they email you after your purchase - no feedback. I emailed their customer service directly - no feedback. On top of that, I had once ordered a sympathy bouquet for a friend and paid extra for next morning delivery. The next day, I get a call from Bloomex saying that they hadn't checked properly and now the bouquet will arrive in a week instead. I did get to cancel that order but was left scrambling to find another florist to help me out with such short notice. Two very disappointing experiences.

First, all the amazing flowers, deals and ad photos are captivating (5 Stars). From here on, it went downhill, trying to order the day prior, their website kept crashing and lagging out while trying to pay and finish your order (3 Stars). I pay almost $20 extra for early morning shipping for my wife’s wedding Anniversary: in order to surprise her at her work. Price is reasonable. Problem is the next day nothing arrives before or by noon? I waited until 13:30 to call their toll free number, but it hangs up on two separate calls lol! I finally get a live agent, Mary on the phone. She informs me, they tried to call me twice in the am. I laughed and said someone has lied to you because my phone indicates no calls this morning. Oh they tried to email you? I also said hmm no! All the emails I received from your company were auto-ads about 20% off if $10 or mor purchases lol. I was fuming because it’s our wedding anniversary and it was on the September 15. That was yesterday ????. Oh we’ll re ship it to you tomorrow because, we don’t ship to your first location. If that’s the case, why did you take my money and NOT inform me ASAP so I can make other plans of delivery? Point being they dropped the ball, big time because our wedding anniversary passed and no surprise for my wife! Horrible and very disappointing experience! Follow up note, my wife’s flowers and vase are being shipped by puralator and it’s destination is heading 3 hours the opposite direction of the real delivery lol! ???? OMG! I have used Bloomex several times over the years and have never been disappointed in the quality or the service until now. My order was a day late for a 98th birthday. I never new there was any issue until I received an email saying update and was told that the address was not in their delivery zone. It was Vernon BC not sure why it had to be delivered by FED EX. They made the decision to upgrade the order but it was a wasted since it was a fruit basket and at 98 she would not be able eat all of it. They did not contact me at all to let me know that there was an issue and would not be delivered on the day I selected. I requested a refund for the delivery charge since they missed it so badly but that has not happened. So I will not be using them again and suggest that if you do use them stay on top of your order to make sure this doesn't happen to you.

In December I placed a $97.70 order for flowers to be delivered to my brother in Brossard in appreciation of his hospitality in lodging me while I was in Montreal for our father's funeral. The flowers were delivered Dec. 22, as requested, but were left outside in the cold with no card attached. When my brother came home he discovered the flowers diminished by the subzero cold (3 out of 10 was his rating of the flower's condition). Without a card he had no idea who sent them. Through another family member I learned of the problem and on Christmas Eve called Bloomex and was advised to complain via email to We Care website. After Christmas I was told there was a Bloomex policy that complaints must be received within 24 hours. The Bloomex receptionist I spoke to on Dec. 24 failed to offer that salient detail of a deadline. I was told Bloomex could not help me. I responded to We Care Dec. 30 by asking whether it was Bloomex policy to leave flowers outside in the winter with no card from the sender and whether the company was disputing my version of events. On Jan. 7 Bloomex offered no answer but $20 off my next order. Would I be a good consumer to spend more money and risk more shoddy service from a uncaring company? Still waiting in Winnipeg, Kevin Prokosh Bloomex agreed to resend the flowers I ordered. My brother and his wife were delighted with the flowers they received so I am happy.. Thanks, Kevin Prokosh

Terrible! I chose a bouquet that looked really nice in the photo and paid extra for “upgrade” meaning a fuller bouquet. Paid more again for delivery before noon. Total came to around $70. I was at the delivery location with my family waiting for delivery. I received an email at 12:02pm saying that the flowers were delivered when so such thing happened. Called company with no answer. Delivery finally came at 3pm and the flowers were half frozen and bouquet was so small!!! Second photo is what was expected, first is bouquet on day 2 in our own vase. Such a disappointment. Don’t ever buy from here.

First time ever that I wright a review! Valentines day this year is Sunday, My order was placed for the Friday before. Lets say that this wasn't their crazy busy day! I've even placed my order 3 days ahead of time. I paid extra to have the roses delivered on a specific block time during Friday. I was unable to reach anyone by phone or their online chatting services, during 1:30 I struggled to be able to reach someone. Then finally, they told me that the manager would send me an email, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Then time passed by again and I REALLY needed those flowers ASAP. Since time was passing by, I ended up going out and purchased some roses in my local flower shop since I really needed them for my big surprised to my girlfriend! I had a very special plan planned for her and it needed to be perfect and it wasn't the same without the flowers. The flowers finally got here at 2:45 ...... that was barely an hour before my spouse ARRIVED home... UNACCEPTABLE when I paid to get them before noon. Now, once again tried to contact them and tell to them that this is unacceptable, they are unreachable. TODAY because of them, COST ME DOUBLE the amount in flowers because I couldn't bare the idea of not having flowers for my girlfriend. It has been 9 years that were together and this year I wanted to make her a special valentines day since its her first as a mother! So this is the end of my first ever review, normally bad services don't affect me so much but this one really did. THE ROSES WERE SMALL AND BARELY OPENED, poor quality for the price!!!!

I am honestly torn by my experience. Order process was very quick and delivery was done quickly and professionally. However, what I ordered and what was received was disappointing. I understand color can change due to available selection, but the picture shows little yellow flowers and some greenery mixed in, and the flowers are added/trimmed to make a nice presentation in the vase. What we got, was a bunch of rough cut flowers shoved haphazardly into a vase. ????‍♀️ I know it could have been worse, but I expected at least a little bit more care and thought considering this was not a free trial service or something like that. THE WORST COMPANY EVER. Do not order flowers from this company. Save your money. I have ordered from this company three times and each time there has been an issue. The final order, I was given a store credit for all of the issues that I had. I used my store credit today to order flowers. I paid extra to have flowers delivered to my friend for her birthday. Then I got an email stating that they wouldn't be able to deliver today (This happens every single time I order from them) I am honestly not surprised. No matter how early you schedule a flower delivery they NEVER deliver on time. They will also swap out the flowers that you pick on their website and chose half dead ones to deliver instead.

I ordered a $100 bouquet of flowers plus a vase for delivery on the 18th of January (actually paid extra for quick delivery). The flowers were delivered on the evening of the 27th, and in bad condition, which is what you'd expect given the delay. Without going into all the ups and downs and conversations along the way, the Bloomex' customer service was useless. They couldn't be reached by phone or email and their responses on their online chatline were non-committal. They refused to refund the purchase a few days after the failure to deliver and instead offered to resend or give me a credit. I opted for them to resend the purchase. I have no idea if the original order is what ultimately arrived or the resend but you can see the condition they arrived in 9 days after they were scheduled

Really bad experience with this company. Ordered flowers over the phone with someone who assured me the flowers would be delivered the same day (Thursday) before 6pm. It was my mother's birthday. At 5pm I get an email saying they can't deliver the same day anymore and that it would be delivered the next Tuesday!! (5 days later!!) I call and say that I want a refund to be able to call someone else so she gets at least her flowers the day after her birthday. They tell me that there is a $25 fee to cancel my order!! They say that they can send an email to the right department to ask if it's possible to not pay the fees but it could take 24 hours before I get an answer! So it would take too long for me to be able to call someone else for the next day. Anyway I leave it that way and decided I would wait until the Tuesday to avoid paying for the cancellation. When they delivered it, they just left it on the floor in front of the garage door! My mom was home but they didn't bother going to the main door to knock on the door or ring the bell..... Really unhappy about it and will never use this company again!

I had to ask my I’m laws if they received the “surprise” flowers I sent, they did not. This team made shopping from over 1000 miles away so Easy! I ordered mid December and was the n a huge rush. THEY knew where to take the arrangements, since I apparently have no concept that a delivery driver must need some sort of room, tower #, and the patients FIRST name, not his middle name, at the hospital for the arrangements to be delivered to the correct patient. They didn't bat a lash at my needing brain bandaids that day! Just fixed the problem, not even knowing I was in another state. They were very kind about it. The arrangements were exactly what I ordered. Full and beautiful and are still bringing joy to the hospital room. So very helpfully and just laughed with me about my errors. I 100% will use them again. In fact, calling them today to beg for help with an impromptu hospital wedding for the very same patient!

I didn’t receive any service after I called back Bloomex to complain. I left a few voicemail messages as requested for a call back which never happened. Very disappointed and upset about this whole situation. First photo the bouquet I ordered, second photo is the bouquet received. Not similar whatsoever! After sending my complaint to the customer support service the day after the delivery of the pitiful bouquet, Bloomex did follow through in rectifying the situation. A gift basket was delivered to compensate for their error and I am grateful for it despite what happened.

Straight up, do not order from this website. You will not get what you order, it will not look like the picture, they will not refund you, you will be embarrassed. The end. I know now that the website has such good reviews, because they promise a discount for your review but they ask for the review after you make your purchase but before your flowers are delivered. Basically a SCAM and should be illegal. Just don’t waste your time, money or energy with this. Here are pictures of what I ordered(called “shades of pink”) and what was received. Not 1 pink flower. Not arranged in any particular way. When I contacted the company I was told I could not be refunded because the flowers had been delivered. In this case there’s no way to know that I was getting something I didn’t order until after it was delivered. Again SCAM. They then told me when they’re sold out of flowers you order they replace them with similar ones. I would be ok with this if it resembled what I ordered but this was really shameful. Instead they tried to give me a $20 credit to the store so that I could shop with them again. Completely useless since I would never ever send someone anything from this website again.

I am editing my review because I must admit that Bloomex did a good job at remedying their initial underperformance. The recipient received a nice gift basket to compensate for the wilted and anemic flowers she received for her birthday. I cannot completely forget the utter embarrassment I felt when I saw a picture of what she had received but I must commend Bloomex for coming through with a kind gesture. My previous review: As another reviewer said, I could have bought better quality flowers at a grocery store or at a drugstore. What I ordered and what the recipient received could best be categorized as false advertising. I will keep the one star rating because the flowers were delivered on the day requested. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my soon-to-be mother-in-law and what she received was this horrible sloppy handful of flowers that looked nothing like the picture online and looks like it was made by a 10-year-old! I contacted the company, and they refuse to acknowledge the issue and told me that the florist ran out of stock, so they had to send different flowers and vase! It is very unprofessional and disappointing, and they only offered to give me 1/4 of what I paid for in store credits, as if I would place another order with them! I included pictures of what I ordered on their website vs. what was received, and you can see they don't have a single flower in common! Please save your money and find a better more professional company with better customer service and service!!

The prices are OK compared to other popular companies for flower delivery. On viewing their website, it appears that absolutely all of their flower bouquets are "on sale". I browsed all of the bouquet options and found that nothing was the regular price. This makes me suspect that they never sell anything for the "regular price" in an effort to make it appear that they're actually giving you a discount. The website is easy enough to navigate and place an order. They force you to sign-up for an account with them in order to place an order. Thus, be prepared for an onslaught of SPAM from them.

For those who are wondering about their delivery service: I have called, left a message, chatted with a robot and then eventually a person on your Live chat, and sent two emails. I recently ordered something for my Dad who recently had surgery for advanced cancer on Monday. I placed the order Thursday am with chosen delivery for Friday. Thinking I gave 'extra' time to ensure delivery. My parents having been home all day and by the phone - there was no delivery, there was nothing 'missed' and there was no, as the website states, 'Acts of God' that would have caused no delivery.I did not receive a call or text giving any updates or rationale. After spending a good portion of my evening trying to call your toll free line, dealing with a 'robot' online the only explanation I received was: 'I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the expected delivery date is now 4 days later.' Pardon? When asked for a refund, or even a next day delivery and I received the same go around. I understand if something has been mistaken or if you are running late but the lack of professionalism and customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. I trust this will be read, heard and action taken. ***August 3 - 5 days later and customer service finally returns an email and this is their response: 'Dear Sarah, Thank you for your request. We apologize for the delay in receiving your order. While we did our best to meet each delivery request some delays may happen due to more than a large normal order volume during the busy season. We were under high pressure due to a combination of high volume, challenging supply, and health restrictions for our production and delivery process during the pandemic time. As a token of appreciation we can issue $15 in-store credit on your account. We sincerely thank you for your order and we will be pleased to serve you soon again.' They do not take ownership and they do not provide a refund when it was their responsibility, nor an 'Act of God' (read policies online which clearly outline this). Bloomex claims to offer a store credit but a. it does not happen and b. given their lack of communication, they still refuse to refund. Why would someone chose this delivery service again?

Terrible! I’ve been a long-time customer and always used to recommend this company. However the flowers I ordered for my mother for Mother’s Day were already half dead when they arrived. Two days later (May 14) and most of them have died completely. I emailed with pictures and they told me that the flowers were likely just dehydrated from shipping, even though I told them the photos were from 2 days after delivery. Additionally, I paid extra to have the flowers delivered in the evening, when I knew my mother would be home. However the flowers were dropped off before noon. Thankfully she hadn’t left the house yet. But Bloomex tried to suggest that they did nothing wrong because the flowers were delivered “on time”. I’ve never been so upset. Terrible quality, unable to follow directions, and so far I’m being completely disregarded by their “customer service”. 100% will never order from them again. EDIT: After sending them more photos and again explaining the story of what happened, Bloomex offered to send the order out again for free. The flowers arrived at my mother’s within a couple of days and the bouquet was larger and of much better quality and arrangement than the one before. My mom was really happy with the second bouquet so I feel a lot better about my experience and I would order again. My one caution: maybe don’t get delivery from them on the day of the event for which you’re ordering the flowers. I think they get too overwhelmed on those days.
