We drove here to grab a thankyou gift for friends and the location was closed during their normal business hours (12pm on a Saturday). We called a few of the other locations to see if someone was coming in and if we should wait, we were given no help whatsoever. I get that things happen, but their Burnaby location (same owner I was told by Coquitlam) didn’t seem to have a clue that langley was closed at all. Very odd. Their site has their hours and invites you to come in for smoothies and etc and their voicemail must have told us about 5 times that they are open 7 days a week. Wasted 40 mins round trip. This location is not trusted to have our business! I’m sure their product is delicious but call before going as they are unreliable and unprofessional.

Won’t be going back. I picked up 3 Thank-you Bouquets today at a cost of over $300. When I asked for “thank-you” cards to write to and from on, I was told they had none and was offered Father‘s and Mother’s Day cards??? When I suggested that wouldn’t work it was mentioned that I should, “Say thank-you as you hand it to them”. When I explained that the recipients might not be there when I dropped them off I was told I should just go to the dollar store and buy a card. We’ve bought lots of arrangements from EA in the past and have always felt we paid a premium price but received a premium product. Sadly this experience means we will be looking for something else the next time we want something special to give.

Update: Thank you for responding so quickly. Unfortunately, the email address you provided has not responded to my email from weeks ago. As for the phone number, no one answers or no one in tech support is ever answers. My initial experience was wonderful. Unfortunately, I have now had issues with my account being connected to someone else’s contact information. I have asked to speak with the manager. It is 3 weeks and no one has called. The online forget password doesn’t work so I called and I was told they would connect me to corporate and they too have not called to in 4 weeks. I have also contacted corporate directly and no one answers.

Very disappointed!! We ordered an arrangement as a surprise for our receptionist's birthday and WAITED ALL DAY for it to come. It finally arrived at 4:15pm. When it arrived it was missing the side box of chocolate dipped fruit and balloon! We had been calling all day to try and find out about the delivery but no one answered, we were finally able to speak to someone at 3:30. At least we knew it was on its way. When I called about the missing items I was informed that they didn't have everything in stock. A courtesy call would have gone a long way!! We could have picked up our own balloons. They are sending the missing boxed fruit tomorrow for everyone, which is great and all but technically we already paid for this. Not the best service! We are a large company and the best advertisement is word of mouth, and also the worst!! At the end of the day she was happy with her surprise but it would have been much nicer if she had received this during the day! Look at what we received compared to what we ordered!!! NEXT DAY....No delivery of the missing item boxed fruit as promised. Not even going to call at this point, and no future business here.

Restored my faith in edible arrangements. There isn't one in Kitchener and last time it selected the waterloo location which I will never use again. The Cambridge location sent it toy mom looking and tasting delicious on the day I needed. A coworker said he's received a few and they've always been amazing. Glad this store is closer and better!

I placed an order online on Monday, and it was for my aunt's brithday on Saturday, but they called me on Friday afternoon and told me there is no strawberries to make the basket and they want me to switch the strawberries to apple/orange slices or cancel it, It was a huge disappointment to me, no mention the different prices between strawberry and apple slice, they should let me know eariler so that I can have time to find other solutions, and their store in London is horrible, I went there before Monday to check how good the basket looks like, I asked the only waitress in there with smile and reception about the price and time arragements, and that lady kept saying the same thing:" just place your order online" with along face to me all time. Now I have to get up early on Saturday to go around the whole city to find another brithday cake, thanks to Edible Arrangement, I will tell all my friends what I had been through.

The manager/owner is an @$$h0le. The way the one lady, who is the manager, and a man who seems to be her boss (possibly store owner??) speak to their staff is degrading and awful. The seem to have no respect or appreciation for their employees, and it makes me ashamed. Due to this not only will I not give them my business, but I discourage you from giving it to them as well. If you do decide to visit this establishment, be extra kind to the staff, tell them you appreciate them and that they are doing a good job, because I’m sure those will be the kindest words they will receive while under that roof. How distasteful.

Really dissappointed with my order. Have ordered from edibible arrangements before but my order today was not in the container I ordered and the pinapple flowers looks slimmy like they’ve been sitting out. When you pay $80+ for fruit you expect it to be fresh. When I asked about the container the girl just said yeah oh I guess we should have called you. They really should have considering this purple is not going to go with anything we have, even a white container would have been fine. Won’t be able to bring this tomorrow at all and won’t be ordering from them again.

This EA franchise refused to accept my order for a free reward, after spending hundreds of dollars to earn it. The reason for refusal was that the store only accepts paid orders on Mother's Day and other holidays. They explained this is a store policy and not a corporate policy. They offered to accept the order only if I paid for an additional item, or to fulfil the order the day after. This completely negates the point of a free reward from a holiday-oriented business and is very unfair treatment toward a loyal customer.

They did not deliver what I ordered. I had added birthday balloon to the order I wanted delivered and it was missing from the order. If you do not have it in stock, at least inform me about it and do an appropriate refund but they did no such thing. I would not have found out about this unless I asked the person to whom order was delivered to.

I've been going to this location for about 5yrs. Between my husband and I we spend about $3500 yearly. That includes ordering for his staff. This is the first time EVER I was told we need to pay for the editable arrangement bags. Should we choose not to pay we can get our stuff in a plastic bag (SMH)????...I'm sorry if I wanted my stuff in a garbage bag I can go to the local grocery store. The fruits are absolutely delicious but the new policy will make me take my business elsewhere.

Mother's Day order had arrived in a tin vase rather than the mug I had ordered. I noticed a week later when I finally came home from a work trip and sent them an email. Wasn't expecting them to respond since it was a full week after the delivery but the manager working Tuesday May 18th evening called me and offered to deliver the missing mug after apologizing. Thank you for doing so, I know it was probably out of the way to deliver just a mug but was greatly appreciated. The fruit and arrangements from this location have always been amazing. So very sad to hear that my niece and nephew were gifted a $65 arrangement for their 20th birthday by a sweet friend and never had it delivered! . They were not there when it was supposedly dropped off ... It's just gone.... The owners refused to take any action on this. . How do they even know it was delivered to the correct address???? Are you saying their neighbors are thieves??? No photo proof of delivery? No signed copy of delivery? . And it's FOOD!!!! To just leave it???? That is so unsanitary!!! Very disappointed in the customer service. You obviously need to change the way you make deliveries. This is NOT working. . I am hoping more people will move to another company to order. Sammie's Sweet Strawberries has just opened and does this product. Please order from her instead.

UPDATE***** I recently received a follow up call from the owner of this store. I was quite surprised. He wanted to know my concerns in which I shared with him. I was not expecting anything in the end except to help others help find confidence in reading feedback from other people experience by leaving one myself. I was sent a box of chocolate strawberries for my troubles and I have to say that he went out of his way to make a call he didnt have to, as well as send me more chocolates. 5 stars for service above and beyond. Ordered a fruit platter online. Presentation was just like the picture seen online. 2 stars for the service. I called in to inquire about the delivery time frame. I just spent 70 bucks with deliver for fruit that I could have done myself minus the chocolate. We all do it pretty much for the experience of getting a fruit bouquet no?? The person who answered the phone seemed annoyed that I was even calling in to ask and barely heard the bye on her end right before hanging up.

This store’s customer service has completely downhill. I’ve purchased from them a few times for the past 2 years on occasions. In the beginning they did provide good service. However for the past year every order I’ve made have been nothing but horrible! I’m in the US and unfortunately they are the closest edible arrangements near my parents. My parents enjoy their chocolate covered strawberries which is usually what we order. I hope that they change because I would not be surprise if they’ll start loosing customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I am extremely disappointed with Edible Arrangements Burlington. I have been a customer for years and yesterday, I placed an order at 1:30pm online to be delivered today, April 19. I found out later that afternoon that the person would not be at the address to receive the order. I emailed immediately at 1:40pm to cancel the order and called the location and left a voicemail at 5:30pm. Today, I waited until 10:00am and no one had called me back. I phoned the Burlington location and they had not listened to my voicemail despite being at the location for over an hour. They told me that they closed early yesterday at 3:00pm and therefore didn't get my cancellation. When I asked why they didn't listen to the voicemails today, the franchise put all of the blame on me. They are proceeding to charge me over $100 for an order I do not want, tried to cancel, and they are doing this all during a pandemic. It's shameful and embarrassing. I have taken my complaints to Edible Arrangement head office but I would strongly recommend not ordering from this location as there is 0% customer service.

I recently ordered from this store, at Hespeler rd, at a last minute notice and the least I can say is the overall product was outstanding. It was my first time ordering at this location so I was a little hesitant but as soon as i stepped in the store I was greeted with a warm welcome by the one of the staff . I was aware they were very busy the day I ordered so I was very thankful when the staff let me know they where able to make my edible arrangements without any worry. The employees were also very nice as they made sure my order was perfect and I absolutely loved it. The whole store was also very organized. My edible arrangments was delicious and the fruits were fresh and neatly made. I definetly recommend this to anyone and I will certainly be coming back more. It was a amazing experience!!

Pros: Lovely staff. They are always so willing to help you choose based on your needs and go over customization options. Cons: Prices are astronomical for what you are getting. I paid nearly $100, on two separate occasions, for a birthday arrangement, including ~30-40 pieces of fruit, a thin chocolate lollipop, and a balloon. The second time I chose to pick up instead of have it delivered as that is an additional $16. I've been twice; once, the fruit was great. The other, it was soft and smelled quite ripe.

Guess they don't care when they open, clearly marked online and front door 9am-2pm.i was at the Langley location at 9:05am and was not open. Called the number on the door and a lady answered from vancouver. I asked why they were not open yet and she said the manager was on the way. Finally at 9:32am they finally opened up, she said she had car trouble, I highly doubt that as I have already read about the poor reviews online about this location. Maybe head office should do something about this location.

I can’t stop myself to give 5 stars to this location , especially after the service i got on mother’s day, I didn’t order anything in advance, but think it will be good idea to get a fruit basket for my mom on mother’s day so I called this location if I have something at last moment and i got exactly what i was looking for and was so quick. I reach at front door for my pickup within 30 min after I placed my order and owner himself came out to handover my basket as this was my first purchase from this location he gave me extra balloon which make my gift even more special, thank you to him and his employees to make my mom’s day.

I would give this a 0 if I was able to. My family has ordered from this company many times (mississauga area) and we have always been pleased with our orders, until I went to this location. Today is my birthday and I placed an order yesterday for a birthday basket. They were out of balloons so I did not even receive one with my order which is fine. I also ordered a 2 and a 1 to put in the arrangement. When I came home and opened it the numbers were placed like the photo below. I paid 120$ for this presentation, there are suppose to be 3 stars that are not even visible, just shoved towards the bottom. It looks like a three year old put this together. Please do not go to this location as the customer service is terrible. I was hung up on and questioned why I didn't come back right away when I had classes all day and was only able to run home to put it in my fridge. I shouldn't have to go back and complain, it should have been done right the first time. The owner refuses to do anything and says she's never had any complaints yet there are other 1's given as reviews on this location. The 21 is what is suppose to stand out and this is what I received for 120$ ...

Horrible customer service!!!! My daughter was gifted a $65 fruit arrangement for a birthday gift. While they claim the fruit arrangement was delivered, it was not received. Now they won’t re-deliver or refund. Zero proof of delivery. Apparently the delivery is “not their problem”. Multiple calls to the manager and partner - they just keep saying it’s not there problem. Sooo wrong!!! Never using serves again!

Overall it was really nice. When arriving 5 mins late, they were waiting outside which was nice. However, when I said I would be in for the 2nd item, they looked at me strange. After calling over another employee, they took 5 mins to make up the rest of my order on the spot or added my label to a pre-made one, then they forgot one balloon. Regardless, only 5 mins to correct and error. Didn't argue the error and, even threw in extra cookies which in the end was prefect for me and who I was delivering to. I would shop there again but, not often given the steeeep prices. However, it was good service and good quality. For a once in a while treat, it is worth it. Mine went to my nurses, doctor & blood techs. They all loved the snacks and thanked me over and over. This was a good amount for a semi large clinic.

Beautiful arrangements and really very fresh. They make it the day of and are very attentive to any specifications. I loved that I got emails as to when the production was done and when it was picked up so I didn’t have to call my friend and ask if she got it or not. I saved the $15 on delivery and splurged on dipped strawberries instead and got them to pick it up lol felt it was more worth it as they work in the area anyways. Ive gone numerous times and they will have a fresh arrangement for you to take in a hurry. Way better than cake! Once I had a question and Jan the owner called me back right away. She was great to make things right and give great service. I loved that they were more than happy to reach out for anything. I also liked that they were able to call the recipient to check they were home before delivering. Love the London location and have also sent to Ottawa as well!

Waterloo location went above and beyond what I was expecting. I ordered a create your own box and a happy anniversary balloon for my parents' 42nd. Instead of the balloon they sent 3 chocolate covered apple rings decorated with Happy 42nd! They were delicious and juicy. My parents loved it.

This place is an incredibly large let down. A gift was purchased to be delivered February 14th and it wasn't delivered. Sat on hold for over 2 hrs got re routed to Hamilton and was still charged for a product that was never received.

UPDATE: The arrangement did arrive a day late, in good condition, but was missing an item. I contacted the store to request the cost of the missing item and delivery fee be credited to my method of payment and this was done without any fuss. The store owner called me shortly thereafter to apologize and ensure I was satisfied with the resolution. I am, but will likely not rely on this service in future. ORIGINAL: I placed an online order for same day delivery to a location closing at 4:30 PM, and phoned ahead to ensure the store was able to work within the available 3.5 hour window. When I reached out at 4:00 PM for a status update I was assured again my order would be delivered prior to 4:30 PM. Despite this, the delivery was not made. I reached out to determine next steps. The service provider suggested she call the recipient in order to arrange an evening delivery but, obviously, this would be an interruption and also ruin the surprise element of the gift. It was agreed delivery would be reattempted the next business day (not on the special date I had hoped to recognize). I am disappointed. I was not offered reimbursement of (quite high) delivery fees or any other compensation for the inconvenience, nor did I request any. Hopefully things go more smoothly tomorrow and the product arrives in good condition. Either way, I can't recommend a service which requires so much customer intervention and still literally fails to deliver.

Aweful. The woman was disheveled and was poorly trained on the systems. She called her boss for help to take a giftcard it was extreamly challenging for them to sort it out. Next, she wrote down my pick up time wrongly by three hours!!! A different woman rushed the order to get it to me asap. The quality was disappointing. The chocolate dipped fruit looked sloppy and I found the fruit to be bland. Finally I have to point out the obvious. They are WAYYYYYY overpriced. I placed an order for a friend’s 40th Birthday to surprise her on her day (Saturday). I called to update the order a few days ahead to ask for delivery after 3pm when should be home. The order was never delivered. I contacted the store at 5pm that day and left a voicemail. No call back. I called back Monday afternoon, spoke to someone who couldn’t explain why the delivery didn’t happen. I asked for a manager to call me ASAP. The person then told me the manager isn’t great with call backs so if I don’t hear from him in a few days for me to call back. Fast forward a few days, I call, another note left for the manager to call me. I have heard nothing from the manager to date. The customer should not have to be the one to track down the manager, especially to discuss an order that was never delivered. Very poor customer service!

Where should I start, I placed an order on February 2 in hopes that it will be delivered on Valentine’s Day, Valentine’s Day comes around no order was delivered. I couldn’t even get a hold anyone at the Branford store to deal with the situation, so after calling Hamilton store and then getting more runaround they tell me that its really busy and blame everyone else. (They had my order 12 day in advance) and all they’ve come up with is just a refund of my money and no way of making anything better they completely screwed me over on Valentine’s Day, what a business. I will never recommend anyone go here and never use Edible Arrangements ever again, very disappointed in this customer service. Thanks for the worst valentines ever. You guys should take your happiness guarantee and shove it, Because there’s no happiness here now, let’s see what you guys do to fix this one

Silly me! I should have taken the warnings of other reviewers more seriously regarding delivery issues... I ordered an expensive arrangement for my mother's birthday and of course, paid the delivery charge. When it was all said and done, my order cost a whopping $138.97 which is quite expensive...for fruit. I called the Brantford location multiple times to try and secure a delivery time the morning of my mother's birthday. So, the long and short of it is that you pay for delivery but can't pick the time or time frame your arrangement is delivered. You can't even request a general time (i.e. morning, afternoon, evening). The store manager said he would "try" to have the arrangement delivered by 3 p.m. Well, it's after 2:30 p.m. and there is no sign of the arrangement... My mother has cancelled her afternoon birthday plans so that she can hang around the house and wait for this arrangement to show up. She may potentially also need to cancel her birthday dinner as well considering I've read some reviews where people don't receive their arrangements until the evening. On a side note, who really wants to receive a fruit arrangement late in the day? This is the worst customer service I have received in quite some time. Unreliable, not understanding or willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Given that I currently live in BC and need to come up with unique gift ideas for my parents, Edible Arrangements could have had their hands in my pocket for all sorts of occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc.) but I will literally never use them again. Not only that, I have quite a few friends and work connections in the Brantford area (even though I live out-of-province) and will ensure that I pass along the details of my experience. Hopefully my review will result in no one else having to cancel their special day to wait around for a gifted fruit arrangement ever again. Thanks Edible Arrangements for putting a damper on my mom's 64th!!

Don’t order from Edible Arrangements in Langley, BC! Commitment to customer service is nonexistent. Why you ask? Well here’s our story.. It all started with an upcoming birthday for an amazing woman. What do you get someone who has everything? Why not an Edible Arrangement! We have ordered the WOW and beautiful arrangements on several occasions from various stores including Honolulu and decided a little surprise for the birthday celebrant. On the special day we placed a call with the Edible Arrangements Langley store to confirm the order was received. We were informed delivery times could not be guaranteed but in general deliveries were completed by 4pm. We had asked if the delivery could occur sooner than 4pm (and later found out the notation was not made in the file). You can imagine our surprise when the delivery driver called at 5:30pm to inform us no one was home. Of course she wasn’t she was out on her way to celebrate! Had the store placed a simple phone call we could have made arrangements beforehand. No phone call + no attempt to rectify the situation at hand = one unsatisfied customer. We immediately expressed our dissatisfaction and considered the transaction incomplete. Birthday girl present was not received. Not wanting to go empty-handed we were forced to go last minute shopping – flowers and a gift card. Not so WOW. The following day Edible Arrangement Langley franchise owner, Michelle Carroll contacted us. A good sign towards patching up customer relations, right? Wrong! Clearly not trained in customer relationship management, she took no responsibility for the wrong doings and made no attempt to salvage any type of future relationships. Its a nice, different option to send someone one instead of flowers, but the prices are insane. $15.99 for delivery and it was literally down the street. You can pick it up and deliver it yourself to avoid the RIDIC charge but then that defeats the nice sentiment of having a surprise delivered to someone.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Especially if your loved one if in the hospital or has a food allergy or food restriction. I asked for a basket without pineapple or oranges as my dad just had a triple bypass and can't have either with the medication he's on. I picked it up with oranges. When we called the manager was nothing but rude to my dad and called me a liar, claiming I never said no oranges. However when I made the order she said "no problem, we will add other fruit instead". She offered store credit but refused a refund because of the freshness, which was completely out of my control because he was in the hospital. We have called back and they can't even find our order number.

I placed an order to be delivered today ( May 6th ) received the confirmation email and when I contacted the recipient to see if they had received it I was advised they hadn't. Answer me this how do you charge for delivery on a designated day that was allowed by their website and not fulfill on that agreement. When I tried to call them prior to closing there was no answer. They didn't even have the courtesy to contact me to advise that it wasn't going to be delivered. This is the worst service I have ever experienced

Theyve made mistakes with making orders (mine included) and not putting proper address on the orders blaming it on the delivery drivers. Totally unprofessional. Additionally, lots of ad's specifying they need more drivers quite often. What i have gathered (assuming) while searching for more information is they must have quit realizing what a mess this place really is. No standards whatsoever.

Ordered choclate dipped stawberries and chocolate cupcakes for wife's birthday and Valentine's day. Very nice and excellent quality produce she enjoyed it greatly. A good alternative to getting flowers all the time. Very nice selection of products and recommend as something different to the usual gift.

I orderd a week in advance for a delivery on Monday and they called me 2 days before telling me they didn't have enough delivery drivers to work the Monday so I had to reschedule for the next day only to be told it won't be shipped till later in the day when I requested for the morning and on top of that when It was finally delivered they just left it at the door not happy about my experience

This location is terrible. I would give them a zero if I could also, I went in to purchase an arrangement on Mother's day to bring to the hospital I figured they would have something in the showcases as they are a retail store, even on busy holidays in the Ottawa locations, they always have arrangements for walk in customers. The workers were screaming at one another in the back and then someone yelled there are customers out front, a woman snapped back" I know " came out from the back room, walked right up in front of me and picked up the phone without even acknowledging my presence. When she finally did speak to me, I asked if I could purchase something someone else came out from the back room and told me I could come back in an hour but they were visibly put out, No help whatsoever, completely unprofessional and rude. I have ordered from them online a couple of times from Ottawa for family members in Kitchener, however now that I have gone in personally and received the treatment I did, I will never order from them again. I will take my money and spend it elsewhere.

I have ordered multiple times from this store for a surprise for a friend in Saskatoon. Every time, there has been a promo item added (such as buy one get one free or free box of dipped fruit) the promo item is never delivered and it is a headache to get the issue resolved...that i have given up trying. Their quality of product is acceptable and delivery is prompt so I will still recommend this shop, just don't order anything extra cause it will be forgotten.

If you want an honest review of edible arrangements brantford, then don’t look at the 5 star reviews. They have all been clearly written by the owner Masud under multiple different aliases. How do I know this? Well he owns the Brantford, Hamilton and Cambridge locations of edible arrangements and basically all the 5 star reviewers have also commented 5 star reviews on the edible locations in Hamilton and Cambridge as well as Brantford. Coincidence? I think not. Don’t waste your time or money on these locations. The customer service is beyond terrible and the owner is clearly shady.

Absolutely horrible. Went into the store on Saturday Feb 11 and placed a delivery order to my house for my wife for Valentine's Day. Order never arrived. Called and asked what happened. They told me my order was handed to Cambridge store since they were to busy. No one ever called to tell me about my order. Poor business practice. I called the call centre to complain. Was told they can not do anything and do not handle complaints that it is up to each store. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I'm sure I never will.

Henrietta was Fabulous! We called with a large last minute order. I explained the situation to her and she was very take charge on the phone and assured me she could have this ready within the hour for me. When I arrived my order was ready to go and the transaction was seamless. She did a beautiful job of assembling my arrangement and the quality of fruit was excellent. The only reason I wouldn’t rate 5 stars is because I do believe that the price for such arrangements are a bit too high given the time to prepare and the cost of fruit. I understand the overhead it takes to run a business but the pricing is a bit steep for just fruit in my opinion. Otherwise a great experience. Thank you!

The Country Hills Town Centre location went out of their way to deliver my birthday arrangement to a different address so that we could enjoy it for my birthday dinner. This is our second experience with edible arrangements. The first time, we were very pleased, however, this time was quite different. We had prearranged the pickup for 12:30 as we were going to Toronto and had a tight schedule and the store is about 30 minutes out of our way. When we arrived we were told driver had taken our arrangement accidentally and it would be an estimated 20 minutes for the driver to return.The representative was very polite but the only options were refund, wait for the driver to return or they could attempt to make us another one. We choose refund as we needed to be in Toronto at a scheduled time and could not wait. When we left we saw the driver's van at the local McDonalds which was about a minute away, not cool. Anyway we ended with no arrangement and upset about the whole experience overall.

I made an order for my wife, and the young behind the line told me because I called 25 minutes and it takes 20 minutes to set chocolate that they are closing and she won’t be making them. I called the next day at approximately 5, since I finished work then and she told me she could sell me a pre-made one but not make a fresh one because “I was rude and cursed” which never happened. This was the most unprofessional and shocking experience of my life she also said I called ten minutes before they closed in a halfassed attempt to justify her lazy actions, I will be calling corporate and showing up to speak with whoever manages this location.

I just called the country hills store and the lady that picked up the phone was not helpful at all. I tried to use a promo code for my purchase and she kept telling me that it was invalid and kept making excuses as to why I was unable to use the promo code. Once I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that no one was there. I ended up calling the downtown location and they were a lot more friendly and willing to help. I will NEVER use the Country Hills location ever again. what a terrible experience.

Received it as a surprise present! Was pleasantly surprised as it looked wonderful. It was a "thank-you" gift for the family. However, this soon became an unpleasant experience as everyone had a stomach ache after eating it. I would have assumed that maybe they weren't meant for human consumption, but the company name has me thinking otherwise. Picture attached was literally taken after grabbing it from the delivery person at the door, and bringing it to table. I didn't eat any myself, because I didn't like how the corners of the fruits weren't crisp-- and they looked kind of worn down. (The same way it looks when fruit is bruised/mushy-- Personal thing.) The personal delivery, and this level of service is really nice. Presentation is also lovely. However, I had a pretty bad experience, so I can only base it on that.

I know this company is very busy I get that. But my daughter is a front-line worker who has worked every day throughout this pandemic. I ordered her a platter but also, three smiley balloons and a card which I poured my love and admiration into. She got the platter, which was beautiful and that's it. When I called the young girl said “what would you like us to do”, I had to suggest a refund. And it's not even about the money, I wanted it to be special for her, she is a PSW and they don't get much recognition on the best of days never mind through this God-awful pandemic. And I don't live in her city so needed it delivered. But it was easy to find beautiful and delicious looking options online and delivery was available still for next day or even right up to Mother's Day itself. There was a fee for delivery sadly but not so bad really. My mom received it on Saturday as I requested and she was thrilled with what she received!! The chocolate covered strawberries were accurate with what is shown in the picture, the flowers on the other hand are a joke! A puny little bouquet that looks like it was put together by a 7 year old, not even close to what is shown in the picture. I Would be embarrassed to give that to my mom for Mother’s Day. I have ordered from this location for a few years now purchasing dozens of arrangements for myself and for gifts. The arrangements are typically over $100 when I order so they are not cheap. I ordered one for Xmas eve and the quality was very poor. It was not even edible it was so soft and slimy.luckily I took photos and the owner advised me to send them over after she didn’t believe this had happened at which point after multiple phone calls she offered a box of strawberry’s. Finally she got up to a small arrangement to replace the one I had ordered, but I had spent $120 on it. I feel it is terrible customer service to not even replace the poor quality basket that was made for me at the least. I wasn’t even requesting a refund so I feel this is the least that could be done. She said she would be out a basket, so does it not matter that I am out when I am the paying customer who got an old slimy fruit. I will not support this business or recommend it to anyone in the future since they do not stand behind what they make

Upon talking to him I got to know that he only received the arrangement but not the foil balloon ($5.00). When I phoned the Country hills location, I was told that the Balloon flew away before it could be delivered!! WHATTTT ??? I am definately not impressed with their delivery service:( I would have appreciated their honest phone call or email about the incomplete order delivered instead of writing that my order was delivered successfully . Was not impressed with the Brantford location. Our order was placed days ahead of the expected delivery, only to have the arrival be 1-hour before we closed. On top of that, we did not receive our entire order and never received a call to let us know. I called plenty of times to ask about the ETA of this order and no one could give me an answer. Another call was placed to discuss this issue and all they could offer was a box of dipped fruit...... which you get for FREE on your birthday anyway. I had very high hopes for this place and would have loved to use them again as it is a great idea, however, with this experience I will not be returning.

We called, my mom called, and the owners have refused to refund the money or prove they even delivered it! They say it's not their problem! We were not even home! I am so confused and so sad that a business would be so dishonorable. They said "too bad... It's not their problem and claim that after they left it at the door... It's not their problem" who leaves food at a door without verifying someone is there to receive it! That is so unsanitary! What if they delivered to the wrong address?!?!? I hope whoever did receive our 20th birthday gift by the sweetest friend of ours enjoyed it ... But we will NEVER be using this company again.... $65 gone.

I made a same day order for pick up for a last minute gift for my boss. I got the pumpkin cheesecake platter and Allison was able to help me. She was tidying up the store and it was really clean. Do not order from this location. I had ordered the mini BBQ set they had on for the summer for my husbands birthday. They called me to let me know they didn’t have the little BBQ set so I had asked them to substitute for something similar. No one called me back to let me know what the substitution was. So I called the morning of the delivery. I spoke with the owner and she was incredibly rude. Sounded like an older lady. I was polite but she was annoyed with me from the start of the call. They had completely switched my order for something else. And I had asked if I was going to get a discount (this was a 100$ order) for them switching the original container with a basic cardboard box. She started on this rampage of how I was getting a ribbon and a balloon (which I had already added to the order and paid for). I stated she was being rude and asked for a supervisor. I was clearly just a customer wanting information on a 100$ gift I was sending my husband. I was surprised to hear she was the owner. She then proceeded to get extremely defensive with me stating “this is my voice with a cold. I have a cold” listen lady. I also have a cold right now and I am not talking like a troll to you?! I cancelled my order and I am reporting her to the franchise. This was awful. The other locations service Waterloo anyway. So don’t order from here. This review is based solely on my opinion and perspective of events.

Fast and conscientious. However I chose delivery to surprise my mom for her birthday as I live in Europe. When I woke up I had a notification that the delivery had been made. I asked my dad. He said no he looked and readied it has been put on the wrong porch. And been sitting there for almost four hours. And to contact customer service is not easy

Went to the Guelph store past 7 PM, the store was already closed, but the owner who was locking up saw me and opened the store again, just for me! She turned back on the computer, which was really very nice. Not too many businesses would do that, they'd tell you to come back the next day. The customer service was impeccable, she was very professional, efficient, helpful and friendly, and the lady seemed to know her products very well. She presented a lot of options and choices, and I even got a free dipped apple sample! When I picked up my arrangement, wow! was it ever so beautiful! All the fruits were so fresh and sweet! The dipped bananas, which was suggested, was to die for. The chocolate was gourmet, as I was told, and it was sooooo good! I got to taste again a treat from the store, dipped star pineapple, was it ever delectable! I will surely use Edible Arrangements, Guelph again. I have been singing praises for this store to my friends.

Ordered an arrangement first thing in the morning when opened, was told it would be delivered by 1-2pm same day. Never showed up, nobody called to even tell me that it wouldn't be showing up that day. When I called for a refund, I was sent a confirmation that my bill was 0$ after I had already paid the 96$. So they tried to keep my 96$ instead of refunding it. Stay away.

Arrangements are nice but didn’t have the greatest experience with delivery. Ordered an arrangement for my friends birthday, gave the company her phone number so they could give her a call if there was any issues with delivery and when they called her and she didn’t answer they let her know that they were going to leave the arrangement on the front step because it wasn’t too hot out. When she arrived home there wasn’t an arrangement on the steps. I called the store to inquire about this and had to leave a message and did not receive a call back at all. Luckily my friends arrangement just blew away in the wind (I ordered it with quite a few balloons) and a neighbour saved it and delivered it afterwards which is why I didn’t follow up during business hours the next day but I never should have had to follow up, I should have received a call back to my first phone message. I also don’t think the arrangements should be left on front steps, with the many porch bandits out there they need to be more proactive with their delivery approach.

My boyfriend bought me a gift from Edible Arrangments for Valentine's Day and was almost immediately insulted by the lack of customer service this place presented. He had asked for a dozen of the strawberries covered with chocolate. Little to our surprise, I opened it and it was pineapple and Granny Smith apples. I hate pineapples. He and I were quite upset. I then called the international customer service line, and made two complaints. A day later, I got a phone call from an AMERICAN STORE! I called again, and said oh someone from the store will contact you. Why should I wait again because the company made a mistake? The lady I was talking to before a supervisor, was being ignorant. The supervisor made a connection to the weekend manager in Whitby. Well, Alysha, the weekend manager saved my insanity. She provided us with what we wanted and gave us our money back. Thank you for paying attention to our needs!

I saw all the terrible reviews online about Edible Arrangements, but as an optimistic person I decided to still give them a shot at delivering a piece on Valentines Day. Instead, I was met with an email saying they cancelled my order, accusing me of credit card fraud. (I had used a Vanilla gift card because I do not have a CC) I was really looking forward to it, but they have just disappointed me in the same way they have disappointed everyone else. I would give 0 stars if I could and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

After calling the location a lady by the name of Kristy answered the phone; she was rude and impatient with me.. she also refused to take ownership for the basket I recevied. I thought I would look past all the bad reviews and try it for myself but it is clear to me now that the bad ratings are refelctive of the poor quality of food and passive customer service.

Very poor customer service. I wanted delivery as early in the day as possible. Was told the truck leaves for deliveries by 11:30 and, since the delivery address was a business, the delivery would be among the first. I said I would want it there for midday— lunch. Again, no problems since it was a business address for delivery. The delivery arrived at 3:10, hours later than discussed. I called. “Sorry, we can’t promise delivery times.” Please... just be straightforward and upfront with the customer from the start. Then the customer can make an informed choice. I have ordered Edible Arrangements in other markets and had similar ‘confusion’ with the franchisee. No more business from me.

My wife is pretty upset with this company who said they delivered to KW hospital for Tuesday December 22, 2020. However; there was no record with front reception except for the delivery that was dropped off on Monday December 21, 2020. When my wife tired to speak to the person who answer the phone, she raised her voice and said the delivery guy had delivered the package. We have never had any issues with any other Edible Arrangements stores besides this store, however; reviews and corrections can better a business.
