I called in with a large bereavement order, the staff was pleasant and helpful however the flowers were lacking quality. The arrangement was poorly done and there was not even close to the right amount of flowers for the price paid. I am a part time wedding florist and I was surprised some of the flowers would even make it out the door. I will not use again

THE WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL FLOWER SHOP! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had ordered my mother flowers for mother's day and was shocked to receive wilting/dead mismatched flowers. The arrangement looked cheap for the $80 I spent. I was so disappointed and embarrassed. When I spoke with the owner she was so rude and unprofessional and refused to reimburse me after picking up the flowers. I would recommend that you take your hard earned money somewhere else. The worst customer experience ever.

Tried to order sympathy flowers online on a Saturday to be delivered on Monday as I live in a different city. I thought I would go local instead of the big chains... Only found out that the order had been cancelled by checking my payment method (payment had been put through and then later credited). No email, no phone call, and, no reply to my email asking why. Extremely unprofessional - so ordered via Grower Direct instead with no problems and free delivery.

The flowers were bought by my husband for my 60th Birthday on February 10th. They were beautiful and lasted almost 3 weeks, but the 4 roses died the next day! The flowers were over $200, so I was disappointed in the number of roses, but the carnations were beautiful!

Fantastic experience! I'd recommend this business for anyones needs. Placed an order for my wedding a week in advance and it was perfect! However, my extreme lack of experience with weddings was clearly shown in my order request when I showed up. They had the arrangement elegantly designed and on time (even after changing the pickup time on them), but upon learning what the flowers were for, they very quickly changed the presentation to be more appropriate for the occasion and it was fantastic! Not only that, on the spot they put together a boutonniere to match and I couldn't help but add one of their flower arrangements to my purchase. All professionally handled within twenty to thirty minutes, right when they opened in the morning, keeping me on schedule for my wedding. I can honestly say I didn't know such care can be shown towards the purchasing of flowers. The event went flawlessly, and these flowers truly complimented the occasion. Thank you so much!

I have never been more disappointed when ordering flowers online. (I order locally from all over the city, and have done so for years).... For an $80 bouquet, you'd expect to receive fresh flowers, that are similar to the photo advertised. What we received were old, wilted and much smaller than advertised. Worse though, was the customer service after... The owner was rude, unprofessional and not sympathetic. The whole experience took away from from the day which was supposed to make our mother's day special and beautiful. What a waste of money. Please support another local flower shop, this will be a disappointment.

Received my Mother’s Day bouquet today for Mother’s Day. I usually receive a big beautiful bouquet of flowers from my son in Toronto. He usually orders from Western Flowers, but unfortunately they were closed & when inquiring about them, we are directed to Mayfield Flowers. What a disappointment. My flowers were in a very small vase, flowers were cramped & on the verge of dying. My flowers today were a huge disappointment & I’m not sure what to tell my son. They were not as colourful as one would expect for a Mother’s Day gift. I only hope that he did not spend a lot of money on these.
