The owner is a wonderful lady who always makes you smile with her passion for gardening and flowers. The Studio is quaint, not of a big size, but with unique garden accessories and with flowers for spring planting that are excellent in quality due to the good care and attention. Always one of my stops in the spring.

After paying $80 for the deluxe version of a bouquet pictured with mostly roses, I was upset when my friend sent me a photo of what she received - daisies, hydrangeas, and ferns (?). I understood from the website that substitutions were possible but it didn't even look close to being the same bouquet, and was certainly not worth $80. I've added pictures of the website photo vs what actually showed up.

TOTAL RIP OFF - more than once!! Lady bug is a most appropriate name for this sad business; the size of the arrangements are about the size of a lady bug - SMALL!!!! I recently sent my Mom flowers for her birthday by placing an order from Red Deer to Olds. The flowers in the arrangement were not even worth 1/2 of what I prepaid. The Halloween ceramic container was most disappointing and inappropriate. After contacting the flower shop and being transferred to several employees (none of which was the owner), I was told a refund or more flowers would not be done. As I live 30+ miles away, returning the order was not practical. My Mom could not do so either as she has multiple sclerosis and driving was not feasible at the time. Sadly I gave this shop another chance, which I now regret, after paying $40+ gst at Xmas for a 6 inch pointsetta plant - TOTAL RIP OFF !! Be aware folks and shop elsewhere for sure!

OMG! I couldn't believe it when the delivery guy showed up at my work and said "These are for you!" Absolutely amazing arrangement with roses, orchids and lilies and other flowers I am not sure of the name! I have always told my boyfriend to call the girls at the studio..they know what I like! Once again ladies...another great job! Hey ladies...make sure to tell your man to shop at the Lady Bug!

After paying 70$ for the beautiful bouquet "day of delivery" that was advertised we were very underwhelmed with the product that was received. Not only was the product not delivered and needed to be picked up the following day, the bouquet seemed to be quickly thrown together and had minimal flowers that were advertised. The photo attached will show customers what we received in comparison to what was expected. We do not recommend ordering online

LOVE this place! The Lady Bug Studio is such a great place to go to find the perfect little gift for someone special or something for yourself. They always have beautiful displays that inspire you, whether it be the Christmas season, Spring time or Summer time. Walking through the garden during mid summer is absolutely amazing, I love seeing all the colours, and all speaking with the owner Margaret who love to share her passion and knowledge of gardening in Alberta. Everyone who works there is such a delight. I recommend this beautiful establishment to anyone who wishes to support your local business and retailer.
