My mother (who is in Ontario) trusted Tree House to send me a lovely arrangement. They did accomplish this, however when the flowers started to die within days of receiving it, I called to ask for proper care procedures. I spoke with someone at a call centre in the USA and he took a message and said someone from the shoppe would call me back. That was a week ago. Still no call. Quite disappointing. I've referred my mom to use Fleurish Flower Shop in Lakeview in the future....they never disappoint.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mom for her 78th birthday. I called the same day, and they absolutely went above and beyond. It was delivered by 1pm (I only called at 10am!). I had a couple of requests. She loves pink, and fresh flowers that last. My Mom has NEVER been more thrilled than she is with this arrangement. The base is gorgeous, and the flowers are the freshest ones we have ever had. Some of them we can't even identify! Thank you so much to the staff at Trrehouse flowers. You made my Moms week. ❤❤

Had an amazingly beautiful vased arrangement show up for delivery after I was hurt at work. Being I'm a florist myself the pressure was apparently on hahah ( love you mom) but they did an amazing job and the abundance of beautiful flowers and stunning ,vase was over the top! After doing a Google search for a flower shop, I came across a lot of positive reviews for Tree House. I proceeded to their website and saw that they have a really great selection! As these flowers were for my gf for our 4 year anniversary, I wanted something special. After looking through a number of options, I chose the "Rich in Love Bouquet" by Teleflora. Seems it was the right choice as my gf absolutely loves them! I have ordered flowers online a number of times but each time previously, it had been a bit stressful as the flowers wouldn't arrive in a timely fashion. Not this time though! They arrived mid morning to her work just like I had hoped and everything went seamlessly. I will 100% use Tree House again in the future and recommend them to anyone doing the same "search" as I did! Thank you very much!

Finally found out that some of the bouquets have been less than adequate. 87 yr old Mother actually called to complain herself this time. Plus we emailed. They replaced this bouquet but not great customer service during our followup.

I have purchased flowers from Tree House several times before, and they are always perfect. Today however, I ordered via phone and got 5 star service. The bouquet has not yet arrived, but I am sure it will be wonderful as usual. I was speaking to Bethany, and wanted to personalize the card to go with the bouquet as much as I can as it was not possible for me to go to the shop myself. She was extremely patient and wrote out the card exactly as I wanted - spelled in another language! Thank you so much to Bethany and the rest of the staff at this wonderful flower shop!

When you call from Florida to place two orders for flowers going to two lovely nieces, you can never be too sure of the results. I ordered a flower stand for the family of a friend who recently passed away. We wanted to find a local flower shop that would prepare something beautiful. Ordering from BC, I was a little hesitant to order from a local shop in Calgary (instead of one of those big flower websites) but I'm so glad I did. The shop went above and beyond what I had envisioned. I received a call shortly after I ordered and they went over my order with me and confirmed any add-ons I needed to complete the order. I was confident by the end of the conversation that they would take care of us and Tree House Flower Shoppe certainly did that. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful floral gift.

They went above and beyond - a shining example of customer service! I ordered a sympathy bouquet for delivery and foolishly did not double check the address. No matter, as their delivery person took the initiative to call the recipient, get the correct address, and deliver the bouquet in a timely and professional manner. I never order flowers, so I was stumped as to where to get a bouquet for my daughter-in-law after her mom passed away. After reading reviews, I walked into Tree House. Although they are very busy, the lovely lady there helped me right away. I told her how much I wanted to spend and what colours I wanted. She put together the most lovely, big, full, fresh bouquet. It was perfect. Now I know where to go when I need flowers next time. I'll also be telling my husband and my son where to buy flowers ;-).

If I could give this shop 0 stars, I would do it. If you want to ruin somebody's birthday or other important occasion, go ahead and place an order with this company. my experience: Placed an order around 12:00, was advised that it is too late for same day delivery so arranged that the flowers will be picked up around 3PM. When I arrived at the shop, it was closed. I called back the customer service who advised me that they do not know where the owner is and that they are not authorized to contact them. also, the customer service is not located in Calgary. Total waste of time and money. It is hard to believe that today anybody could survive managing their business this way. Reckless, belligerent carelessness.

We have received flowers from mums friend over the years from Tree House. They were always beautiful and lasted so long. It only made sense to get flowers from Tree House for my mums funeral. They made a perfect arrangement and exactly what we wanted. They went over and beyond to make a perfect arrangement. I highly recommend them.

I called in around 11:20 hoping I could get a rush delivery, told them I was hoping it would be possible to get it delivered to the place before noon. I realized this was almost unrealistic but I thought I could give it a shot. The girl on the phone (clerk on my receipt says "BF") ensured that they would help me as best they could. She called the driver and asked if they could do it. Called me back, took my order by 11:30 and said they can for sure deliver it by 12:30 (which was understandable given the circumstance) but by 11:50, it was already at the place! I really appreciate the service of both the clerk and the driver in getting it in as soon as they can, even with the unreasonable request. Thank you, thank you very much! My girlfriend LOVES the circus roses, as well!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. I first was looking online, then saw that it was just down the street from me. I decided to stop in, and I spoke with Earl, who I found out today, owns the place with his wife. I showed Earl a picture of what i wanted from online, and just asked him to make it bigger. He assured me that he would make it bigger and put something together that would look amazing, and boy he did not disappoint. Everything was perfect and flawless from the second I walked in the door of the shop, to the second I got the text from one very, very happy woman who received her flowers. Don't even waste time going anywhere else, if you're looking to impress your better half, your crush, your mom, grandma, dad, anything, just go talk to Earl and his staff and you will not regret your choice, this was my first experience with Tree House, and they made me feel like a long time customer from the second I went in. I will most definitely be back again. Thanks again Earl!

First rate service and premium product! I ordered a Valentines day arrangement one week ahead and they had all the flowers on hand and made the arrangement exactly as pictured on their site! It was absolutely stunning, they didn't cheap out anywhere! And despite the crap weather they also delivered it within the time frame I requested. I highly recommend them!

The Tree House advertised same day delivery on their website and had decent reviews. I thought I'd play it safe and order the day before. It should be said that I'm not from Calgary and placed the order online. I was having flowers delivered to a friend at work on her birthday. By lunch time of that day, they hadn't shown up (but of course the cat's out of the bag now, as I had to ask her, so it was no longer a surprise). I called them at 1:40pm and the driver "was on his way with them". At 4:30 still nothing, other than the explanation of a "mix up" and a commitment that they SHOULD be there before 5:00pm. Just in time for her to go home. Awesome. Thanks Treehouse for making what was supposed to be a nice birthday surprise, into a terrible customer service experience for myself, and a total anticlimactic day for my friend, well from me anyhow. Overall, a terrible experience. I won't be ordering from them again. Do yourself a favor and make sure you talk to someone from there if you aren't going to heed this warning. They're friendly enough (well, the 2nd lady I talked to was), but overall were still very noncommittal, and no attempt to make it right.

I placed an order for flowers for a birthday. This particular arrangement was supposed to come in a striped birthday box to resemble a present. However upon deliver, it was placed in an ordinary while box with a large advertisment on the front...far from a birthday box. Aside from that I ordered the deluxe arrangement only to discover the flowers look withered and old. Horrible arrangement overall, I was very disappointed in the product and encourage everyone to look elsewhere for their flowers.

I called for a last min birthday arrangement order, gentleman on the phone was so kind and helpful also resonable cost to add 2 sunflowers to the bouquet ive heard denials at other places to change or add flowers (comes how it comes)... It arrived same evening no issues, with apart buzzers like some delibery places. My mother was over the moon, I'd say the arrangement was better than picture. Just beautiful! The owners could have not been any kinder. I was volunteering as a decorator for a charity gala and last minute the florist I had cancelled. I went to the Tree House Flower Shoppe a couple days before the gala and the owners were very helpful and welcoming. They ensured that I would have more than enough flowers for the event. They did a demo with me to ensure it looked aesthetically well and donated beautiful flowers. The owners and staff showed me compassion and were amazing. The staff really cares and takes interest in every customer above and beyond. I am so thankful for finding such a sincere business. In December, one of my close friend lost her dog unexpectedly. I ordered flowers to be delivered to her house. Unfortunately, I ordered the flowers not knowing she was out of town until later that day. The delivery person made every effort to try to deliver the flowers in person. My friend asked the delivery person to deliver it to another family member's place while she was driving back home. Unfortunately, the family member was not home. She gave another address and no one was home ....again!. This delivery person ended up driving back and forth all over the city, driving to three places. In my previous experience, I have had flowers delivered in front of the house without knowing in the freezing cold or the flowers being left at a random neighbor's. I just wanted to thank you guys so much for making my friend feel better. The best part was that she was able to keep a few flowers alive for another month or two (super impressive). She quite enjoyed them. I know where I will be ordering flowers in the future. Thank you so much :)

The arrangement arrived on time but it looked a little bare with several empty gaps, and the flowers were not the freshest either. I would not recommend the order and delivery service. Money is taken at checkout on the website site instantly, but no flower delivery received and no email received explaining the deficiency or shortage issue. Waited 2.5 hours for delivery, to find out they didnt have the supplies for the arrangement?? Come on. I won’t attempt to get anything here ever again and unfortunately I can’t recommend this business. I will consider taking down this negative review when I get my full refund.
