Ordered my wife flowers from here. Service was pretty good and the flowers turned out very well. We were both happy with the arrangement. The price was a little steep but I don't mind paying for quality so long as I feel I am getting my money's worth. Most florist I have used in other cities don't charge for delivery and this one does so that's the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. Highly recommended and I would use again.

They cheap out on the flowers and they don’t even look remotely like what’s advertised online. For $50 I could have bought 6 of these at Safeway. It’s embarrassing sending these and having no idea they’d look so cheap.

The flowers from here are the most beautiful I have ever seen! The roses are the biggest and brightest, definitely worth the price they charge! The owner is so kind hearted and brightens the atmosphere of patients at a Calgary hospital, by donating numerous amounts of beautiful flowers each and every week. They really make a positive difference in patients life, allowing them to stop and smell the flowers no matter what obstacles they are overcoming with their health. Thank you! Since they don't bother having different images for the different size bouquets, here's a photo of a "Standard". It's the "Be My Love Bouquet with Red Roses". I don't know about you, but three watery pink roses doesn't cut it. Not worth $75. This was my third order this year. Also the last. Might as well go to Safeway next time.

Absolutely dismal!!! A Delux Bouquet?!?! It contains 4 Rose's and 14 other flowers, this bouquet I'm sorry to say wouldn't go for 14.99 in a grocery store(I was ripped off $78.95), seriously! You should at least attempt to make the bouquet look similar to the advertised picture! I left wondering what I would have gotten if i did not add the additional $20.00 charge, please reach out and refund this, well to be fair, refund 80% of it! I live in BC & April 23rd I ordered a bouquet for my 92 year old aunt who was in the hospital in Calgary. I phoned & spoke to a very nice lady named Caroline & told her the bouquet I was looking at online. It was a gorgeous colourful spring bouquet. It was delivered on April 26th per my request. My sister was in to visit my aunt on the 30th & sent a picture. The bouquet was entirely white & near death after only 4 days. I phoned Caroline & she remembered the bouquet I had requested & that it was indeed very colourful. She apologised for the error & said she would get back to me. I specifically phoned her back rather than leave a bad review & she thanked me for that consideration. Well, after apologising profusely, nothing was done. Sorry to say that for $111.25 I will not ever order from White's again. I suppose they were hoping, being in BC, that I'd never know what they had delivered. Needless to say, I'll never deal with them again.

We received an arrangement as a surprise gift, but the delivery person called us and didn't offer to return when we were home or leave with a neighbour. We had to ask to leave with next door. The arrangement was supposed to be a white winter bouquet but 2 pine cones, damaged roses and 3 pieces of fake holly is not what the sender ordered. The vase/bowl was on its side inside the box and water had already spilled out, soaking the piece of paper with a note from the sender. We salvaged what we could and the remaining flowers lasted less than 1 week. Flowers from safeway last longer. It's quite a let down, when a florist should have better quality flowers and delivery.

Stopped by on my 25th wedding anniversary (yes, I left it to the last second /sigh). Talked to a few employees, and they seemed genuinely excited for my anniversary date. Gave them my budget (80 - 100$) and told them my wife loves vibrant colours and strong flowery scents. All I asked it that the scents didn't clash and make a mess. Oh my word. The designer took 30 minutes and made an AMAZING collection of flowers. Bright, beautiful, pleasant scent! Well worth the money! My wife was ecstatic and we had a great anniversary. Will definitely buy all my flowers from White's in the future.

My favourite shop! I've ordered all my flowers here, despite living in the deep SE. Prices are more then reasonable even for my wedding flowers. They've always gone above and beyond. When I ordered my wedding flowers here and said "this is what I need, this is my budget" I wasn't picky what I got I just wanted a "spring flower" bouquet and it was even more beautiful then I had imagined. Staff is very sweet and accommodating:)

I find myself in a strange position. Someone special from out of town tried to order what would have been a beautiful arrangement for my birthday . It was unfortunately delivered to a wrong address. The company was apologetic and quick to fix it the next day, only what arrived was nothing compared to what the original order was. When I called again they were originally defensive then apologetic, recognized again their error and was shipping it out today. Only today, I got a DYI kit and not the original order that was ordered. The person I spoke with made me feel like I was a bother, and made me feel foolish because I know nothing about flowers. It really saddens me because had my order arrived the way it should have originally.., as the order was placed.., I wouldn’t have been upset at the two other mistakes made.

Colleen was professional and friendly over the phone although ended up using their online service which was easy to navigate. The flowers arrived before noon on the day I requested and they called me to confirm the location and were patient and politewhen trying to find the location. I ordered two bouquets for my brothers wedding as my mom and I could not attend the wedding due to COVID. The flowers are received however I am extremely disappointed that one of the bouquet does not come with the message from my Mom. Your staff asked me to send you the message by email but it was not there. I subsequently called and spoke with the same staff who made the order. He repeatedly claimed he did not receive the email in irritated voice. It does not make sense as I sent it to wecare@whitesflowerscalgary.ca - your official email. He said "we are very busy. I did not get your email. I will send an apology card and that's it." I am in a shock with this experience and words cannot express my disappointment. I have indicated a few times the importance of this flower when i cannot attend my brother's wedding. Ultimately it was not well taken care of, not to mention the zero customer service and no apology.

I've struggled with White's flowers. The first couple of times I ordered from here it was great. The next couple of times I gave specific instructions on flowers and got something completely different. (I asked for red roses and got white)... Annoying but I could live. I went in early on Christmas eve, to get some flowers. They had tons in stock, but would not sell them to me? They would only sell premade arrangements in vases. There were 100's of flowers that I wasn't allowed to touch or pick up? I asked numerous times and the girl kept saying no, but wouldn't give me a reason. They weren't busy, there were multiple people standing around. Time to find a new flower shop I guess...

We don't usually have the budget to have the flowers assembled but we've told them what we wanted and they've arranged a bouquet and sent us pictures so we could copy. Always super happy with this company!

I was super impressed with the staff and their kindness. I called in with a bit of an odd order and was 100% catered to. They offered alternatives to ensure i was able to get something as close to what I wanted as possible....and it was awesome! Not only that, but I was greeted by name upon entering the store - granted I said I was on my way...but it was super cool to be greeted and anticipated.
