I was so impressed with the service at Lacombe Florist & Gifts. I am living overseas and wanted to get my mom flowers for her 60th birthday. I went on the website and placed an online order for same-day delivery. I turned out the shop was actually closed for the long weekend… And this is where they truly went above-and-beyond! Laura emailed me to say she would personally deliver the flowers… As long as 8:30am wasn’t too early!! She even upgraded the bouquet to a larger arrangement at no extra cost. My mom was so surprised to receive beautiful flowers and a handwritten note! It really made her birthday special and put a smile on her face. Which is not always easy during times like this. I cannot thank Laura for her amazing service. It’s never expected for people to go the extra mile like that, it fills me with so much gratitude for her and the shop.
