I placed an order for a standard floral arrangement of $44. After delivery the flowers ended up coming close to $65.00. When the flowers were delivered at my in laws the arrangement was significantly smaller than I expected considering the price and the flowers of choice for the arrangement were cheap. This arrangements value was not worth more than $30 and that’s being generous! I will certainly not be ordering flowers again.

Beautiful arrangement, and I'm ok that it was a day late due to the holiday rush. My only -ve feedback is with Canada Flowers corporate - when I contacted them to ask about it on the day after it was scheduled to be delivered I was told it had been delivered - when this was not true. It was supposed to be a surprise but I had to ask the recipient about it only to hear it was not actually delivered (was delivered later). Canada Flowers should be more careful with their email responses in this regard.

I have been using Canada Flowers for well over 5 yrs and while I love the site (selection, pricing, ease of use) and good customer service for the second time in a year, the florist they partner with to fulfill the order in Cornwall, ON hasn't done a great job. While substitutions are expected during COVID, I believe the general design and aesthetic should hit the mark and it just hasn't. I chose an arrangement that was full of purple flowers ( the recipients favorite), that has some nice greenery, depth, and a short, stubby coloured vase. What she got was not close to that. A tall vase, non coloured vase, a variety of colours and very few purple options, no greenery and depth, and the design was really different. While the arrangement was pretty and the recipient was happy, I was disappointed with the results.

I order these flowers from an on-line photo. I should have used a local florist as I was not only disappointed with the bouquet presentation but their customer of lack of customer service. This was for a birth and I was embarrassed with the flowers. On wanted to get a quick response that did not happen. I got a generic reply offering 10% off my next purchase. Their customer service responded to my reply is 15% off my next purchase. so they offered 5%. When I talked to them on the phone they trying to justify the flowers and wanted me to ask the family to take more photos of the bouquet. This was not a cheap order. The flowers were $ 152.00 plus 15 dollars for a stuffed bear and delivery and taxes total Total: $197.16 CAD I will try to attach the on-line photo and the photo was what they delivered ... Total embarrassment.

I called in last minute to get some flowers delivered to a funeral. The flowers didn't actually make it to the funeral, but when I contacted Canada Flowers, they were quick to offer me a refund or a new delivery with a discount. I went with the new delivery and discount. The flowers arrived at the house as promised and were beautiful! I think it turned out for the best! The funeral was such a busy time for everyone. This way they could really appreciate and enjoy the flowers.

Very disappointed. The description said that the standard arrangement was going to be as shown in the photo. However it had about 60% less flowers compared to the photo. Roses were not fresh, they only lasted for two days. They included fake fall leaves that were not part of the original design to make the arrangement look fuller. The wood container was replaced by an ugly boring cement container. That is not a suitable alternative at all.

I was very impressed by the delivery and the ease of use of the website. I ordered Thursday evening, and the delivery was sent Friday morning in Toronto. It was an excellent turnaround. I received emails to keep me up to date, when the order was processed and when it was delivered. The site was very easy to order from and the prices are competitive with the quality being excellent. I ordered flowers for my mom and it was important that they were delivered within a certain timeframe. I have put in the timeline request of morning or early afternoon in the special delivery instructions part of my order. My mom didn't get them within the timeframe I asked for. I called the place and they explained to me that they can't guarantee certain delivery times. I’ve used this company numerous times in the past and it was always perfect. Zero issues. This time their local florist was unable to deliver to the “rural area” (it was never an issue before) so I found out at noon on the day they were supposed to be delivered that they were unable to fulfill the order. My choices were a refund or to arrange a pickup. As the flowers were for my mother for her birthday, I wasn’t overly impressed. Customer service was decent sorting the whole mess out and they refunded the delivery charge but overall I wasn’t impressed.

Overall, I'm disappointed with Canada Flowers. The flowers I had selected was a Premium sympathy bouquet and to be delivered same day. They arrived 2 days later, with no notification of the delay, and the flowers ended up being a very cheerful, fall bouquet - although quite pretty - not the flowers I had selected to send to my grieving family member. They quickly responded to my follow up email; and after looking into the situation, Canada Flowers decided that a 20% refund and a 15% discount code for a future purchase was sufficient. Their justification was that the received arrangement ended up being of "correct value". Not really what a first time customer wants to hear. Clearly they just didn't want to take full ownership of the situation. To emphasize things further, my sister ordered a similar sympathy bouquet from another company and the exact arrangement she ordered was delivered on the same day. Unfortunately, based on what happened and how Canada Flowers responded to the situation, I will not be a returning customer.

The arrangement was totally sub par with some of the flowers half open...some buds and ???? did not come close to what I would expect for the money. I ordered the premium bouquet for my niece's second anniversary, though all the flowers seemed to be there, what arrived was , to quote my niece" the flowers were less mixed up thru out the vase" She got a clump of daisies all together, all the lily type were clumped together. They were not arranged at all like the photo. When you and up paying over $100 with the shipping and tax, the flowers should be arranged not clumped in a vase. I wish there was a way to attach photos in this review, but there isn't.

I looked for hours on line to order flowers for my twin sister in Ontario, I live in Nova Scotia. I could not believe how many places that we in Canada delivering to Canada but charging us U.S. Rates . I said to heck with that and kept looking, literally after hrs. of looking I thought about my Grandma and what she would send us when we had great grandchildren, or were sick etc. and it was always Pink Carnations with Baby's Breath & Greens. Well I found the site Canada Flowers and they had so many beautiful arrangements, but I looked up in one of their special columns "FLOWERS" and went to Carnations, there it was the same thing I remember getting many times from my Grandma and I knew it was what I had to send to Kim. I did it all on line, I made a mistake and forgot to put in a code for free delivery, and was charged it on my bill, but I contacted Canada Flowers the next morning by email and told them and they adjusted the account accordingly. Because of no hassle from them regarding it I have decided if and when I have to order flowers for any occasion I WILL BE GOING ON LINE AGAIN AND ORDERING FROM CANADA FLOWERS. Kim Loves them, so many have commented on how beautiful the arrangement was and I am happy she is happy and getting better and will be home from hospital within a couple of weeks. Requested a morning delivery (delivery was made at 5:30 pm), but the main problem was the quality of the flowers - many of them died within a couple of days. The company says that their freshness guarantee is for 48 hours and they are unwilling to review at this point (since that window has closed). My advice would be to avoid this company and deal with a local florist - if you are going to spend $100 for a special occasion, you want the gift to last more than a couple of days.

My wife's father passed away recently and, due to the pandemic, we were unable to attend the funeral. We decided to send a funeral arrangement and it was handled through Canada Flowers. The strange thing about ordering flowers in this manner is you rarely get to see or hear about how they were. However, family members called afterward to let us know how absolutely outstanding the arrangement was. Everyone who saw it commented on it. It seems the florist got the flowers fresh the morning prior to putting the arrangement together, so everything was super fresh. They couldn't stop talking about it. Well done!!!

The flowers were delivered to the incorrect address. The recipient didn’t receive them until the neighbour delivered them at 9 pm. Defeats the purpose of the reason the flowers were ordered and sent in the first place. I contacted customer service when I thought the flowers weren’t delivered. They responded, but when I let them know they were delivered to the incorrect address, I received no response.

When another company cancelled my order, I was heartbroken as this gift was for my Sister's birthday. I had ordered it the week before with another company and it was cancelled, so I looked for another company that could get this delivered. I contacted Canada Flowers and they were able to surprise my sister with a beautiful arrangement, chocolates and a balloon!! I thank Canada Flowers and Barrie Florist for being able to save a disaster and turn it into an amazing birthday for her! Placed right in front of door so while trying to open the door they fell over. Also a few flowers had broken stems. When the reciever called the only response they gave was sorry about that.

I ordered my little sister a bouquet of flowers for her birthday in Vancouver via Canada Flower’s online checkout in the fall of 2021. The flowers were absolutely incredible, so far above and beyond my expectation. She was in tears she loved them so much. The checkout process was so easy and I didn’t have to talk to anyone over the phone. I even had the option to add a teddy bear and chocolates! (Which I happily did).. I ordered them the day before and they were delivered the next day without hassle. I will definitely order through this company again next year!

I ordered a purple rose arrangement (for a specific reason) and what was sent was some ugly pale salmon coloured Roses which looked almost dead. I ordered the flowers for my anniversary and my spouse was extremely disappointed with the colt and look. I emailed immediately to customer service and there reply was the flowers were substituted due to the purple being unavailable due to COVID19. Customer service also said the flowers were the value I paid for which was premium! No one called me to ask about the colour change and the fact that the flowers were less than fresh ( I took and sent pictures) They basically ignored me and said the supplier said they were fresh and offered a 15% e-discount! The supplier was Edmonton based HDK Discount Flowers! Would nit recommend Bypass both Canada Flowers and HDK and purchase from a local store
