Despite paying well in advance, I went to pick up a coffin spray for my uncle and it wasn't done, started, and in fact they denied ever taking the order. After producing them with a receipt, the staff proceeded to patronize me and my mom about our order. They claimed we didn't pic a picture, despite the receipt clearly saying *insert name* has a picture. If you lack the compassion and empathy for grieving families, you shouldn't be in the business of supporting grieving families. Forget them mispronouncing my mom's name, and all the other frustrating ways they tried to manage their mistake. *Update, while the spray was beautiful and delivered. The staff also treated me to locking the door upon my arrival, Cesar yelling down the hallway to my rightfully angry mother that she would get a 300 dollar arrangment (what we paid for). None of our names are Mrs. Many Bears, so that alone says enough. P.s. I would've been there well in advance with the arrangement if you fulfilled our order and didn't waste my time arguing with me that we didn't place an order, we didn't pay, we didn't select an arrangement until my mom texted me a receipt, so you can stop with the "noone was there" bit. Thanks for the reply.

Disappointing, my mom ordered me flowers for my birthday as a surprise. They arrived so late she actually messaged me asking if I got my "surprise", which ruined the surprise. Plus NONE of the lily's had bloomed (it was a boutique of lily's) and some of the flowers were trimmed so low they couldn't reach the water.

Growers Direct supported the Red Dress Gala, held Feb 14 2013. Despite it being their busiest day, the owner fully supported us and provided us with 2 amazing, unique and beautiful bouquets. The flowers were very fresh. The staff were professional and courteous. The staff that made these are very creative, it was nothing I've seen before! I would like to deeply thank the owner and staff for their support on that very busy day! Since that time I have personally purchased several bouquets, both fresh cut bouquets as well as arrangements, the flowers lasted a long time and were beautiful. I definitely recommend them.
