Had soup with treats and juice.. Homemade soup from scratch was very good. My kids enjoyed their treats and so did I. I will be returning to try the sandwiches and more. Pics next time. Neat dacore and friendly staff make a great place to pop in for lunch.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my sister at her work place. Her work place is very difficult to locate even with google maps but they accommodated me anyways and delivered them same day on time <3 the arrangement is truly beautiful and looks so professional and personal. They even tinted the roses blue for me because those are my sister's favourite. Really pleased with Stems and will be going to them for all of my Red Deer flower needs in the future! I have yet to try their coffee but I am sure it is as delicious as their flowers are beautiful!!!

I have received many dozen red roses over the years. I just received 2 dozen from Stems, and I have to say, I've never seen such beautiful flowers. They are fragrant, evenly cut, trimmed of leaves on the botton, kept in water, and perfectly wrapped up! They are the most lovely flowers I have ever seen. I would recommend anyone to invest in the quality and thoughtfulness Stems puts into their flowers.

I love this flower shop and cafe. The cafe is closed now (April 2021) due to Covid. When it's open their baking is so fresh and tasty.???? Their flowers and staff are enthusiastic and friendly. They make such lovely flower arrangements. They have a wide variety of gifts. Such a lovely experience and directly across the street from the Red Deer Hospital. If you need to see and purchase something lovely...highly recommend Stems Flowers and Cafe.????????????????

Stems provided amazing flowers for my daughter's wedding in July, 2015. They were attentive to each detail (such as differentiating between bridesmen's and groomsmen's boutonnieres) and were patient when I kept adjusting the order. The bride's and maid of honour's bouquets were beautiful (a little edgy, even). Although there was a mutual miscommunication about the church flowers, they were beautiful and worked later both on the head table at the reception and the next day at the open house. I highly recommend Stems Flowers & Cafe to anyone who asks me about florists.

Amanda is an absolute te Angel!!! ???? It was my Mom's 90th birthday today and she is ill and under quarantine in her group residence along with her 93 year old best friend, so I can't visit them or celebrate. She created, then delivered 2 gorgeous bouquets to the front of the of the main doors and it TOTALLY made their difficult month brighter! At a time when the world is under so much angst and worry, she brought artistic flair and love in the most classy way. I got married during the stressful COVID times where my plans were constantly changing. Amanda was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process of date changes, location changes, etc. She also took allot of the stress away by providing me with great ideas and guidance. I absolutely loved my wedding flowers! I’ve now ordered other arrangements from her and I’m always pleased with them! I highly recommend Amanda and the STEMS team!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a flower shop!! My husband (who works out of town) ordered flowers for my birthday. They didn't arrive, nor did he or I receive a phone call regarding the order. When he called to inquire the day after my birthday he was told that their flower delivery didn't come in due to a snow storm, but they were planning to deliver the order 2 days late. Understanding that it was out of their control, this would have been acceptable had they made the phone call to let me (or him) aware of this issue. He cancelled the order as I was going to out of town 2 days later. Very poor customer service!

Very nice store with local area craft works and a coffee bar. Friendly staff but my $85 roses (which came in one day earlier) died super fast. Cut the stems as I always do with super sharp scissors and fresh water with plant food in intervals. Disappointed to say the least but service was good and as mentioned friendly.

I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by this flower shop, they received the flower order on Tuesday, and today Friday, I the recipient received a very wilted, flowers turning brown arrangement........the card inside was completely damp and not even salvageable. Would definitely not recommend!
