INo one else would help a guy out on the Saturday night before Mother's Day... I rolled up in front of this wonderful little family-run operation at 6:30 tonight. After chatting with Viktor about what I needed and my budget, he said no worries! Give me a couple minutes 5 minutes later, he comes out with this beautiful bouquet and saved my Mothers Day from being a disaster. If you EVER need flowers, these are the kind of people you should be supporting

Great communication! They called me to confirm an address that I input incorrectly (oops!) and they also confirmed when the flowers were delivered. They delivered to a small town NE of Edmonton which is a huge plus for us. & the bouquet is absolutely beautiful. They look brand new and this picture is almost a week old. Website could use a bit of updating but their overall standard of customer appreciation and care makes up for that.

Delivery was right on time. The set looked beautiful, their service was amazing. I even got good reviews regarding the delivery man, he stopped the family on the street and asked if they were from the house where he had to make his delivery. I ordered two days before Valentine's Day to surprise my wife. Their website looked dated, but don't you let that fool you! It's very easy to follow, works perfectly, and is quick and easy. Everything was delivered and the flowers were beyond expectation! My wife said the delivery person was very friendly, and she was personally blown away by how good it all was. Not only are the arrangements BETTER than the pictures on line, but they accommodated my colours AND waited in the hallway because my elderly mom was 'indisposed'. I pre-ordered a flower delivery for my wife on valentine's day, but she wasn't feeling well and called in sick to work (where I planned the delivery) the day of. Even on the busiest day of the year, Viktor accommodated to change the delivery address, and my wife got a valentines/feel better surprise. Plus the flowers look way nicer than any other deliveries I've ordered. I will be going here for my flowers from now on.

I am a regular customer of Lisa's Gifts and Flowers. From start to finish the order process is very smooth. The website is easy to navigate through. Once the order is placed an email is sent promptly to inform you that your order has been received. A couple of times I had to contact Viktor who seems to be the main contact person for Lisa's Gifts and Flowers. He is SO pleasant to talk to on the phone and always makes the customer feel heard and appreciated. I have had to make modifications to the bouquets as shown on the website and he was ALWAYS very accommodating and had no problems making the changes as per my request. The flowers have always been beautifully presented and very fresh. Delivery is always prompt. If there are any issues Viktor makes sure to call right away. This is my number one go to flower delivery shop in Edmonton. I don't even think of anyone else. The amazing thing is they don't charge for delivery. So the bouquets are all very reasonably priced and quality is very high. I have always been so pleased with Lisa's Gifts and Flowers and would never go to any other company for bouquet and gifts delivery in Edmonton.

LG Flowers does not cease to amaze us. I submitted an order at 3:45 pm on a Sunday, and the flowers were delivered by 6:30 pm that same day. They were for my grandmother in the hospital, and LG delivered them directly to her unit. We have ordered from LG multiple times and every one of the recipients comment how long the flowers last, how beautiful and carefully selected the bouquets are. We don't live in Edmonton and LG's customer service is bar none, the best in the city. You will not be disappointed when you order through LG. Absolutely outstanding!
