My nieces sent a beautiful bouquet to my home for their grandmother's 90th birthday. It was mums, daisies, tea roses, English roses, and other lovely fragile blooms. She said it lasted from Friday until Tuesday when she pulled it apart, put the living blooms in a bud vase and threw the dead away. So that's pretty good for fragile blooms. We were very happy, except that when delivered, it was uncovered, although they knew we had a lengthy transport to her 90th party and the bottom of the floral box it was in was drenched, soggy and leaking water. More a delivery problem than a florist problem, I know, but still annoying. The bouquet itself was lovely.

I called and ordered memorial flowers for a friend who had passed, I ordered them on Mother’s Day and the flower shop found flowers quickly and made the delivery. The shop had to call the funeral home to get the phone number because the number I had was no longer in service. Excellent service they called me back to let me know that the order had been delivered.

The flower arrangement I ordered was beyond beautiful!! As promised, the arrangement was delivered the next day to my mom in the hospital in Weyburn. Due to the season, some substitutions were made in the arrangement but they called me first to verify it was ok. Very professional; very prompt; incredibly beautiful pieces.

I’ve used Grower Direct many times over the years and have never had a bad experience. In one instance, flowers that were part of the bouquet I ordered were not available. The florist immediately called me and walked me through my options. I was very pleased by their care and quickness in getting the issue resolved. Deliveries have always been made on time, even on the standard busy flower days of the year. I will continue going through Grower Direct when I’m in need of flowers.

I ordered Flowers online from Grower Direct It was simple and they had many types of arrangements to choose from. I thought the price was fair and placed my order. What I would have liked to see is a quick photo to ensure I was getting what I ordered and a confirmation of delivery. I am in Southern Alberta and this was being sent to Eastern Quebec. So once I hit the proceed to check out it’s all a mystery from there. These were condolence flowers and it’s not appropriate to call and ask if they have been received so a photo or confirmation of delivery would have made this a 5 star review

We had a good experience ordering Mother's Day Flowers. We had placed 3 orders and the arrangements were beautiful and delivered on time. Unfortunately one of the deliveries didn't come through and sadly the boutique wasn't completely honest and could not fulfill the order. But 2 of the 3 were great!

I have been using Grower Direct for delivered flowers for many years. The quality of the bouquets have always been excellent. Very easy and convenient ordering on their website. I have ordered as late as the night before delivery date, and Grower Direct has always come through. I have also emailed their customer service with special instructions for delivery and they were very responsive. Highly recommended.

I recently ordered flowers to be delivered to my family and the service and quality was excellent! The flowers were beautiful, affordable and the delivery was on time and hassle free. Everything was perfect that I made another order less than a week later to another family member. I have ordered flowers from other companies in the past and have either experienced issues with the delivery (always a few days late), poor customer service, overly priced flowers, not enough flower selections that I like, etc. and this company was exceptional in every way. I rarely leave reviews but his company definitely deserves the recognition. Grower Direct will be my go to go flower delivery from now on ???? Keep up with the good work!

I ordered early for Mother’s Day, and understand that substitutions were to be expected due to flower limitations w. Covid. My 2 ordered baskets with 4 colored plants ended up being 2 colors & a green filler / and 1 color w/ green. I’m assuming the plants were larger, due to them being 3 instead of 4, but I was still slightly disappointed. The Mom’s were happy, but they hadn’t seen what I ordered, just what arrived. I will order from Grower’s Direct again, as they do have good quality, and I’m ordering from the USA for Canadian deliveries.
