I highly recommend Okotoks Flowers to anyone! I ordered a bouquet of hydrangeas and peonies to be delivered to my sister for her birthday. They were so beautiful and exactly what I asked for! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great service, beautiful flowers and prompt delivery!

The lady I spoke to was very nice at first .. we spoke about eucalyptus, she called her wholesaler. And then hung up on me without speaking to me... does this mean you can’t get it ?? I tried calling back for further information and got 3 missed/ unanswered calls. Not a great way to do business ..

I recieved an absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers and balloons at Towne Hair Co. 9 days ago and we're all still enjoying them!! I've had to remove the two huge roses and, of course, the balloons but every other flower is still going strong!! I cannot say enough. I am not from Okotoks, I wanted to send my friend who recently moved to Okotoks flowers, first mistake I made was choosing the wrong ballon they called to clarify, then I gave them the wrong phone number they called for the correct number, finally after I gave them the wrong address they managed to track down the right place. They were very patient and nice the whole time and the flowers are amazing.

TERRIBLE SERVICE While the flowers I ordered for Mother's Day were decent, everything else about buying from here was awful. They delivered the Mother's Day flowers on the WRONG DAY! The delivery guy called me during to say that he couldn't find my house and I told him that he had the wrong day and he said that he was already on his way. I was on the phone with him for fifteen minutes trying to direct him to my house. When I looked at the card they had written the wrong address on it, which is why he couldn't find my house. I emailed and phoned several times to complain about my experience and Gon no answer at all. Terrible service, don't bother.

Arrangements are so lovely and staff always very willing to go out of their way to help in whatever way possible. I received a bouquet of sympathy flowers from this florist. A few of the flowers didn't last as long as I expected and the person who gifted them to me noticed and contacted them. Jodie went above and beyond to make sure that they took care of me. She phoned me a few times trying to replace the entire bouquet. I received my new bouquet this week and the flowers are gorgeous. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Truly appreciated the extra effort and will definitely order my next bouquet from them.
