I went there yesterday at 5:50 to buy flowers before I head to a graduation ceremony at Bill Copeland sports Center and they were CLOSED. Their hours online and on their door however shows that they are open till 6 pm.

The flowers here are so fresh and gorgeous and very reasonably priced. Everyone was so kind to us and even helped my mom with some discard flowers for an art class she is teaching. I can't recommend them any higher!

RACISTS. Not welcoming at all. Twice now I have been referred to as a "gwai lo" or white devil. This third time I asked to pay for a bouquet which I had in my hand and was completely ignored. I asked someone standing outside if I could pay and was ignored. Bouquets are small for the prices being charged. Service is poor and there is no reason to put up with their racism. Straight up racist folks in this business, I don't think I will give them a fourth chance.

I had a great experience buying flowers and getting them delivered to my girlfriend's work on Valentine's day this year. Everything was done over the phone and even when I couldn't open the link on their website to see the flower variety, the staff texted me pictures of flower arrangements I was able to buy. Flowers were beautiful when my girlfriend brought them home that night. Kudos to the delivery driver as well. He persisted navigating the maze that my girlfriend's work is till he found her.

I live in Calgary Alberta and today I needed flowers sent to a dear friend living in Burnaby BC as emergency after just finding out they lost a loved one. Other florists told me soonest can do it would be Tuesday as were about to close on Sunday and Monday is civic holiday for them. At first Canada florist said the same thing but after I explained could not wait because my friend would be travelling out of country next day and it would really mean a lot, they made this beautiful arrangement and charged me a very reasonable delivery fee for emergency drop off and it was delivered in less than 3 hours today. It meant so much to me but most importantly my friend who I could not be there for physically. Thank you so much Canada florist Burnaby.

First but definitely not my last time coming here. Easy access on Canada Way between Kensington and Willingdon. Easily the freshest flowers I've ever bought. Can't find a flaw. Also feels like a very good price, on a large, beautiful bouquet for my Mom's birthday that didn't miss the mark. Maybe best of all though, was meeting one of the owners and learning that they have been there for 42 years! Knowing that I'm supporting a pillar of the community like this goes a long way for me, and I think my girlfriend will likely be getting some "just because" flowers in the near future!

Honestly a great place. Somewhat off to the side, but still great nonetheless. Asked for some specific flowers (Daisies) and came back with a beautiful bouqet! Very accomodating, and pleasant. They also do special wrappings for special occasions and you can also make your own personal arrangements as well.
