I ordered flowers well in advance of Valentine’s Day to be delivered on February 14th. When I told them what part of the city my girlfriend worked in they said ok, they do that area first and I said good because she will be done work early. I did not hear anything all day from my girlfriend about receiving flowers and so I called Vanda at 1:00 to check the order and at this point they had not gone out yet! At 2:30 I called again when my girlfriend let me know that her work had notified her that she had flowers for her. Problem was she had already left work and now needed to drive back across the city to pick them up since her office would be closed over the long weekend. Could not be more disappointed in this service. I will never order from Vanda ever again! I wish I could rate them negative stars.

Wonderful service. Delivered same day. I believe they were out of the flower I ordered online, so she called to see if I was okay with a different color. I was fine with it and my recipient was thrilled. She added some extras so it looked even nicer than the picture! Would definitely recommend and order again!!

Absolutely abysmal service. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my spouses’ workplace for Valentine’s day as I was in Winnipeg for work and couldn’t deliver the flowers myself. At 4pm I checked with my wife and she had not received anything, I proceeded to call Vanda florist to check on the status of my order. The answer from Vanda was that the flowers were on their way and should be there soon. I advised the gentleman on the phone that the office where my wife works closes at 5pm and that if the flowers were delivered after this time that no one would be there to receive them. Vanda offered to redirect the delivery to my residence which I though was an acceptable solution. At this point the surprise for my wife was ruined but no big deal, if she got the flowers, I was still happy. I returned from Winnipeg late that night and discovered that some of the flowers were already dead, I asked my wife what time the flowers were delivered, and she said they didn’t get to the house until after 9:15pm at night and she was woken up by the delivery driver. For an expensive bouquet of flowers plus a delivery fee this is unacceptable service, not only did they ruin the surprise they woke my wife and delivered a sub-standard product. The next morning, I called Vanda to explain the issue and I was verbally assaulted by the owner. I asked for a refund and was told I should take it up with Mastercard then the owner hung up on me. I will never spend another cent here and I would advise others to avoid this business.

My son and daughter in law sent me flowers for mothers day. Knowing that lilies are my favorite, they ordered an arrangement that was full of lilies and lavendar roses. Knowing that I love coloured glass, they ordered an arrangement that had a purple glass vase. What they ordered and what they got were entirely different, I've uploaded pictures. My daughter in law wrote a review and immediately got a phone call from the florist (Vanda) demanding that she remove her review. I'm writing this review today, and including photos. The fact is that they did not get what they ordered. I'm angry that this florist took advantage of my son and his wife and the fact that they ordered online. This is shameful, and so nervy to then demand that the review be removed. WOW. Here's pictures, you decide.

I don't usually do these reviews but DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST: By far the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I placed an order online for an arrangement to be delivered and spoke with them through email to call the the receivers before delivery for directions. Vanda Florist assured me this would be no problem. They DID NOT speak with the receivers before delivery and instead delivered the arrangement to a 'NEIGHBOUR'. According to them they left a voicemail for the receiver which in reality did not happen. The 'neighbours' address they have supposedly left the arrangement with is not even the same street as the receivers! It took multiple emails and unanswered phone calls/voicemails after almost 2 weeks to receive this information. I am extremely disappointed, this service was no where near completed and upon asking them to re-deliver the arrangement to the proper address or receive a refund they haven't even responded!

Vanda you nailed it !!!!!! Thanks for making my mom's day special on mother's day. I went to the shop, talk to the girl, was not sure what to buy for my mom, she helped me picking the flowers, she spent enough time with me during their busy day (I appreciate it). I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my wife's work as a surprise for our anniversary. Apparently there was going to be a problem delivering them on time, so instead of calling me (the person who ordered and paid for the gift, and whose number was attached to the order) they looked up my wife's work number and called her to tell her. This completely ruined the surprise. The person who answered the phone asked me if I had specifically put that it was a surprise in the notes. Is it mothers day? No? Then it's a surprise! Absolutely ridiculous. Here is a life tip Vanda, if a man is sending flowers to his wifes place of employment, THEN IT IS A SURPRISE. Never, ever call the recipient you morons. Off to find every review site I can. Thank you for ruining this for her, hope you sleep well.

The flowers were beautiful, my mum really loved them and made her feel special. However, the note was not written correctly which incorrect spelling of words. The most disappointing part is that a colleague from Vanda had called my mum the day before the delivery to ask it she would be home the following day - so that ruined the surprise because she knew that she was receiving a delivery from a flower shop. As I am in Ireland, i was really hoping it would be a total surprise for my mum for mothers day. Please pay more attention to these things because your customers are more than likely purchasing flowers as a surprise and by calling the person the day before will ruin the surprise. Knowing this I unfortunately won’t be buying flowers again from Vanda.

We couldn’t make it to Calgary for Mother’s Day so we ordered locally. We picked the “Spritely Spring” bouquet, however what my Mother In Law received looks nothing like what we thought it would. I would have never picked the arrangement she recieved today. Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of due to the price and what my MIL received. Will not be using Vanda’s services again.

Very Friendly and easy to work with! I was having a succulent/cactus arrangement delivered to a friend, and it arrived exactly as it looked on the website, on the day I requested. Plus I had put error on my message (to be written on the card) when I ordered the arrangement, and when I called it was no problem to change the message. Would highly recommend this florist.

I am in the states and my mom is in the hospital back home in Calgary. No other florist's would deliver today to her. This man was amazing. Told him my situation and even though his driver's were all busy told me he would deliver them himself! Just got the call from my step dad to say they would be there in 40 mins! You can't beat that customer service and compassion!

This place is absolutely outstanding! Not only is it extremely convenient to have a flower shop close to home, but having one of the best as well. The flowers were presented very beautifully and at such a good price. However it was the people who work here that are the ones who make the experience all the better. Vanda Florist came through for me last night (Mother's Day) when Teleflora didn't delivery my mom her flowers until after 9 pm and the flowers were completely hideous. I live in NYC and mom is in Calgary so i have to depend on ordering online. My mom deserved way better than what Teleflora gave her! I messaged Vanda at 9 pm last night describing what happened and Hannah got right back to me within minutes. I could tell she actually cared and wanted to do everything she could to help. She even offered to go back to the shop late last night and do a special delivery at 1030 pm! I mean who else would offer that??? This morning Hannah sent me tons of pictures of the arrangement that she put together by herself just for my mom. They were the most gorgeous flowers I have ever seen and my mom was so stunned at their beauty! Even better, my mom felt so special that she had something custom made for her by someone who actually cared. Vanda 100% saved my mom's Mother's Day and I have never seen such amazing customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them anytime I need a gift :)

Khawer and Hina, a couple who owns the shop, have no idea on how to operate a professional flower shop. Most of the time the shelves are bare. Flowers that are not sold within one week are usually carried over to use for the next week. Most of the flowers that is on their website they do not have in stock. Worst is they don’t pay their suppliers and didn’t pay one of their couriers. I have personally seen Khawer take an order and not send out the value that it’s worth. Be aware when you buy from these dishonest people.
