Audrey was so lovely and understanding and perfectly understood our needs. I called her last minute for floral arrangements for my sister-in-law's bday and she was tremendously helpful and exacting in delivering bouquets that were (to quote my sister-in-law) "even more beautiful than those of her own wedding"! Delivery was perfectly on time, colors, shape and look of the bouquet on point. I was very pleased with the whole experience :)

OMG this is the place to deal with. I have only had the experience of truly professional service and caring that goes above and beyond anywhere else. I have had Audrey as a partner in crime with looking after sending flowers, plants, and gifts for my Mother over the last year of her life. It brought such joy, especially when you realize that my Mom worked in a flower shop in Quebec City in her early years, and knew her stuff. So many treats and luxury offerings, some of which were even new to Mom. I consider Audrey to be part of the family because of the love she showed through her work, and joy that she generated. I can't say enough about her, her husband, and her staff.
