De plus je lui ai dit que je voulais lui envoyer mon texte par internet et il m'a donné la mauvaise adresse courriel, il m'a rappelé pour me dire qu'il c'est trompé d'adresse de courriel. je leur ait fait confiance mais ils ont perdu ma confiance, c'était la 1re fois que je faisais livrer des fleurs sans les choisir moi-même et les donner moi-même mais je n'ai pas été satisfaite du service et de comment on m'a parlé au téléphone, se n'était pas professionnel aucune émotion d'être heureux à travaillé, au contraire, comme si sa job était plate. De plus j'ai demandé à se que la boss du magasin m'appelle et j'ai pas eu de retour d'appels encore ???? Aujourd'hui le 15 avril une semaine après, j'ai communiquer avec la propriétaire et elle m'a remboursé, elle a été très sympathique avec moi... Bref elle avait l'air d'être contente que je lui fasse part du service que j'ai eu de ses employés, je trouvais cela important de lui dire pour ne pas que son commerce perdre de la valeur au yeux des gens.

We ordered a swag arrangement for our father's burial. It was beautiful but for an arrangement that was delivered Wednesday noon that by Thursday noon there were wilted flowers. Not just our arrangement but 2 others also. You would think that the price they charge for these pieces they would stay nice for more than 24hrs. We also found out that there was a bouquet that was not even delivered to the church. ???? Sorry but I don't think we will be ordering from Rita Fleuriste again.
