After trying to do my own bouquets & centerpieces for my wedding & quickly realizing that wasn't realistic, my husband & I went into Funky Petals. With not much time left the owner (Melissa) was amazing with taking our order as well as taking my vision & making it come to life. The day before the wedding she took the time to send me photo of all our bouquets. She even added in an extra one to use as a throwing bouquet. I can't say enough good things about this beautiful little shop. If you need a florist for any special events/weddings use them, you will not be disappointed.

I was late for a pickup and they had accidentally already gotten rid of it. So they put together a replacement right then and there and on top of that they didn't charge me for the order! They didn't even want to use old flowers for me. I recommend this flower shop for their prices but also for the fresh flowers and over the top service.

Wonderful experience here on three separate occasions. Arrangements are unique and thoughtful -- not the forgettable mainstream types found elsewhere. Particularly love the Willow Tree arrangements. Sent to a family member who had lost a loved one -- she was very touched and appreciated the keepsake. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I bought flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. The price was reasonable. They arrived on time. The arrangement and presentation was incredible. My girlfriend loved them! My only complaint is about the delivery person who hit on my girlfriend. Completely unprofessional, not to mention inappropriate.

My husband purchased a bouquet of fresh cut flowers last Thursday for our 15th Anniversary and I was very disappointed to see it dying the next day. Like literally half of the flowers didn’t make it for 24 hours. For a $70 bouquet of flowers I honestly expect a better quality and to last longer. We will not use this shop in the future.

The Seton store is a joke!! DON'T GO HERE! They sold us old flowers and tried to pass them off as new - they were 'changing out the fridge' so they gave my husband a 'deal' but when the flowers died in 36hrs they refused to replace my bouquet because I was away for the weekend and couldn't get them to the store in time. They have a 100% guarantee on their website, but they don't stand behind it. I've contacted the CEO but because each store is individually owned, there's nothing she can do. The product sucks, the customer service is atrocious and you'd get a better deal, better service and better quality flowers from the grocery store!!!

The gal who helped me out was extremely nice and put together an absolutely beautiful arrangement on a whim. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but somehow she knew and created something incredible! Very happy and the the price was very reasonable. Thank you!!

Never use them or Incredible Florists, which is the group. We ordered sympathy flowers. They were delivered with our message typed on a sheet of folded paper, no card. But worst of all, watering instructions said 'I'm alive and I'm thirsty". Phone call to complain yielded no apology or even acknowledgement of the tactlessness and inappropriateness. Just "I'll tell management ". Shocking and disgusting!

All the staff members at Incredible Florist shop are very professional and super helpful. They flower are very beautiful and fresh . They put in a lot of thought when working on my order and it shows they are so meticulous about each detail. I received the Zen Garden for my birthday - What a beautiful arrangement!!! I had never heard of Fundy Petals, and you can bet that they will be the first place I go for flowers now. I'm so happy with this arrangement, and it is still beautiful 10 days later. Sure glad I know where my birthday flowers came from!

Less than 1 star. I went into the store 3 days prior to the date I needed my flowers. I explained that the flowers were for a friend who lost her child and I wanted to send her purple flowers on the anniversary so she knew her daughter was always in our thoughts. I explained what I wanted and they said they could definitely do that. I received a call from them 1 hour before the flowers were supposed to be delivered informing me that they cannot actually do what I asked and thy could deliver them tomorrow!!! I asked why no one called me earlier and her response was they were too busy!! Too busy to contact me and let me know that they would not be sending the flowers I paid for? Leaving me no time to go elsewhere to purchase flowers on such an important day! I am beyond disappointed with their service and WILL NOT EVER shop from them again.

They delivered a nice sympathy arrangement. It's confusing though as the receipt says one name, my credit card another and neither are the name of the place I called to place the order in Seton. Perhaps that why it's so expensive - everyone taking their cut.

I was very impressed with this flower shop! I went in looking for a donation for a fundraising event at a local school and Melissa (the owner) did not hesitate to commit to help our event out! Both Melissa and the staff member that was in the shop were both very friendly! While I was there I had a chance to look around as well. The flowers that they have in the shop are beautiful and I will definitely be making all my future flower purchases at this shop!

Ordered flowers for my daughter and son-in-law's first wedding anniversary, this was my first time ordering from a florist in Calgary (as we live in Ontario). I couldn't be more pleased, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful, colourful and they were so happy with them when they arrived. I would highly recommend!

The hardest part about buying flowers is finding an arrangement that fits the person you are buying them for. Funky was able to find me a boutique that not only fit my budget, but also fit the occasion I was buying for! I should mention I was buying for a random friend from Europe for her name day, so it was especially impressive since we don't typically celebrate name days in Canada.

Do not order flowers from here!!! I ordered my flowers for my mom for Christmas 2 weeks ago. I show up this afternoon to pick up my flowers and they are missing the orchids which is why I ordered in the first place. They instead replaced the beautiful orchids with some cheap looking flowers that were far from what I ordered. They didn’t even offer me a discount until I argued with them. The discount was a measly $10 when the orchids are $10 each. I specifically ordered this for the orchids. So paying $65 for an arrangement without was reduculous. They stated they phoned me this morning but the day of on Christmas Eve to try to find another flower shop with orchids is impossible. Thank you funky petals for ruining Christmas for my mother whom does so much and only deserves the best. I am appalled by the customer service as the two ladies in the shop blankly stared at me and didn’t seem to care at all. I’ve ordered flowers from here many times a year and will no longer be doing so. I will take my business to a shop that cares

They have gorgeous flowers and some of the time the staff are very helpful and friendly. I have to say I’m disappointed in the inflation they had for Valentines Day and the refusal to be helpful. I called to see if I could buy individual roses with the water picks for 16 teachers at my sons preschool. They informed me that it would cost $8 each plus $1 per water pick..: that’s outrageous… so then I asked if I could just buy the picks, they proceeded to put me on hold for 15 minutes to “ask” only to come back on and say no they needed to keep their supplies due to Valentines Day demand. Extremely disappointing for a local floral shop. Instead I bought 2 dozen gorgeous roses from Costco for $42 and 100 floral water picks off Amazon for $18.

This was my first time ordering flowers online. The process was fairly easy. I ordered the '' designers choice'' and was a bit nervous. I believe they saw what i had typed for the card and took that into consideration, when putting the arrangement together. It was perfect! The only request i had was if they could include a peony. According to Instagram, its peony season? But i know nothing of flowers so i'm happy they were able to accommodate my request. I'll be ordering again soon!

My mother placed and order in September, and the order was never delivered. We went into the store and they were very nice and apologetic. When my uncle (passed away from COVID ) December 31st and we wanted to send my aunt ( who was in self isolation ) a beautiful arrangement because no one could be with her during this difficult time. I received the email confirmation they were being sent and no other communication. I never heard from my aunt if she received them because she has enough going on and didn't think anything of it. 16 days later received an automated email saying my florist was unable to complete the order. They said there website is handled by Teleflora- a third party and their system was at capacity for orders and it didn't accept mine. Even though I received the email confirmation. The website even said locally owned and operated, I didn't go through a franchise specially for this reason. They are holding no responsibility because its TeleFlora's fault not theirs. Very disappointed and upset.
