Requested an anniversary bouquet for my wife from Lenora through FB and had an excellent experience. She responded to all my questions, promptly and was quick to accomodate the requests I had for the flowers. My wife loved the bouquet she made, especially the warm, bright colours. She also loved the personal touch of Lenora delivering them herself. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ would recommend.

Very friendly and thoughtful staff. I was in to purchase flowers for my grandfather's headstone and they had built a nice bouquet for the occasion and even provided me with a bottle of water for the vase, knowing that most cemeteries aren't providing water this late in the season. Going the extra mile and being this thoughtful will bring me back for future flower needs.

Great environmentally friendly and sustainable flower options. I was hoping to avoid flowers that are shipped in internationally and have a large carbon footprint. Lenora S's Florals is a beautiful Shop. She has a variety selection of plants. Fresh cut ???? and bouquet. Also wide range of gifts. They are across the street from the Jockey Motel on 118 Ave and 36 street. They have delivery too.

Lenora's Florals ... man. You guys did me a solid. I live in Vancouver and my sister lives in Edmonton, by herself. It was her birthday, and she was having a bad year - break-up, dog death, all that jazz. I was so anxious about getting some sort of "same day" love to her, and everywhere I looked, I was disappointed, until I found Lenora's Florals! I ordered online, so easily - typed the note I wanted on the card - and later that same day, my sister sent me a thank you message with a picture of her lovely, delivered (on time! AMAZING! Contacted Lenora's Florals with a request to make a live moss art piece to decorate our hallway with. The correspondence back and forth was absolutely amazing and gave us the chance to see our art piece evolve into the vision we wanted. Absolutely incredible experience. Amazing, this place deserves 10 stars. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on Mother's day on short notice and I live in Ontario. I had another flower company deliver flowers that were not even close to what was advertised and what I paid for. I called Lenora's and spoke to them about my experience and how we could get beautiful flowers to my mom fast. Not only did they work with me and helped me out but they actually showed genuine CARE about their customers. I felt like they were my family and they even sent me a picture of the bouquet before it was delivered. I was speechless. I was absolutely taken aback as to how they prepared the flowers just like they would for their own family. I am from Toronto and I needed to order an arrangement for my Nephew's funeral. I don't care for FTD and I would rather use local so my local florist here directed me to Lenora's Florals. I dealt with Grace and she was absolutely wonderful, caring and patient with me during this difficult time. I had picked out 2 arrangements for both us and my brother-in-law. I wanted to change a couple of things and she was great in accommodating my requests. I saw the pictures of both arrangements and they were absolutely beautiful. I actually called the next day with a small request and she did that for me immediately. Thank you so much Grace and Lenora's Florals for making a very difficult time so easy for me to place an order from so far away. I will be sure to call you if I have any other need to send flowers in Edmonton. Thanks again and please consider using this florist if you only want excellent products and customer service. I am including a picture of the arrangement that I ordered for my Sister's 65th birthday. My Sister absolutely loved it and I was very pleased as well. I was very impressed that she received a phone call before they delivered and made arrangements for when she was home as opposed to leaving them at her front door in the heat. Great customer service!
