My boss was having a really crappy week at work so I decided to buy her flowers to cheer her up while on lunch. I pass this florist everyday I get my morning coffee @ Second Cup. They had a small and poor selection of pre made arrangements in the refrigerator. They also had disappointing selection of "loose" flowers. The woman that spoke to me wasn't very helpful. I explained the situation and she basically just pointed to the refrigerator. No suggestions of making anything, but then again there wasn't a wide variety to begin with. I settled on the least tacky thing there. An orchid stem in a glass vase with some decorative rocks. It had some fake glitter covered foliage which I thought made it look cheap/cheesy. In a pinch this place is ok. But if I had more time I would have headed to Bunches in City Centre.

Not being from the area (I live in WA state), I was hesitant to order a floral arrangement for a family friend in Edmonton. But after speaking with Diana, and getting a very thorough consultation, she put my mind at ease. She understood what I wanted, even better than me, and put together a gorgeous arrangement. She sent me the finished product and I was very pleased. Great customer service, and a gifted florist.

The flowers that I ordered for my Daughter’s Birthday on December 17th looked nothing like the photo shown on their website! They informed me after I paid for them that they didn’t have tulips but would replace them with something similar. Well they were replaced with some kind of green flowers that looked like weeds,what were supposed to be carnations turned out to be mums and it was so sparse it was ridiculous! I contacted them and was told that since I wasn’t happy with them that they would replace them which they never did! I would not recommend this florist! FLOWERS I ORDERED on left FLOWERS SENT on right ^ ^

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: My idea was to order a bouquet of flowers similar to my wife's wedding bouquet. So I send a photo of the wedding bouquet to Pollie's and they designed a bouquet that was EXACTLY the same as our wedding flower. So beautiful! Thanks for everything.

Pollies's Flowers deserves full marks for their outstanding customer service and their excellent products. We received many compliments about the floral arrangements at our event. The flowers were always so beautiful, fresh, and delivered promptly. The cost was quite reasonable too. Pollie's was a pleasure to do business with; they really went the "extra mile" to deliver what we needed, when we needed it, always courteous and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them!

My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers for Halloween. My husband said they had a variety of bouquets to choose from when it came to Halloween as others did not. It was easy and fast to order and they delivered within the time frame. Really easy to deal with & super friendly. Once I received the bouquet it was beautiful! The colors and flowers they matched together were made a perfect bouquet. The flowers are still just as healthy as they were on Halloween. We would definitely recommend them to anyone

My parents were absolutely thrilled with the arrangement I ordered for them. They commented on how beautiful it was, and told me the flowers were in excellent condition. The same day delivery was appreciated! My mom even commented on how lovely the handwriting was on the personalized card- I really feel like the small details matter to the florists here. My Mom ordered flowers from Germany and forgot that we were going to be gone on the delivery date. She changed it, but Fleurop from the German side failed to relay the change to Canada. She even had to change it again when the flowers didn't arrive on the first changed date. Long story short, the flowers arrived when we were camping and had to sit on our doorstep for two nights. They were in FANTASTIC shape! What an attest to the freshness of the flowers and how they were delivered. Going to keep the card for the future! Thanks! (My Mom is probably still gonna have a chat with Fleurop though, lol)

I called from Calgary and spoke with Dianna late in the day and requested a delivery for flowers for my mother tonight since | knew she would be home. Dianna checked the fridge and she had just made an arrangement for delivery tomorrow but told me I could have it and she would have the owner deliver it tonight. She was so helpful and even took a picture of the bouquet and sent it to me. I know there are many florists in Edmonton but I would highly recommend the ladies at Pollie's Flowers!!

After looking on their website and ordering $110.00 sympathy bouquet for my sister and her family, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Initially I couldn't find the bouquet turns out I had walked by it a few times ...it was very sparse, looked like it was dying one of the leaves on the Lily was brown nothing like the confirmation I received, nothing like what was on their website for this type of bouquet. After the funeral I couldn't resist and had to take a picture because I was honestly embarrassed at what was delivered and wanted to let them know of the poor quality of this bouquet. Not exactly what I wanted to do after a funeral but I drove to the flower shop and explained to the owner my disappointment with the half dead arrangement. While she was hearing me out not agreeing with my opinion her tacky and rude employee begin flapping her mouth in such a way that she had to send her worker to the back and told her to keep quiet. the owner explained repeatedly I was given the value of my $110.00, she was defensive and smiled at my concerns, not at all what i expected. She did offer to give me a partial refund and a lily which I refused... I mean what is the purpose of that??? I've attached a photo of the bouquet from the funeral home along with the website photo, while I don't expect exact same bouquet I do expect something similar or reasonably similar. I would not recommend them, The quality is not there and the customer experience is horrible, and when the owner is argumentative along with her staff she might as well asked for this review.
