Nice customer service and okay assortment of flowers. They are happy to order in for you because they don't keep a lot of stock. But it's a small shop in a small town so I guess that's why.

They did the bouquets and boutonnières for our wedding in June 2018. The process started with a meeting with Heather. She went over every last detail of our wedding and what I pictured for the flowers. I didn’t have a specific idea in mind but she created exactly what I wanted despite not giving her a very clear sense of what I wanted. She kept exactly to our budget and the flowers were delivered at the exact time they promised them. We were so impressed with what she created for us and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a personalized bouquet to perfectly compliment your day. Thank you Heather!

I'm not sure if they had someone new manning the online contact form submissions or what, but when I wrote asking if they could work with me on a wedding bouquet, I got this response: "Hello, and I’m sorry but we are unable to help you." Okay? is it the flooding disrupting supply chain stuff? Is December 10th too soon of a date? Reading other reviews it seems there is a rude staff issue, very unfortunate. :(

Not sure if the woman I spoke to could have been any ruder or cared less about me as a customer but I'll never shop in this store. Walked in today looking for fresh flowers and I'm new to the area. After being irritated that I was in the way of something she was trying to get out of a bin (small store) and also seemingly irritated that I asked for help, she waved me off and told me to come back in an hour because they were busy. Had orders up the "ying yang" were her exact words. Fine. I would have been okay coming back if she hadn't be so incredibly rude and dismissive. I've been an entrepreneur/business owner my whole career and have always supported local and small business. I'm thrilled that business is that good for them especially coming off the last 18 months. But to be dismissed so rudely when I've taken the time to come into the store with the intent of being a customer, is not only disappointing but makes me wonder if all the businesses in this town are equally uninviting. My time is ever bit as valuable as hers. The truth is, I work hard for the money I make and I can shop anywhere. Customer service matters and dealing with people respectfully matters. Make sure you only show up when they don't have customers. Perhaps you'll be treated better. Incidentally my partner had a similar experience back in May.

I was blown away by the creativity, beauty, and elegance of my bouquets that "Blossoms 'n Such" made for my special day! Heather and I communicated back and forth for months up to my September wedding, and she did not disappoint but EXCEEDED my expectations! The colours and variety were absolutely stunning, and including my dad's bracelet in my bouquet meant the world to me. The flowers lasted for a long time and represented a very momentous and romantic time for my husband and I! We love this local, talented, and experienced business very much! Terrible service. Cancelled the order last minute with only an email same day it was supposed to be delivered. Do not recommend. I did receive a confirmation email stating the items were available and had placed the order directly from their website the day prior! Addressing this error more than 2 months after the fact is again unacceptable and shows the type of business they run. Again, your competition appreciates this.

There are not enough positive words to describe Blossoms 'n Such. Heather knows her stuff. She created the most beautiful flowers for my daughter's wedding in 2019 that made us cry when they arrived! She specially incorporated a very old ribbon into my daughter's bouquet that was in my mother's and my bouquets many, many years ago. I have also had several flower arrangements delivered by them, the most recent one for Administrative Professionals' Day. We are not in the office due to Covid-19 so my boss had them delivered to my home. They were stunning - all pinks, mauves, and creams. I was thrilled to receive them and they lasted nearly 2 weeks with careful stem snipping and water changing. I would highly recommend Heather and her capable staff!
