This is the first time ordering flowers from Panda Flowers. After 35 years of marriage I have spent a great deal of money on bouquets throughout the years. Some of them were good but the rest poor value for the money. The bouquet from Panda Flowers incredible and provide extreme value for my dollar. As a guy I don't spend a lot of time thinking about flowers. Recently at work we've had a couple of sad occasions requiring flowers and the fellow in the shop was really helpful. The owner of this flower shop does an absolutely beautiful job each and every time! He takes real care and pride in his arrangements. He is also a great person! While waiting for our flower arrangement my car's battery died. It was freezing out and we had the kids in the backseat (husband was waiting in the car with them). The owner SO KINDLY helped us to boost our vehicle with his! It took time and effort and the least we could do was write this review to let people know that we appreciated his kindness so much. Panda Flowers ruined my Valentine's Day 2017. I was not impressed whatsoever with Panda Flowers. My husband works out of town and decided to call Panda Flowers to deliver something special for me. I had to wait all day and all night for them to deliver my flowers at 10PM NIGHT. Upon receiving the flowers I was absolutely mortified. They were wilted and in terrible condition. The arrangement itself was an absolute eyesore. I can't believe how much they charged for such a ridiculous excuse of a bouquet and terrible delivery service.

After a mis understanding and a lack of communication, the panda flowers owner personally delivered the pre ordered arrangement and an additional bouquet to make amends. This showed alot of care towards the customer and the ability to correct a mistake. Both arrangements were gorgeous and I would recommend this flower studio.

Have used this shop a few times, and delivery the most recent. Always happy with their flower arrangements but the most recent one for delivery, they called my wife ahead of time and ruined the art of surprise. She knew a day in advance, disappointed at the lack of sense that showed.

Worst waste of $100 I’ve ever spent. I purchased a dozen roses on February 14 (Valentine’s Day). They looked vibrant and ready to bloom. I ran from the cold to my vehicle and then from there to my house. They were immediately cut and placed in a vase with room temp water and plant food. A day later they were drooping and by day 4 a couple of them had wilted away. They never did bloom. Not what I’d expect for $100. Lesson learned

Shilpa took our pintrest ideas and combined them with her expertise to make beautiful one-of-a-kind wedding bouquets and boutonnieres. She also made sure that we got exactly what we needed when we ordered additional bulk flowers to create our own centre-pieces and they turned out perfectly. Shilpa handled our last minute request to cancel one bridesmaid bouquet with ease, she offered us a solution to increase the size of the other bouquets using the flowers from the cancelled one. We couldn't be happier with the results. It's been a week since the wedding and we are still enjoying my lovely bridal bouquet.

The location of the shop is perfect. I walked in the store and the owner Shilpa greeted me. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I told her the occasion and he helped me to choose best possible flowers. I was able to walk in the cooler and select exactly the type and color of flowers. The price was perfect. The arrangement she made was perfect and loved it. I will go again and recommend my friends/family.

Unfortunately I had forgot where I had ordered flowers about three years ago and went to pick up a arrangement for my wife yesterday at panda. This morning the flowers that were less then 24 hours old were going brown. Three years ago I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on her birthday since I was out of town, they arrived at 930 pm and they looked horrible, I called complained and got a refund. I don’t know if it’s my horribly bad luck there but the quality is very bad. I suggest not purchasing flowers from this shop

Absolutely love this place. A couple years ago, my friend and I came in on Mothers Day. He only had a budget of $30 yet the staff still treated him like gold and took him through the store to make a custom bouquet for him, even though they are the only store in Sherwood Park open on that day and people are easily spending hundreds of dollars on flowers. Another time I made an order for a friend of mine and I mentioned that she had a cat, so they made sure to do their research and not include any flowers that would be toxic to the cat if he decided to snack on them. On top of the amazing service, the flowers always seem to last. They definitely have a customer for life.

Averaged size show room and usually have a good selection of flowers though they do run low at holidays. Staff is always very nice and they are quite helpful. They have cards, and some decorations that can help make a flower arrangement unique. Been buying flowers for over 10 years and never had issue with quality.

It isn't often that I take the time to write a review but these guys deserve the time and effort. I left a message after hours expressing my urgent need for an arrangement to be sent to a funeral later that day. Shilpa called me back even before the store opened and after hearing my story, she promised to create an arrangement within my budget and also committed to delivering in time for the service which was to take place in under 3 hours. Her kindness almost brought me to tears as a previous florist had berated me for expecting help with such a short timeline. Shilpa did not disappoint. She created a gorgeous arrangement that was a beautiful feature for the service and helped to convey how much we wished we could have attended the service in person. I no longer live in the Edmonton area but I have many friends and relatives there and Panda is my new, "go to" for flowers. If I could give 10 stars, I would do so.
