WOW incredible service and flowers. I placed an online order for a friends birthday around 8:30am and they were delivered seamlessly before 11am the same day! The flowers were beautiful and full. Highly recommend, plenty of options for various occasions and price points.

I would strongly urge consumers to avoid using this company, at least for their delivery service or online purchases. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day which was placed Saturday morning (Dubai time). I received an email confirmation that my order had been successfully placed using delivery address in Priddis Alberta. By Monday afternoon my mom had still not received her flowers or any notice from Panda Flowers. We sent an email inquiry to Panda to try to find out what happened to the order and by 2:30pm Alberta time, an email was sent with no name or signature card, claiming that the order was cancelled because they don't offer delivery service to Priddis. I find it amazing that with today's technology, the web designers at Panda Flowers can't figure out how to warn consumers that their order will not be accepted as the address doesn't fall within delivery boundaries. What's more surprising is the length of time it takes the staff to notify us of this error. I think Panda Flowers needs to invest a bit more resources into protecting their reputation and future client base by correcting their communication flaws and perhaps increasing their response time, especially during important times like Mother's Day.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriends anniversary. Received confirmation email but the flowers never showed up. Apparently the online order wasn't sent to the store. Anniversary gift - a bust. I had ordered from the store via phone before and that worked well. Chalk one up for talk to a person. Didn't really get an apology, just a cold email offering to send bigger flowers a day late or a refund. I'll find somewhere else to get my flowers. If you have to use them, call the store - avoid the online system.
