I recently used Quinn and Kim’s Grower Direct to send my mom some flowers for her birthday. I moved from Saskatoon to Australia a few years ago and it is hard to be away from family and wanted to do something nice for mom. I got an email from Linda at the shop saying they were out of one of the flowers from the bouquet I had ordered. She asked if I wanted to choose another or if she should just substitute. I said I trusted her to substitute. The resulting bouquet was even more beautiful than the one I chose! I had been using random florists in Saskatoon over the years to send flowers to family but from now on I am sticking with Grower Direct! Great communication and a great result. I have always had a wonderful experience dealing with Quinn and Kim. They did a " Who Christmas tree" for my parents this year. My elderly parents were going to not put up their little Christmas tree this year and we couldn't visit because of Covid to help decorate . Quinn and Kim made such a beautiful tree that made their Christmas season. This week I turn to them again. One of my dearest friend was having their birthday and again like so many times this year we couldn't be together. I asked for a beautiful bouquet of flowers and they put so many beautiful flowers in the colours that she likes. She said it made her day. Truly blown away by the level of customer service. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to the hospital. Received a call minutes after submitting the online order letting me know that they couldn't deliver to a patient in a certain wing of the hospital and that the bouquet I selected had lilies which is also a no go with hospitals. They delayed the delivery and followed up directly with the hospital when the patient moved to a room that would accept flowers and switched out the lilies for a hospital friendly flower. I was honestly speechless that they went the extra mile (and more) on my order. You don't see this above and beyond customer service very often.

Such an amazing experience! I live abroad and ordered flowers for two of my girlfriends; I somehow ordered something that wasn't actually available and Quinn and Kim's flowers accommodated me by creating two stunning bouquets instead! The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Also, one of my friends happened to be out of town and they even delivered the flowers to her after she arrived home, without contacting me. I couldn't believe this when my friend had let me know! Anyways, such a great experience, definitely do your flower shopping here! Will be ordering more in the future. :-)

I am sad to leave a bad review for this business but I believe it necessary. My mother ordered, on Tuesday, an end of life celebration bouquet to be made for a life celebration event. When she went to pick it up on Saturday, they had completely forgotten about our order and the vase with the note of what we wanted was still sitting empty. The flowers i have ordered in the past have always been fantastic but this lack of professionalism regarding my deceased love one is unacceptable.

A dedicated team with passion for decor and floral. Was a pleasure to work with them building decor for several JUNO Awards events scheduled in Saskatoon. All floral pieces were created before our event cancellations and the final products exceeded our expectations. Even though they weren't enjoyed at the events, this incredible organization made the best of an unfortunate situation and were able to repurpose the floral decor within the community donated 100% of the $ from the arrangements to Teen Challenge Saskatchewan (non-profit working with youth struggling with addictions). For many years I've ordered flowers from Quinn and Kim's Flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day, her birthday and for Christmas and she looks forward to the arrival of these arrangements. I prefer to phone in my orders instead of doing it online and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful. Most of the time I choose arrangements I see on their website but occasionally I just have them make something up. The arrangements are always so beautiful (I see pictures when received) and they arrive when scheduled. There was only one time when there was a minor problem when a few of the flowers didn't last as long as they usually do. My mother-in-law called Quinn and Kim's not really to complain but just to let them know. My mother-in-law received a replacement arrangement the next day. She was so very pleased. This is exceptional service in my books and I would highly recommend Quinn and Kim's Flowers.

Ordered through FTD two months in advance bc I flew out of town for my wedding. These guys not only did not deliver on the day requested, they couldn't even contact me or FTD that they bailed without reason. I paid two months in advance...how much time did you need to let me know this job was not possible?!?!...I had to go through FTD to get my money back...had I not did some investigation, I wouldn't even have known they did not send anything AND kept my money. Went to select roses and was arranged something much nicer than what I ordered for the same price. Immediate service and delivery from select roses. Don't bother with these guys.

I was out of town for my wife's birthday, and like the rockstar husband that I am, forgot to send something in time. I placed my order with Quinn and Kim's on the internet, and by the time I emailed them to follow up, the flowers, balloons, etc had been delivered to my wife at work, in full view of her employees and friends so as to cover my otherwise embarrassing lack of planning in the birthday gift department. I ordered flowers for my wife for her first mothers day last week and came to the conclusion to request an all purple flower bouqet as it is her favorite color. When i spoke to an employee over the phone, they said that should be no problem at all but when i went to pick it up on mothers day, there were quite a few non purple flowers in the bouqet. Not sure if they thought all purple flowers would be too much and they made the decision to change it or ran out of purple flowers but overall I didn't get what I asked for. The wife still loved the flowers to her there is no such thing as too much purple.
