With this being a ups pick up point. They should have someone there to be able to pick up the packages. Nope. Mine got sent back, and when I called to ask about it and find out why nobody was there for me to pick up, they gave me attitude and hung up on me twice. I wouldn’t buy anything from here ever. Just because of this reason. No customer service at all.

Recently used this flower shop several times. The last time I used them they messed up the card, in a very significant way that gave a very odd impression. I got home from work a few days later and saw it and told my wife what it was supposed to say, we had a laugh about it at least. My issue is how they dealt with it, I was told that my happiness as a customer and my business didn't matter to them and then was hung up on instead of offering any sort of remedy. I will never buy flowers there again and would not recommend them to anyone on behalf of the terrible customer service.

North store ordered via online. Bouquet was the size expected for over $115 order but there was huge amount of greenery, mostly white daisies, two lily branches, and one rose. Perhaps on distance orders the expectation was that there would be no follow-up. This bouquet was definitely not up to amount spent and I was shocked, and when I called the staff person discussing it was incredibly rude and made it clear my business didn't matter and that no solution was offered but for the recipient of the gift to come in and exchange it herself. I asked that more roses be dropped off to be added so there would be value for dollars spent and she vehemently argued that we already got extra. {!?} I actually said I wouldn't shop there again and she actually answered good

Owner will take direct orders and will deliver or have it ready at the store for you to pick up.

..continuation of my ups pick up issue ...so the two ignorant ladies argued with me and made me look like an idiot because they couldn't do their easy jobs properly, then it turns out my package has been there all along!! I wanna thank the third lady that actually helped me and was the only one actually doing something when I got there.. I just couldn't believe that people could be so rude and such liars. They were not even busy when i got there!! so unbelievable!!

I have ordered flowers from Grower Direct for my Mom. She is always very impressed with their beautiful arrangements. This Mother’s Day they did an amazing assortment of flowers including 2 dark purple gladiolas and 2 yellow roses with a burnt orange colour on the tips....the arrangement was an extravagant array of gorgeous fresh flowers. They also included a fresh berry tart which my Mom said was absolutely delicious! Thank- you for going above and beyond with excellent service and that extra special touch. Fantastic to deal with. A great selection and always creative arrangements, also have you seen the bakery treats in the cooler? Love seeing local businesses supporting other local businesses. I had my wedding flowers done here back in 2018 but the staff is all still the same. The consult was wonderful, Joanne left me so confident that the men picked up the flowers for our out of town wedding without me worrying that I had to check on anything. I had some unique design requests they managed to accommodate with ease, and all of the bouquets survived a very long busy day still looking amazing.

Horrible Service and Product! I would not recommend the North Location. The Manager was very rude and unwilling to help correct our order. When I asked for a return I was basically told that is not an option. We did NOT get what we paid for.

I went here to pick up a package as they are a UPS depot but found the ladies that work there to be the nicest friendliest people. One of the ladies is a baker and the goodies she sells at the flower shop are so good, very hard to resist.

We ordered a Mother's Day bouquet online for my mother-in-law. First of all, the online ordering was very, very easy and convenient. I was glad the order was accepted on Saturday for delivery on Sunday. When Mom called us to say the flowers had arrived, she couldn't say enough about how beautiful the arrangement was. She was very impressed with the quality of the flowers, the freshness, and the beautiful colours. We really appreciate being able to trust that we're sending something special and will definitely use this service again.

If I could give a -5 review I would. My son ordered flowers for Mothers Day for my wife. They looked good when they came and we followed instructions for care. Within two days the greenery was turning brown and the hydrangeas were dead so my wife called to explain the situation . The first person stated they had issues with hydrangeas and they were considering not using them anymore and passed the phone to the owner. The owner was very rude , said they had a 7 day guarantee but was very adamant on not sending out replacement flowers after two days unless we paid for the delivery ourselves again. She wanted us to drive across town to the shop to exchange them. Not the customer care we expected especially from the owner and certainly decided we would not buy flowers from this shop again and not recommend them to anybody.

This is the second year in a row that I have received flowers through grower direct. Last time I never thought to write a review. Both times these flowers have been pathetic. And these were not cheap purchases. Both arrangements were poorly designed and at least 3/4 of the flowers were almost dead. Both times they looked like a kid just grabbed a handful of flowers and jammed them in a vase. There was no structure to either arrangement. I live all the way across the city (SE) from their store. Last year I took the flowers back to express my disgust. They were upset that I was upset and told me that if the flowers aren't good, all I need to do is take them back! There was no apology on their behalf. By the time I drove there, waited for someone to wait on me, waited until someone had time to fix the arrangement and then drove home again, I'd wasted 2 1/2 hours! Are you kidding me??? Is that not an inconvenience to me??? The flowers were gifts to me!!! The persons who sent them already paid these people to have them delivered to me! Do a proper job to begin with and there'd be no need for anyone to take them back. In both instances, I received the grower direct flowers from people who do not live in Red Deer. So I have to wonder (since some reviews are much higher than what I'm giving them) if they save the worst for those purchasers who live out of town and are unlikely to ever see what the arrangements look like? Most recipients aren't going to complain to the person who gave them the flowers about how awful they were. Last year, while I was waiting to have my arrangement redone, another dissatisfied customer came in to have her arrangement redone. I would never, ever recommend this so-called 'florist' shop to anyone! Purchasing here is a complete waste of your money...which would be far better spent picking up a bouquet at a grocery store.

Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. A picture was sent from my mom and the flowers were droopy. When they were dropped off they weren’t covered. I called their store and the owner answered. She was very rude and used inappropriate language. She said that all of her flowers are good. Well, I have a picture to prove otherwise. I asked why weren’t they covered. The owner stated that it’s May and they don’t need to be covered. Well the weather today in Red Deer is 4 but feels like -2 wind blowing from the north at 44 km. For the price they charge they can’t put plastic on them? I would never use them again.

Delivery was great and the lady I spoke with on the phone made me feel confident in the selection I was making, ensuring she had everything she needed for my selection, just might have to substitute a couple larger roses that would coordinate with the color scheme. These were for my mothers birthday from our family, our original selection was not possible so knowing my mother loves sunflowers we chose the beautiful sunlit meadows bouquet, the focus was the sunflowers surrounded by some white daisies, yellow roses and pink carnations, absolutely stunning online. I upgraded for more sunflowers, I was told there would be 5, the product my mother received had 2 sunflowers, the focus was on daisies, and there was a couple random yellow spiked flowers. My mother after seeing what the bouquet was so supposed to look like, confessed that she had hoped I didnt pay much because they looked like something I could put together at a local grocer, devastating. The flowers were indeed fresh but the bouquet itself was very lacking. Ive attempted to contact the seller but the phone rings and rings and never seems to reach a voicemail, I also could not find an email contact...my family and I are very disappointed, I would suggest picking up the arrangement or going in to make sure its what youre expecting before sending to your loved one. **I finally spoke with the lady who took my order and she insists it looks like the picture online, I'll let you be the judge of that. She actually argued with me and was quite ignorant with what she thinks she told me even though I was specifically told there would be 5 sunflowers in the premium bouquet, which I did pay for, and the replacements would be with the roses. Her version "I said we would make up the value of it" she also commented that "she hadn't put the carnations in either and I hadn't complained about that". Wow!! Was not expecting to be treated with that little respect being a paying customer. They refuse to make the proper bouquet but will give me 3 sunflowers to make up for it that I would have to go pick up and place in my mom's half wilted bouquet seeing as how I could not get a hold of them earlier. As if this were to make up for the disgrace of an arrangement my mother was given. My family and myself will never shop here again. As before, DO NOT trust what you are told over the phone, if you want it done right make sure you go in. This was also the North location.**
