I have purchased beautiful arrangements from paradise flowers on many occasions and just today purchased a birthday bouquet and they customize it exactly how I wanted it and was done professionally and as I waited for it. Customer service was excellent even delivery was immediately after it was made prices were fabulous I would certainly recommend this business to anybody they are very personable and will work with anybody to get the arrangement they like.

Absolutely awful customer service. The worst I've ever come across. They were paid $150 to deliver a customer flowers for Mother's Day, failed to deliver them, and when the customer called to find out why they belittled her and told her it was her fault. When her husband called later to ask for a refund, they told him he and his wife needed to be medicated. Under no circumstances is kind of conduct okay. The person who said this identified themselves as the OWNER. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Absolutely awful people. EDIT: Just wanted to edit my review to say that I noticed the business is actually commenting on people's reviews here and calling them down to the dirt! They've also rated themselves to up their own rating. The worst business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The owner of the shop recorded myself and my friend as we left the store that is attached to this one. It was very uncomfortable and when I looked at him to let him know I knew he was recording he went inside the shop and looked out at us. It was very strange and made for one of the most uncomfortable situations I have been through in a public space.

Yesterday again I got the worst customer service from Paradise Florist. Last year around this time I send birthday flowers through Telaflora to someone special in Paradise. the flowers were delivered three days late and was left outside in the cold and of course they flowers died. Yesterday yet again I decided to use Paradise Florist on Topsail Road, I used the book put out by Telaflora to order my arrangement of flowers which was already priced. I paid for the flowers and left my florist in Mississauga to go home when I got a call from the my florist that Paradise Florist wanted an extra $40.00 extra because there was four roses included in the arrangement. When I enquired why they wanted $40.00 more they said that it was because of Valentines day coming up and they was a mark up on flowers by 25%.I would recommend not using Paradise Flowers to anyone, they does seem to understand that people can be born and die around February 14.

I ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary as I am out of town. I was told by a sweet lady that they would be delivered in the afternoon. No flowers showed up. I phoned, left a message and nobody returned my call. The next day the flowers showed up mysteriously on my patio. I do not recommend placing a flower delivery order for a "special" occasion.

Ordered flowers for delivery to mothers retirement home in Newfoundland to the amount of 150$. One of their more expensive arrangements. Received email from company that the retirement home doesn’t accept real flowers anymore and instead of refunding order, they advised they would be sending silk fake flower arrangement. Looks like a 10$ In plastic flowers from-dollar store. Totally not worth 150$ Would never recommend to anyone.

I ordered flowers from their online ordering system. My credit card was charged however the flowers never arrived. When I called to inquire I was told there was a "mix up" and they would send the flowers "right away" and double the number of flowers to make up for the mix up. When the flowers arrived they were half dead. I guess they doubled the number of flowers by reaching into there garbage bin. They are the worst flower shop I have ever used.

My wife and I used Paradise Flowers in July 2020 for our wedding. She and her bridesmaids were delighted with their bouquets and our guests made numerous compliments on the table arrangements and those that were on cake and side tables throughout the venue. Highly recommend them for weddings and any occasion. Carol Ann was amazing to deal with and ensured we had everything we wanted for our dream day.

BRIDAL PARTIES BEWARE! I tried to organize the flowers for our wedding in the fall and have been trying to do so since January. I was told to try again after Valentine's Day then again after Mother's Day. I was directed to email as I'm living out of town. After multiple unanswered emails, I advised the owner that I needed someone more responsive. Now, she won't refund my deposit even though the wedding isn't for months and she hasn't done anything that I've asked of her! The lack of regard for customer service is appalling. I wouldn't recommend Paradise Flowers to anyone.

I would not suggest anyone use this flowershop. They alerted me almost an hour after a funeral had begun that they were unable to complete my order. When I emailed to voice my dissatisfaction, the owner left me a voicemail stating it was MY fault the order didn't get delivered. That I should have called the shop, instead on relying on their online ordering system. Even though I got a confirmation number and my credit card was charged.....

I would highly recommend using Paradise Flowers.... they are the best. I had no idea what to send my wife for our anniversary and the professional staff at Paradise Flowers did an amazing job in creating a beautiful bouquet that my wife still talks about to this day ......and the bouquet lasted for so long.......The last time I bought flowers from a supermarket and was very disappointed.( I guess that's why you buy groceries at grocery store and flowers from a florist I guess ) On a added note I have a question to the lady who mentioned the delivery driver texting while driving...Is there some reason why you did not call the shop to voice your displeasure about their delivery driver rather than post a bad review?? I will be calling Paradise Flowers again most definitely..

Very easy to use website to purchase arrangements and delivery made so easy very happy with recent purchase and had excellent Customer Service to customize my arrangement. The flowers lasted an extremely long time which was Amazing their roses are literally like nothing I have ever seen anywhere else they are so fresh and they do not wilt or die within days the last almost 2 weeks or more I would definitely recommend this store and ease of purchase was amazing

I came out of quarantine on Mother's Day to discover that no less than 9 flower shops I visited -Supermarkets, Costco and other private shops- were completely sold out of flowers. Paradise flowers were able to sell me a nice mixed bouquet of flowers for 46 dollars. I was delighted at the freshness and quality. Thanks so much!

Recently ordered a bouquet of roses and they were so beautiful and fresh we are still looking at fresh roses today and they are 13 days old at this point. The customer service at the store was great it was smooth and fast service everything I asked for I received and I certainly would return to the store again for any future purchases and I would recommend it to anybody and I assure you won’t be unsatisfied
