Okay I will lead with this; thdy are expensive. However the knowledge, quality and genuine care you get from this business is amazing. I honestly don't know why it is called Live Love and Laugh but I have my own ideas. Live: because the store is so full of life. Love: because no matter the occasion the florists will listen to the reasoning behind the flowers and will laugh cry or be happy with you loke someone with a genuine love would have for you. Plus the amazing product they produce shows they l9ve what they do. Laugh: I've been in there a few times when there have been men buying 'im sorry' flowers and when its a funny story the staff will laugh along with them. Mind you I've made a few of them laugh myself when I tell them stories of when my green thumb turns black or how I will add a shot of Vodka to the water 3/4 through the flowers l8fe expectancy. So although they are expensive they provide not only a quality product but also customer experience.

I've been buying flowers here for many years and my wife's best friend back in Alberta has been ordering them for years for delivery on my wifes birthday. The quality of product has always been fantastic with flowers lasting typically 2 weeks and looking great right to the end. The service has also been great. For those that require delivery, they have usually had this available too. Excelent local business that we are proud to repeatedly shop at for all our flower needs!

I recently had my first experience with ordering flowers and having them delivered. After I placed the order, I received a call from an employee. She wanted to make me aware of their delivery times. I did need it delivered between certain hours - which did not coincide with the delivery company. I explained that perhaps instead I would cancel the delivery and hire a local courier. This employee went above and beyond to make this work for me. It was clear that this was an exception to their usual delivery schedule ! The delivery made it in time and they loved them. Thank you!

In my experience, they appeared a bit rusty on the service side: started showing me bouquets pretty randomly without verifying the need or preferences first, so I had to stop the assistant and say what colours, flowers, types of composition I would be interested in. Also a bit pricey for the arrangements, which I had a hard time finding an interesting one, too. Finally, I did though, and the flowers were all fresh and lasted nicely, meaning the florist must have maintained them properly!

I just need to give a HUGE shout out to Natalie and Live Love & Laugh flowers! Last Friday I needed to send some birthday flowers sent to my daughter-in-law. The situation was this – she lives in New Brunswick and was only working til 1pm that day. Of course you are aware that NB is 1 hour ahead of us, so that tightened the window to have flowers delivered to her at work! It was approx. 9 am when I call Natalie, and she listened and went right to work calling to NB to see who delivers there. Not only did she find a shop, but those flowers were delivered within 1-1/2 hours. Thanks so much! Live Love & Laugh flowers ROCKS!!!!

I spoke to a woman a couple times who was so kind and knowledgeable about which colours would go nicely with my dress, and my husband's tux. I gave her a rough idea of what I would like, and trusted her professional opinion. I'm so happy I did because they turned out beyond amazing. Another thing I really appreciated is that I was asked what my budget is. That way, flowers can be arranged beautifully in a way that fits my budget. My son was in a pinch at prom as his wrist corsage did not arrive from where he ordered, we stopped in at Live Love and Laugh, on one of there busiest days of the year, they created a fresh gorgeous corsage up for him right on the spot! She has such a wonderful personality and goes above and beyond. Needless to say i highly recommend this store. Although it has really just been Jen i have dealt with, i have been greeted by other staff members which are very friendly and helpful as well.

Ordered an adorable plant basket from them for my sister's birthday... they substituted something different as I suppose they were out of what I had ordered, which they have the right to do. However they never informed me of the substitution, and when I saw the basket arrangement I realized they had sent something MUCH smaller than what I had paid for, with a cheap looking ugly basket and really unattractive plants that I had seen nowhere on their website. I emailed them to try and sort this out, as I feel they replaced my order with something of MUCH lower value, but still charged me for a more expensive arrangement. They never even replied. I do not recommend them, as you apparently have zero idea what you will actually be receiving when you order from this store (even though their prices are very high), and they have zero customer service.

The place is nice the staff are super friendly and they have a wide selection of flowers to choose from. This is the second time I've been to this location and the first time I've had flowers delivered but I must say I was not impressed with it. I paid almost $150 (including delivery). Most times when people say they want something delivered it's meant to be a surprise they called this person 3 times before she answered and said that we have a flower arrangement for you when will you be home this effectively ruined the Surprise And all other plans I had surrounding it. When i asked about it they lied and said they didn't tell her what it was. Admittedly the lie made me mad because I know they did and I said ur a flower shop that mainly sells flowers. On the bright side they did add some extra stuff to it. Although the staff are very friendly and the place is nice I will no longer be coming back and will look at other places in the Trenton and Belleville area
