Shannon was great at answering all my questions & helped me pick out the perfect arrangement of flowers. The flowers were delivered on time & lasted a really long time. I will for sure be using Klondyke flowers, for all my flower needs. Klondyke Flowers even has extra gifts, that you can include with your arrangement. I thought this was a really nice touch/option

I've ordered a few times from Klondyke and never been disappointed which is important because I don't live anywhere near Alberta. Deliveries are always on time. The flowers always fresh. The price is the price - flowers are not inexpensive - few luxuries are. - Update 2019-10-23 - Klondyke continue to deliver service and flowers that are always well received. I've had occasion to ask for special arrangements and they've always delivered wonderful arrangements on time and at a good price.

Klondyke Flowers in Inglewood St. Albert is a fantastic florist to cater to whatever you need. We do a monthly flower arrangement delivered to our house and they are beautiful. You can get small, medium or large with your favorites. Shannon and her team are wonderful, always on time, calls before delivery (no frozen flowers) and they'll even recycle your containers for extra savings. Nothing beats the look and smell of fresh flowers & plants.

Very happy, but disappointed when the beautiful roses wilted within 5 days. My hubby purchased a most beautiful bouquet for Valentine's Day (on the 9th later in day). It was a 10 minute drive home but the roses were supposed to be ok and not needing a cutting before putting in water. So on Valentine's Day they were starting to wilt. I changed the water with more rose food, recut the stems and they continued to wilt. At 11 days the flowers are mostly dried up and crispy. Because this is the bouquet my hubby bought I really don't want another one so didn't bother the shop. For the price of these ($120) I would expect better.

Shannon helped me with all the different arrangement options and price points, what types of flowers that went into an arrangement that affected the cost, and which ones would last longer throughout the season. Absolutely terrible!! I called and asked for flowers for my girlfriend on October 13, the lady says she's got a beautiful arrangement with all different kinds of flowers in fall colours.. Says my girlfriend is going to love it... 180 plus delivery and tax. 205. Sounds good hey?? So she sends out my girlfriend a thanks giving day table arrangement that she had left over in the cooler. It's got 4-6 flowers, plastic leaves, berries a bunch of twigs, leaves, sticks and grass. My girlfriend is so upset when she recieves this, she calls Klondyke Flowers and rudely the lady tells her it's what I picked out and it's called the habitat. Omg!! I asked for flowers!! I will be returning the thanks giving day turkey arrangement today the 14, and demanding my money back, as well I will be calling master card and warn them about their business practices and cancelling payment. Thanks for ruining my girlfriends evening as well ruining mine. I will warn everyone I know to stay away from your business. See you soon with your 3 day old garbage.

The online ordering was simple and easy, then when I called to make a correction to the time of my order, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and willing to accommodate my short timeline. Do not order flowers over the phone with Klondyke. I ordered a $100 bouquet for my 70 year old mother for Valentines Day, which included delivery and tax and this is what was sent. When I called them, the manager Theresa, gave me a bunch of excuses and told me to have my mother bring the flowers BACK for them to see and there is nothing else they can do. Seriously? Theresa, you could have offered a partial refund instead of making my elderly parent come in to prove that you ripped us off! I picked up the same bouquet locally for $45 for my Mother in law. I knew KLONDYKE would scam me thinking I wouldn't see what my $100 got me. So now my mother is driving her bouquet to the store ON Valentines Day to get her moneys' worth???!!! How embarrassing and inconvenient.

For 130 dollars you would expect a decent bouquet of flowers. Not flowers you could fit on a side plate maybe less. Just absolutely astonishing that they cal this a “Teleflora Love & Romance Flowers lv21ta (upgraded” Will NEVER order flowers from this place again. Just wow! I purchased an arrangement for my mom for Christmas this past year. Didn’t really know what I wanted when I ordered but the ladies asked me a few questions about the person I was sending them too. And voila I received a beautiful bouquet of chrysanthemums and daisies and wonderful greenery all done in Christmas colors. it was perfect! My mom is in a nursing home now but all her life she was a gardener and worked in a greenhouse, so she really does know her flowers, she thought they were exceptional. I would most definitely purchase from Klondike again, dealing with a small business compared to a box store is much more personable and the flowers lasted a lot longer as well.

I special ordered and prepaid for Mother's Day flowers. When I went to pick them up this morning I noticed that the arrangement wasn't as I had ordered. This was the 2nd time that special occasion flowers I ordered were fouled up by this shop. The first time I didn't realize it until I got the order home and unwrapped it. At the time I tried getting ahold of the owner by calling (a couple of times) and leaving my number but was never contacted. Today I asked for and received a refund for the difference of what I had paid for and what was provided. They did offer to remake the arrangement and deliver it later in the day but that wasn't possible and that's why I ordered in advance. The clerk who took my order definitely noted what was ordered and she was pleasant enough to deal with. I would buy again on a walk in basis as the arrangements are well done but would never special order from these folks again. This is my first ever Google review.

Bought a bouquet for my wife yesterday. Was assisted by a young lady who was outstanding. All arrangements that I saw in the coolers looked funeral style. Young lady said she could make me up a bouquet that was more “lively”. I was hesitant because it would be sight unseen. But I took the plunge. Bouquet was delivered 4 hrs later and was perfect! Only thing I don’t like about the transaction is the insane prices. $75 for a small arrangement? $13 for delivery? C’mon.......

I ordered online the Premium Upgrade: Golden Glow bouquet for Mothers Day and what was delivered does not have nearly as many flowers in it as what is advertised on their website. 1/2 the flowers and twice the greenery. It looks like the basic bouquet not the Premium that I paid for. I e-mailed them the next day and 3 days later still have not even had a reply to my e-mail so apparently a dissatisfied customer means nothing to them. If I had known what I ordered and what was going to be delivered were so vastly different I never would have ordered them.
