Very very happy with my experience! I had same day delivery with them and they delivered to 4 people that day! And all of receivers were very happy with the flowers. I know I can rely on them! Just put in another order for Valentines day!

I have ordered twice, both times the order did not make it to the person during that day. When it did make it, the flowers were cheap looking and not what the picture showed online. Save your time and order elsewhere!

My parents have known Lyle for a few years. So when I moved it only made sense that I would use this store for sending Mother's day flowers. I ordered the flowers ahead of time and wanted them delivered on Saturday, as the website mentioned they were closed on Sunday. My stepmother never received those flowers. There was no phone call or email to say that they weren't able to deliver them. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Edit* They did get back to me, after I called and left a message (the phone was also disconnected the first time I called), then left a 1 star review on Facebook. The e-mail was brief, apologized and said that they'd upgrade to chocolates. Then stated I should have left them time before leaving a bad review. While I appreciate them sending the flowers out today it doesn't cancel out the fact that my Mother did not get her flowers in time, they did not communicate with me and I had to phone them, and then I get an e-mail saying that I should have waited for them to fix their mistake. This is what reviews are for. You've made a mistake that wasn't rectified by your company on its own. This is what the 1 star review is for.

Had a GREAT experience with Jane's - ordered flowers to be delivered on a statutory holiday. They made it happen (presumably by the owner coming in and doing it themselves) - the person I spoke with was extremely professional and courteous. Flowers and vase set I ordered were beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If there was an option to put no stars i would choose that. So disappointed, ruined my birthday. Delivery man was the most unprofessional person to deal with. Called shop with no answer, to be texted back saying the delivery guy was trying to make delivery, only to be given the option to pick the flowers at his house from his son. Flowers were bruised and bag full of water. Not sure how they are still in business with this kind of customer service!

Ordered flowers for Mother's day to be delivered the Friday prior. By Sunday nothing had been delivered, I was not contacted, and neither was the intended recipient. I'm still not aware of the status and the store appears to be closed. Very unprofessional. I'm very unimpressed.

Everytime I have used this company the flowers lasted for at least 2 weeks but typically 3. They show you tricks on how to extend the life of the flowers. I typically send a text message with my order and pick it up from the shop a few days later. I have never been disappointed. Great flower company!

Easy to place order online but hell of a time trying to get ahold of anyone over the phone. Ordered the florist’s choice for romance (premium). Flowers are gorgeous but just expected a little more oomph for $99 + delivery and taxes. I wish I could rate 5 stars but just a little pricey. Maybe my expectations were too high but this seems to be a more basic arrangement. All the best. In reply, totally makes sense, a lot has has gone up in price. And yes, a voicemail was left.

So, here's the thing.. Whilst its very difficult to get through via telephone, they are extremely busy so keep trying and eventually they pick up. The order was placed at 10am and the flowers were delivered to my wife at 3:30pm the same day. Needless to say she was delighted by the surprise and overall, i'm very happy.

I would've been more understanding on such a busy day, but I didn't even receive an apology email. Bad service. UPDATE: The flowers arrived! I ordered an arrangement using the online shopping cart the day before I wanted delivery, I paid extra money to order an upgraded version of the original arrangement and was very disappointed that the extra money I paid did not look enhanced at all. Not only that, but other than the automated response, I received no email correspondance from them at all, to say that they had received my order and were processing it. Because it was a special occasion, I was concerned about the order, so I tried calling them, and only got a recorded answer. I then emailed them asking for a response and some communication, and they never responded to my email message either. Bottom line: I'm very disappointed in their service. Will not order from them again!

First I have to say that writing reviews is something that I do not regularly do, however when an experience is as bad as what we had, people need to know. Jane's was used to provide flowers to my wife from her BF in BC with delivery. She was at work and short of copying the text message thread, the driver rudely told her that she had to go to his house to pick them up or go to the store the following day. I dont know about everyone else but sending someone (an my wife) to a strangers home, to pick up flowers sounds very precarious to me. Both the owner and driver were less than pleasant to deal with and I, highly recommended choosing another establishment to use. Also, the actual flowers were average at best. As a frequent purchaser of flowers I personally recommend Carriage House Florists

People, don't order from them, totally unprofessional... I order flowers for my wife online, paid, get email with details order and receipt, but they never deliver flowers, and they didn't pick up phone when l call them five times and never call back, and l leave five messages.... We live in Calgary and chose this place randomly to deliver to Saskatoon after having a terrible previous experience with another larger company. We now will forever use Jane's for our Saskatoon deliveries. The arrangement is beautiful and Lyle made sure that the flowers were exactly what we wanted. They are affordable and you get more than what you hoped for. Absolutely stunning. Thank you.

Ordered flowers for the other day for someone, thought they were a good deal pictures on the website looked good. Well when they showed up they were junk, and really small. Also when I called to see when they would be delivered the man on the phone was so rude and disrespectful, I couldn't believe it, never been treated like that over a simple question. Would tell everyone to stay away from this place. Over priced and worst service I have ever had.

Ordered two separate bouquets for two family members who had lost a loved one. The order was placed online but we wanted to change the size and called the shop immediately after placing the order.No one returned our call. Both bouquets were nice and much appreciated, but one delivery didn't occur until late the next day. These things happen. Exactly the same bouquets were ordered, but there ended up being a price difference between the two. Lastly, the bouquets that were recieved were not what was ordered. We appreciate that substitutions often need to be made depending on the flowers available at the time. At the end of the day, the bouquets were fine, but the issues could all have been avoided if they had returned our call. Lesson learned.

DO NOT order from this place! My best friend (from out of town) ordered flowers for her Grandmother (who lives in Saskatoon). Later in the day she received an email saying that the flowers had been delivered.... to her Grandmothers NEIGHBOR! #1) Her grandmother is an older lady #2) the house next door to hers is a run down apparent drug house. Who leaves flowers with someone's neighbor? Anyways, her Grandmother goes over to the neighbors and they claim "they don't have them". My friend contact Jane's Floral and tells them this. They make a big deal out of the whole thing and finally decide to go get the flowers themselves. When my friend's grandma FINALLY gets her flowers, they have a completely different tag on them!!! Those drug house neighbors had taken off her tag and replaced it with a piece of paper saying "my dearest mother" and tried to give the flowers to someone else! After this, my friend left a 1 star review on their website. She was then emailed by someone from Janes floral with the email saying "I went above and beyond to deliver flowers to your grandma." and "I drove back across the city and I redelivered to her". Like what?!??!?! That is your job! You aren't supposed to leave flowers with a random stranger? Also lying and saying "she wouldn't go over to get them" ... she did go over and the neighbors lied! It ends with "SO for being nice and making sure she got the flower you gave me a bad review. Thanks for nothing". This is ATROCIOUS customer service. EDIT AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE... so you called a few times THE SAME DAY and she wasnt home so you decided to deliver anyways?? To a neighbor? You then are harassing her via email and NOW TEXT too about why she gave a bad review? Yes a second delivery is more but its not her grandmas fault you delivered TO THE WRONG HOUSE. ITS YOUR FAULT!

Super satisfied with my experience. Delivery was quick and same day. Customer service is quick and friendly. Price was average for around Saskatoon. Arrangement looks like the picture. The most impressive part is the flowers still look beautiful and I ordered them for my friend over two weeks ago! I would use them again.

I had ordered Mother’s Day flowers as a surprise to be delivered for my mom. I was not impressed with the delivery etiquette or the fact that the arrangement looked drastically different from the online photo. So I left a review (something I generally don’t bother doing), to express my displeasure. Much to my surprise, I received not only an email but also a text to my cell, both of which were rudely worded regarding my review. This “Lyle” even tried to argue the amount I paid for the arrangement! I sent him screen shots of my receipt and also the obvious differences between the flowers ordered and the flowers received. He replied that they were sorry and that he would refund me “a percentage” but did not clarify what that amount would be. Well the weeks have gone by and you guessed right folks, no refund in sight. It is not about the money but this review is to let people know that this shop does bad business and is very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. There are plenty of flower shops in Saskatoon, so don’t waste your hard earned money on this one. EDIT: So I misspoke in my haste and it was not Mother's Day but my mom's birthday which was the beginning of June. By very curious timing, I did receive an email about a partial refund early this morning ($27 from $110). But then I saw Lyle's reply and had to edit my post. I have actual email proof that he did not offer me any replacement flowers or any "solutions" besides a partial refund, which he was not even going to give me until he saw this review. So I decided to drive to Jane's in person and show their management that Lyle was posting blatant lies in his replies to customers. No one was there and no one answered my calls. A while later, Lyle called me back. So apparently he is the only employee working for Jane's, which explains a lot in terms of their poor service and inability to keep up with anything. I told him that I didn't appreciate his straight up lies and that I had his emails in front of me which NEVER offered any replacement flowers or the many solutions he claimed to have offered me. He continued to argue back with me and said I was being unreasonable. He also refused to acknowledge the full price that I paid for the arrangement and then began screaming into the phone "Tax is the government's money!!!!". Wow, haha, thanks for your two cents there buddy. I told him I was happy to turn my car back around and come pick up that "replacement arrangement" he offered in his made up story. But he refused of course. So in conclusion, this man is not really fit to be working in a flower shop, much less running one by himself. Stay clear ladies and gentlemen, this place has disaster written all over it.

Lyle provided excellent service -not only in providing beautiful floral creations but how he dealt with the delivery and communication with my Aunt. Absolutely terrible customer service. I arrived at the store to place a $3,500 order for a charity function and was not even acknowledged with a greeting. A man at the front desk was busy with a personal call complaining about his failing business, how customers walk by his shop without coming in, and how his cooler's motor needed to be replaced. I waited for 5 minutes before leaving, and in that time I was not acknowledged with eye contact, a smile, or even an "I'll be right with you". Seeing the meagre selection of floral settings available and the attitude of staff, I was glad to take my business to a firm that values its clients.

In a couple of days I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers better than the one I had initially chosen. Lyle you made me "Holiday Happy" !! All the best in 2021.

Ordered flowers online, close to 3 hours before the "deadline" to get same day delivery, they didn't show up, not even a phone call to say if they were going to be late or not. I would recommend Jane's if no other flower shop could deliver, but you probably still wouldn't get it.
