I was reminiscing with my husband about this experience yesterday and felt compelled to write a review. I was floored with what Ellen had put together for me. I was a last minute bride- calling her within weeks of my wedding date in the middle of wedding season. Not only was she able to pull it off, my bouquet was absolutely more than i could ever imagine. I sent in a few pictures of what I wanted, and asked her to put her creative touch on it. I came in and she had me close my eyes for the surprise and I nearly cried. It was my soul bouquet! It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen, and it was mine. Thank you Ellen for all you did for us. I didnt think my flowers would be memorable- but my gosh, that was one of the best parts of my entire day. You are the best.

Ellen did an amazing job with my flower arrangements. All the bouquets were very full and had lovely flower choices and textures. The only miscommunication during the experience was a $50 consultation fee was not brought up until I received the invoice.

My son purchased flowers from wild wood florist, they look good when delivered, within 2 days they are dead. My daughter bought me roses from No Frills for 15 they are gorgeous and beautiful. Why waste your money on dead flowers. Don’t waste your money, don’t understand how they can have such high reviews. Oh Well

Outstanding service and amazing quality! I live in the lower mainland and my mum lives in Salmon Arm, so I sometimes have to rely on flower delivery for certain occasions when we aren't celebrating together. On three past occasions, either birthdays or Mother's day, other florists in town have either delivered flowers on the wrong date, or not delivered the flowers at all. I called Wildwood, explained my past experiences, and they were so helpful. They created a bouquet for my mum for Mother's day that was so beautiful and it was delivered on the right day, even though I waited until the last minute to plan. I highly recommend Wildwood to anyone looking for flowers for any occasion!

Ellen and her team are floral magicians! I used her for all my wedding flowers, from the bridal bouquets, to flower crowns, to the center pieces and boy did she DELIVER! She took what I would say was a pretty vague idea from a greenery-challenged bride and built me a fantasy floral arrangement at every turn. Everything was so very beyond my expectations! As an extra point in their favour: my wedding planner, who has been in this business a while, said these were the best flowers arrangements she had ever seen! I had peonies!! Bright coral pink peonies, that perfectly matched my colour scheme and DIDN"T break the bank! Wildwood is entirely affordable, and Ellen works with you through the whole process to give you amazing quality flowers! She incorporated the charms I had for the bridal bouquets wonderfully. And my flower girls were OBSESSED with the delicate flower crowns she built them! As a side note: she and her team are also extremely kind! I am not from Salmon Arm, but was getting married there. She took the time to fill out a map with some must see spots, and gave us some amazing advice on places to see (The petting zoo was a big hit with my nieces and nephews!) and places to eat! She really went above and beyond!!!!! I've attached some photos so you can hopefully see how amazing and beautiful everything was! Thank you Wildwood, you made my wedding day beyond magical!

The bouquet was absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately the delivery was very last minute. I called at 4 pm to make sure the flowers had been delivered and it sounded like they had forgotten my order. They told me that they would be going out in 10 minutes, but didn't arrive until 5pm, as I was pulling up to the house, so the surprise of receiving flowers in the middle of the day was totally lost.

It is hard to beat the selection and service offered here, a true small town and local artist oriented shop. We love visiting the shop when I get a chance to return home, and even better, I can order flowers for my mom on special occasions when I can't be there. Ellen and her staff are wonderful!

Ellen was personable enough but because I was ordering remotely for delivery in the Wildwood Flower shop region - I wanted a photo of the arrangement once completed to be sure it suited what the occasion was AND to see what we were paying for. I was promised that I would receive the photo and the invoice which I expected same day as the delivery (Sept 11). This took over the telephone. later in the day, I emailed and said I had not received a photo or invoice from Wildwood - Sept 13 I received a response that they would check for the pic and email the invoice. Sept 17 I emailed them and again requested a photo of what was shipped and the invoice. Sept 21st I received an email telling me they forgot to take a photo and I received the invoice attached. Since the flowers were for a terrible death in a family I did not want to call them to ask what the flowers were like - the fact that this shop could not follow simple instructions is frustrating. I can't even give a proper star rating since I don't know what the bouquet looked like.
