Sent a last minute order for Valentines Day and Carl's was accommodating and sent this beautiful arrangement to my parents! Really brightened their day and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I wanted to take this moment to write a heart felt review in saying that I was very impressed with the way this Flower Shop helped with my order which was being delivered to my friend in Kelowna, I am out of province located near Toronto, Ontario. I am impressed the fact that, when I called to follow up on a delivery, I received a call back promptly and all was in order, even though I was not there in person, I was treated very well and professional , Customer Service is everything no matter the size of the company I found this company when I was searching flower shops on mapquest and read the reviews. I had an idea of what I wanted and they were very helpful in giving me advice and explained to me in detail of the options. I would most def recommend this small business. Perhaps one day I'll be able to walk into their store and order, we just never know what our future is or where we will be.

I ordered an arrangement from the U.S. for my girlfriend. I had asked it be delivered on a certain day for a specific reason. They failed to deliver, and I received no notification. So I had to spoil the surprise to see if it arrived, and when it hadn't I had to chase them up. They blamed the driver for not communicating and being new, said they would deliver it immediately, but offered no compensation. Not a great experience for me.

Great experience. Last minute order that they delivered the same day. Went for the "Designers Choice" bouquet and it was excellent! Will definitely order from again.

Save yourself your money and don't bother. I received a $69 bouquet that was worth no more than $25. I've twice emailed the owner with no response. Obviously, they have no interest in repeat customers. There are many options in the valley. Go elsewhere.

In April I had received a delivery of Carl's flowers from out of town friends, and was very impressed with the quality and longevity of the bouquet. So when I needed flowers for a celebration of a long time employee this month, naturally I thought of Carl's first. They didn't disappoint, and delivered a beautiful arrangement to our office yesterday. A real bright spot in these uncertain times. Highly recommended.

Received the snack basket as a gift and realized all of the snacks were from the dollar store! The gifter paid close to $100 for the basket and the items inside but there’s no way they spent more than $20 at the dollar store for the items. Also received some really weird snacks like plain rice crackers, plain hard oatmeal cookies, and after eights? Definitely not as it looks in the picture provided on the website. Don’t waste your money on this basket it isn’t worth it! Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the person who delivered it was very nice.

The delivery person was very nice and pleasant to deal with, as is the service. However while the flowers look wonderful I received the snack basket, which wasn't quite so great. I see it costs $80+delivery, but the quality and quantity of items was lacking for that price. The next day I went to the dollar store, found everything I got in the basket including the basket, and was able to purchase more than what I received for less than $20 after tax. Also the selection of snacks was strange considering what else was available at the store lol.

Highly recommend this flower shop!!! I got married on a Thursday evening. I called Carl’s only a few hours before my wedding as I made a last minute decision to have a bouquet. Not only did they whip up the most BEAUTIFUl bouquet of my dreams (I asked for white lilies and gerber daisies specifically), but one of the staff members took the bouquet home with them so that I could pick it up on my way out of town after closing hours. The flowers are sitting on my table right now 3 days later and have smelled up our whole entire house (3500 sq.ft.) with that beautiful powdery lily scent that I never even knew could be so strong.. they are not showing signs of dying yet either. Carl’s has phenomenal quality flowers, phenomenal customer service and a phenomenal flower arranger. I will definitely use this flower store again for when each of our 4 teenage children graduates, gets married etc et. Bravo!

I stopped in for some anniversary flowers and really enjoyed my experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very kind. Got the flowers I wanted and also a very nice indoor plant. Have a decent selection to choose from. Also alot of nice loose flowers you can make a arrangement with. Prices were typical for what you pay for flowers and they smelled great. Would recommend this place.

I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday and asked to have them delivered either on the Saturday or the Monday as her birthday was on the Sunday and I didn't order them until the Friday. They said they would try to deliver them on Saturday. But when they called on Saturday my friend had been involved in a car accident so they immediately changed the delivery date to the following Thursday to accommodate her.. They said it was no trouble at all!! They were so kind and helpful. AND, the flowers are absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much. I will certainly use Carl's flowers again.

I live in Calgary and was recommended this shop by my moms friend in Kelowna when I asked where to order flowers from. I ordered her birthday flowers over the phone. The lady on the call was very helpful and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and they used bright purples, pinks etcs! Perfect for making mom's winter/Christmas birthday brighter. Thank you! P. S. It's been two weeks since she received them, and she said only one flower has died. So these flowers definitely last. Highly recommended! Plus came in a fun cute vase.
