Anniversary flowers for my 25th wedding anniversary. Delivered with zero wrapping, paper or even in a nice box. A guy came and literally handed it to me at my office as if I just bought it off a shelf.. .Sobeys and Zehrs would at least have gifted it up pretty for FREE At 1/3 the price. It's the thought that counts so I'm grateful but it's super lazy and disappointing craftsmanship.

This is not What was ordered. It never made it to the person. Then 6-8 weeks later chasing by phone calls, and beig avoided and ignored these flowers arrived. Not blue as requested, no pot and NOT worth the 53.00 spent. The owner was not willing or wanting to make good on the recipient NOT receiving their flowers. Blue flowers and blue pot....NOT! Disgusting and disappointing! Have photos to prove what I am saying. 1 star is too good of a rating!

The Grand Gift Basket at the outrageous price of $125. plus taxes was a bit to expensive for what it included. Maybe it was worth $50. That is quite a mark up ! No Wine just a bottle of water. Mini Oreo cookies for goodness sake. Some cheap crackers a box of tea, sausage and a Bourissan apple cheese. Throw in a box of chocolates in a cheap basket from china and Presto !

I used the flower place for my wedding flowers and they were amazing! I shared my vision with Judy and she got it immediately and knocked it out of the park! She even suggested a few flowers that would look lovely and fill in the bouquets but wouldn't break the bank! She knew every name of flower I described so thanks for that!! The day of the wedding everything was beautful and on time! I got so many compliments on my flowers! Couldn't be happier!!!

I know it’s been tough through Covid, especially with the shortage on flowers these guys have experienced around Mother’s Day ... but I just want to say thank you so much. It’s been hard through these times not being able to be around loved ones and you delivered the most beautiful arrangement to my mom today for Mother’s Day. It certainly means so much. I ordered flowers the night before on behalf of our GM for her assistant today and was not pleased with the colours in the arrangement. I realize I did just order them last evening before they closed, needing them for 11:00am in morning. However, this was for a 30th Birthday for a co-worker (lady). I also realize I didn't ask for specific colours or specific flowers, leaving it completely up to the experts. The arrangement was orange, red and yellow with one pink flower...and orange tissue. Fall season colours and a bit too sophisticated and masculine. Which may have been great as a thank you or a "have a good day" for someone older or, like I mentioned, in the Fall season. The colours should have been bright, light and happy for a young lady. Lesson learned to specify colour...although for $50 I could have gotten the exact same arrangement - with actually more flowers as I would have been able to put two $24.99 arrangements together - with a lot more brightness at Loblaws. I usually expect better at a Florist. Like I said, lesson learned.

We love The Flower Place! Each year, our organization participates in the Barrie Dragon Boat Festival, fundraising to provide support services for families impacted by childhood cancer. For the past twelve years (and counting!), The Flower Place has generously donated gold carnations to furnish our annual "Memory Moment" - to help us remember those children who lost their battle with cancer and so sadly "earned their wings" too soon. Events such as this, which are so important to the work of our organization, would not be possible without the support of this wonderful local business. We are a small, grassroots non-profit with a limited budget and no government funding, so we have to work really hard to make the most of our resources - we rely entirely on the community. The Flower Place have proven year after year with their kindness, helpfulness, and generosity that they are a dedicated, not just to providing beautiful arrangements and high-quality flowers, but that they are dedicated to our community as well. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The Flower Place really went above and beyond for the holidays for my grandma. She was alone for Christmas due to the lock down and this was the first year our families were not together. The only available date for delivery was the 29th and The Flower Place saw that I made a note the delivery was to an elderly person. They called me and said they would do their best to deliver before Christmas - and they did! My grandma said they not only waited for her at the door to ensure she got her flowers, but they called in advance. I am so thankful The Flower Place made the added effort to make my grandmas Christmas special. Thank you so much!

Easy peasy! I ordered and paid for my arrangements online. I left a voicemail to change my pickup day, Randy got back to me within the hour to confirm my changed pickup day. Pickup for my Mother’s Day arrangements was very quick, and the Bowls of Beauty (I got 2) were very cute! They even put gemstones in the bottom of the bowls, a nice touch. I will definitely order here again for special occasions because it was so easy and smooth. Thank you!

Amazing Florist! I needed flowers on the Friday of Mother's Day as a Sympathy and Judy and her team were able to find flowers during what I assume is the busiest week/weekend of the year and prepared a beautiful arrangement for me, super last minute, at probably a very difficult time! Pricing was great, flowers are beautiful individually, and make a beautiful arrangement!

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I ordered from this establishment in May for mothers day. I put through the order, supplying my address of which I wanted delivered too. It went through as approved and then the day before mothers day I got a call saying that the address I requested is 'out of their delivery range'... Which didn't give me much options since everywhere was sold out and I made this order a week or two in advance. Safe to say my mom didn't get flowers :(. Anyways.. they gave me a 'refund' on the order. Its now July 29th and I have still yet to receive my refund. I've called countless times and no ones in or the manager isn't there. When I did speak with someone they told me to contact my bank? Which I did.. and nope, still no refund. Thanks for stealing my money. Do NOT recommend.

I am Very disappointed with the service I have received. After I placed my online order (2 days in advance of delivery date) I received a call the vase was not available. Okay fine I guess I understand, but after I called to discuss alternate options, the lady was not available to speak with and it appeared the order may have went out for delivery (1 day early) and there was no note about her calling me, so I left a Message with my work number for this woman to call me. I don’t receive a call, I call again to find out what’s going on (it is now the day the delivery was go to out). I finally get a call back that the order did go out a day early but she ensured me she made it Really nice and she offered to reimburse me $20 for the error. Total run around AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY $20 REIMBURSEMENT. I THINK I SHOULD RECEIVE A FULL REIMBURSEMENT AT THIS POINT. I paid $65.47 for my arrangement. Also, the arrangement looked like an Easter gift with small chicks in it, yet it was clearly for my daughters birthday as I filled out a note to be attached to the arrangement. Was not impressed. It should of been discussed before being sent out!!!

Lovely, quick service! I ordered an arrangement of sympathy flowers and the shop noticed that someone else had selected the same arrangement for the same recipient. They called to let me know and offered to make substitutions at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend!

The Flower Place was extremely helpful in planning flowers for my daughter's wedding last April. After visiting several florists in Barrie we found The Flower Place staff approachable and down-to-earth and willing to keep our budget in mind. They happily gave advice on making our own centrepieces. They made the bride's bouquet (a mix of roses and calla lilies) and it was absolutely stunning! Highly recommend them!

Absolutely disappointed and embarrassed with the quality flowers I bought from this shop. Not only were the roses already open and wilted they were turning brown. I haven't had them a full day and the bouquet is already drooping and losing more leaves; emailed the shop and have yet to hear back. Not at all worth the drive across town or the 80 dollars spent on them; wal mart has nicer looking roses. A complete embarrassment to give them to my mother for mothers day.....

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED The cup was not up to Tele flora standards as per the website. I Ordered two bouquets separately paid double delivery charges with specific delivery instructions but they not only spoiled my surprise by calling my friend but delivered both bouquets at the same time (DOUBLE DELIVERY CHARGES) . How horrible is that ?? Total disaster and disappointed, not until I get a refund for charging me double delivery and spoiling my surprise. The Cup & Saucer was also not up to the standard or type as shown in website. NOT ACCEPTABLE !

Don't order from here, use another flower shop in Barrie. I ordered flowers for someone's birthday and they were delivered on a random day over a week before I requested the delivery. When I tried to contact them (email and phone) to ask why this happened no one ever responded. Super frustrating.

Absolutely terrible. Sent flowers to my wifes work for her birthday. Requested a certain time and they were late. The message card did not have the full message I had written down. And the bouquet of flowers did not have any roses in it when the description and pictures on the website indicated that there would be. Upgraded to the deluxe bouquet and it seriously lacked. Never dealt with such a terrible flower shop. Oh and flowers already turning brown and wilting after only a day. Did not get what I payed for at all.
