Excellent service! I ordered late at night and not only were they delivered before noon the next day, they even phoned the woman I was delivering to and brought the flowers to her work, since she wasn't home. Very pleased, would definitely use Dustin's again :)

I have used Flowers by Dustin several times throughout the pandemic. I live in Toronto but want to keep my family in Belleville smiling. What I appreciate most is that the flowers shown on the website is what you get when you pick-up. That isn't the case for most places but it is here! It gives me peace of mind selecting them. Highly recommend for three reasons. 1. I needed a special flower arrangement. They beat the other two florists in town on price. 2. Rebecca gave excellent service. 3. They are situated in historic downtown helping to revive the old downtown core.

My grandmother was admitted to hospital unexpectedly not only on her birthday, but also during Covid-19. Flowers by Dustin was INCREDIBLE from start to finish! They answered the phone right away and were so kind, offering to customize a basket for her. She picked the PERFECT items for her. They went above and beyond to agree to pick up an extra item for her and deliver it with the basket. They didn't have to, but did because they are good people. I highly recommend using Flowers by Dustin for your next order.
