My flowers arrived in horrible shape. Broken and water all over the place. They were asked to be delivered in the am but I had to stay late at work to receive them. When I called to let them know the condition of my flowers she didn't care and was very rude to me. I was so appalled I decided to contact Growers Direct and deal with the matter through them since they were that agent that connected us to her shop. Finally got our money back but it took almost 60 days to get the full refund.

I live in BC and ordered an arrangement for my mom's birthday online. I was a little hesitant to order online, but went ahead with it anyway. I'm glad I did! My mom wasn't totally happy with the original arrangement so she called the florist just to let them know. In response, they sent her a brand new bouquet. We're all very impressed with the high level of service Heather de Kok Floral Design has performed. Very happy! Will definitely order flowers from here again :)

Was looking at the website and just couldn't decide. I called in and was promptly answered and after they asked me a few questions I was offered a custom arrangement to hit all the marks. And was it ever beautiful!!! Best service and value I have ever had from a flower shop. And a week later there is zero sign of the flowers wilting or anything so they are definitely fresh. I highly recommend to anyone. Buy call and talk to them. You'll be super glad you did.

Terrible experience. My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day through FTD. I had the misfortune of having them as my vendor. Not only It showed up one day late but also the flowers were obviously leftovers from the previous day. There were discolorations on the roses and the greens were brown at the tips. The roses were also smaller in size than shown on the picture. Edit: complained and got a make-up flower which are crisp and fresh.

I heard about this floral place when they advertised on breakfast television around the year 2010. I have used them over the years for my clients for various reasons. Because of my bad organizational skills they are usually ordered the morning and they are delivered the same day. One time their Angel of a delivery driver couldn’t get a hold of the recipient and had to do overtime trying to find the beneficiary. These flowers are no catalogue boring arrangements. They are always artistic and creative. All of my out-of-town friends will be given this number to use which they do. They are a first class floral business. I know the floral business because I was raised in it all my life. We wish all the best to the store.

This was for a friend’s birthday. The photo with the pink roses is what was delivered. Very disappointing and really humiliating.

I spent over an hour searching for the perfect arrangement for a dear friend. I wanted something sophisticated and classy to send to a memorial service. I place my order online delivery was done in a timely fashion, but the final product was not at all what I ordered. I picked a lovely arrangement that was several lavender roses mixed with magnolias. What I got was 2 hot pink roses with some kind of droopy filler and with babies breath. I spent overall $85 on the arrangement and delivery and the final result was very disappointing. I called and spoke with the associates at the florist shop and was told that all of the necessary components were included in my arrangement and that sometimes the arrangement seen online are dressed up compared to the actual product that you receive. They gave me a $20 in store credit, which I never intend to use. Very disappointing!

Recommended for anyone looking for custom bouquets, I went in this morning to buy flowers for the wife, for our 10th Anniversary, Heather made a custom bouquet for me, we chatted and had some good conversation while she made the bouquet. The bouquet was made with 3 different coloured Rose's, hydrangeas, carnations and other flowers, in a huge vase. Turned out awesome! I just dropped the bouquet off at the wife's work and surprised her, she loves them. Too bad I can't post a picture of them on here

Placed an order online for Mother's Day. Luckily the order was delivered to my house in error (my mistake, not theirs). When it arrived, I was both shocked and disappointed that my money was taken and the bouquet was no where even close to what I ordered. It should have had big beautiful purple flowers and funky green carnations. It was crammed with leftover sunflowers, wilted roses and a ton of rotten greenery. I had also upgraded it to the deluxe and there was definately nothing extra in the bouquet. Overall, the cost was $111. I immediately called to speak to the owner and was directed to an automated machine. I left a message and no call was returned. I woke up the following day and drove across town to the little shop to return the flowers/get a refund or give the owner a second chance to make it right. She was very kind in refunding my money and offered to not only let me keep the bouquet that was delivered (although I think she knew it was going into the garbage regardless of who kept it) but she made me another bouquet at no cost with the new flowers which arrives today. I can't say I would order from here again. I'm sure with Mother's Day there are slim pickingfor flowers selections but even the new bouquet that was made was not great quality. It's also 28 degrees outside and I don't know how flowers are transported. I certainly appreciate the owner trying her best to make things right though. It speaks to the quality of person she is and because of that, she may just even get a return customer. AfterAll, everyone deserves a second chance. I see a lot of great reviews, hopefully my next one will be speaking of a vast improvement in quality.

Great service, fast and convenient! Got a confirmation email for my order and when it was delivered. Beautiful flowers. Would be 5 stars but unfortunately my name was spelt wrong on the "happy birthday" card. I didnt realize it would be hand written and not copied from my text, which was spelt correctly when put in the order. Thankfully she still knew who the flowers came from! Lol.

I can't actually speak to her floral arrangements since I didn't get one. Instead, I received an email shortly after the order was placed to tell me they did not have ANY exotic flowers in stock and therefore could not have the arrangement prepared until Tuesday (I put the order in Saturday). I requested a refund and was told that this would not be possible until Monday. The owner called me and I must say she is one of the most abrasive, trivializing and annoying women I have spoken to. Her responses were simply that there was nothing she could do. When asked about not having any exotics, her exact words with an intonation that oozed sarcasm was, "Well I can't have EVERY flower in the store all the time." I don't expect to be spoken to in this way. She should definitely remain behind the scenes and work with the flowers and leave customer service to other staff.

My friends and I ordered online on the night of Dec 21 for delivery on dec 22 but flowers did not get delivered. Sulgi Seo who left a review was one of the friends I ordered with. I am disgusted that you would lie about not having called anyone that day, because I received a call at exactly 12:57 pm on Dec 22 saying that somehow my order was missed and there was no way the flowers could be delivered that day. I was offered delivery the next day but that was not an option for us. After discussing with my friends, I called back to cancel the service and asked for a full refund, which I still have not received.

Update: They emailed my boyfriend and tried to set up a time where they good send new flowers. The arrangement had fresher flowers and was fuller. They hand delivered it this time and it was in great shape. Very happy with how they dealt with the situation and made an effort to make the situation better. They didn’t have to Resend the arrangement, but I’m very happy with the outcome and I’m very appreciative. The flowers were a surprise for Valentine’s Day. When I opened the bag, water went everywhere. My vase was completely empty and when I opened the bag three of the roses were completely broken, they were snapped right off the stem. He obviously spent a decent amount on this arrangement considering there were a dozen roses. Not very happy how you guys delivered these flowers, he put a lot of effort into this and for you guys not to take the time and care to deliver a beautiful arrangement is very disappointing.

Hit and Miss. Sometimes great other times embarrassing errors . Would not risk using for an important event . Website pictures are misleading shown with a vase but the $10+ dollar store vase is not included. Overall still the cheapest flower delivery option out there so if price is the biggest factor give them a try.

I have ordered a fair share of flowers over the years and I don’t know that I’ve ever left a review but I was so overly impressed by everything. I didn’t see a picture of the flowers I ordered before ordering so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best and the bouquet ended up being absolutely gorgeous and more than I expected. I loved that the store sent an email confirming delivery, and leaving their info should I need to reach them for anything regarding the order. The delivery driver was amazing, very kind and genuine. Made my moms day when he told her btw, you look beautiful today. It’s people like him who sprinkle kindness everywhere that make this world a better place. I will definitely be coming back if ever I’m in need of future deliveries.

I wanted to deliver some flowers for a friend. Ordered online for SAME DAY DELIVERY the night before. I was told that the flowers will be delivered by 1pm the next day. Got a call around 1pm that it could not be done. Horrible service. It was a group of friends ordering the flowers. One of us ordered your best selling product called "especially for you". Ordered on the night of December 21 through online and got a call around 1pm on December 22nd. Couldn't get different flowers. Just couldn't be done at all. Your excuse was that you did not see the order until then. And the friend who paid for the order is still waiting for the refund.

I paid more that a $100 for this bouquet! As you can see, the bouquet in the first picture does not represent the same quality as the bouquet on their website. I am so disappointed! The flowers were delivered in an ugly green vase, and not the elegant blue vase shown on their website. The order lack artistic attention to detail and the work was done in a sloppy way. Notice that the type of flowers delivered differ from what is offered on the website.

My family sent me flowers for Easter. The arrangement is absolutely gorgeous, the flowers are fresh and very beautifully arranged. I wasn't home when Heather called to tell me I had a delivery, I called at 3:00pm to say I was home and was told they would still deliver that day and they did at 7:00pm. Ordered flowers to surprise someone when they were having a bad day. Little did I know this was going to turn into a headache for both of us and a complete embarrassment for myself. They called her at 10am and ruined the surprise and didn’t show up until past 5pm when she wasn’t even home.. They didnt even ask what time I wanted it delivered or anything & it was by far the most expensive flower arrangement I’ve ever bought. Ohhh… *update* they left it on the neighbours doorstep after all of that. Never again. Stay away!!
