Excellent customer service! I was making a cake for one of their brides. The friendly staff helped me match the flowers in her bouquet. They even helped me include elements that were meaningful to the bride and groom. It was a wonderful experience and I will certainly be going back.

I am absolutely impressed by the artistry of this bouquet of flowers my dad bought for my mom. The florist took inspiration from my dad calling my mom his peach queen and ran with it. She even included a little peach in there ???? I’m amazed by the colours, the variety of flowers, and how cohesive it is! Also, the staff there were so friendly and it was a lovely atmosphere. Wow!! Finally a fresh new florist in town! I was immediately drawn to the uniqueness of the arrangements and flower choices displayed on the website. So intrigued in the modern designs I chose Artists’ Choice for an arrangement for my moms birthday. It was absolutely stunning, unique and a variety of open and closed flowers adding to the longevity of the arrangement. I ordered them from out of province and I was beyond pleased with the final product, the experience ordering online, delivery zone depth, and amazing customer service when I needed to call the shop and ask a favour for delivery timing! I highly recommend this business and will 100% support them again!

Delivered ordered flowers for my wedding 30 minutes after ceremony was scheduled. Everything was pre planned and paid. After the massive inconvenience, had to fight for 50% of the cost to be returned. Would never use her services again. When questioned I was given excuse after excuse from flat tires to dead flowers the morning of - was told from an insider she mixed up the date. completely unprofessional in my own opinion. Sad as I hate to give a poor review to a local business - used this location specifically because it is in my hometown.
