I recently had a birthday arrangement sent to my daughter. It exceeded my expectations and for the price the bouquet was gorgeous !! Mackillops went above and beyond with getting the bouquet delivered as there was miscommunication on my part.... thank you again for being so patient. Ordered Mother's Day flowers on-line over the weekend as I couldn't get through over the phone. It was obviously a super busy day. When I was ordering, they didn't have an available delivery date until Tuesday. I placed the order anyways and kindly asked, if possible, could they deliver out for Mother's Day. To my surprise the flowers made it for Mother's Day!! We are so happy and over the moon that McKillop's made this extra effort for us! Thank you so much!

I am very unsettled to view a employment position with your company that is $3 lower than our country wide minimum wage. Not even working wage to survive and you want a skilled person in floral industry. Disgusting!!!!!

My partner got me their chocolate basket and they were able to make it gluten-free for me! This was the best birthday gift and the service when they called to make sure I was home upon delivery was amazing. The staff are all very upbeat and friendly. Definitely recommend them!

I placed an order over the phone for Mother's Day and the arrangement consisted of carnations, couple of daisies and 3 big flowers. For the monies I paid, I could have saved a ton of money and bought from Walmart/grocery store. So, it's not saying much about their flower shop. Would I recommend or buy again from them? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Save your money and go get that $10 arrangement from Walmart or your local grocery store.

Chocolat and flower arrangement just terrible. Second time my husband ordered from them and both old flowers were used. Chocolates we Pot of Gold not what he expected considering the price. This arrangement was small and again roses are almoat dead. Will not order from them again.

Had to order flowers for a passing of a close relative. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was absolutely wonderful to deal with very nice man and excellent customer service skills . I explained to him what I was looking for and the price point. Left the name of the funeral home and church and from that point Mackillops took care of everything for me. From contacting the funeral home for delivery to the actual delivery which was a great burden off of me. I made it down for the funeral and flowers had already been delivered and were absolutely perfect. Exceeded my expectations. I also found the bouquet to be a very large size for the price point. I would highly recommend this business to family and friends. I also have have some other older relatives in this area and would not hesitate to usr Mackillops again for my future needs.
