What a wonderful experience I had with Leduc Florists from start to finish! I found a beautiful bouquet at a reasonable price that was in my range. Between the delivery instructions and my note they figured out that these flowers were for my cousin who just lost her dear orange cat (which is why I wanted a bright, happy orange bouquet!) It was the afternoon of a Friday and they had run out of orange flowers. They could very easily have ignored my notes and made a bouquet that was similar, but instead took the time to give me a call. Trina was so understanding and asked if a Monday delivery time would be ok as they would have orange flowers in by then -- and am I ever glad I said yes! The bouquet that was delivered was AMAZING. Not only full of beautiful complimentary orange flowers, but bigger and better than I had anticipated. Extra love was put into this bouquet and I truly appreciate the care that is obviously put into each and every order. I know where I will be getting flowers from now on :) Thanks again!

My letter I wrote to this company. What an awful experience. I have to say, I am absolutely and utterly disappointed with your customer service. I have been waiting for 10 days to recieve a quote back from you. Not only did you waste my time for an hour for the consulation, you also wasted my gas driving all the way to Leduc to see you. Now, I'm going to have a hell of a time trying to find another florist who is available for my wedding. Thanks a lot. I use to run my own business and I know how busy it can get. That's no excuse for not replying to my emails and making your clients wait for so long for a quote. I honestly don't understand how your company is still open. You know theres this little thing called the internet where people can write reviews on your business. I'm going to do my best to make sure every bride to be and others know how unreliable you are. I should have walked out of your shop the moment I found out you didn't even know about my consulation. Melissa

Meagan was able to sort out my delivery given that the GPS wasn't taking her delivery driver to the correct rural address - delivered my sympathy flowers and the recipients were very happy! Would not hesitate to recommend them again!

Leduc Florist’s is not only an incredible place to go to for flowers, they have a wonderful selection of gifts for any occasion. They sell a variety of products from different local vendors, which means that shopping here will support the Leduc community. It really does make a difference! You can tell that the owners love what they’re doing, and care deeply for every person who walks in the store. This shop is one of the many gems Leduc has to offer!

Absolutely FLOORED by the service given by Leduc Florists. They were so helpful, accommodating and had such a vast selection of flowers to choose from. But what's even more amazing is they carry more than just flowers. They also carry things like cutie patootie stuffed animals and scented candles. They just got all their bases covered that will be GUARENTEED to woo your significant other. I am 100% happy with them and I would recommend them to anyone :)

The weird colors all around on the picture are my own doing, as I did not want to show off the person's house that this was gifted too. This beautiful bouquet of flowers, I phone Leduc florists 12 hours before I needed them. I asked them to surprise me with something that would be beautiful and they did not disappoint. This is amazing! I love Leduc Florists they are the only place I go for flowers! I am willing to drive 30 minutes from my house in Edmonton to Leduc every time I need some flowers! My wife loves the bath bombs they sell as well, she does not want them from any other place than Leduc Florists!

Excellent customer service! Such a nice and friendly store to deal with. They were very accommodating with my request and so helpful! They fit a delivery in on very short notice and didn't even hesitate. It was my first time dealing with them and I am very impressed with the service received! I have ordered from them twice for my mother who lives in Leduc. The first time, they made an honest mistake sending a bouquet earlier than the requested date and made it right super fast, sending another arrangement free of charge on the correct date. They owned up to it without me even calling them and were incredible about it! Most recently, I ordered last minute on Mother's Day and they were able to send out a beautiful arrangement within such a short timeframe - even though I said it would be okay if the flowers arrived late. I am SO IMPRESSED with these guys compared to other flower retailers in Leduc and will continue to use their service, especially seeing as I live 3 hours away and can't come pick out flowers myself.
