The shop owner is super friendly and ready to drop everything to give you one on one attention and we always get super fresh flowers. We were surprised to hear the shop owner herself picks out and picks up every week! But honestly, when they are running low, you're actually in luck - that's when their creativity and unique design really shines! Fresh Flowers & More is a local gem! Their open concept is beautiful and packed full of gifts and local artist's peices. I went in to pick out some flowers and Leanne was so helpful. While I was there I saw her give a flower to a little girl who was choosing a present for her grandma and console a greiving widow on the phone. Care,attention and empathy were given to everyone. The flowers and atmosphere were all amazing and will keep me coming back!

Ordered flowers and they looked nothing like advertised on website. Were missing flowers that were supposed to be in them. They were still pretty, but not what I expected especially since the tulips I wanted weren't included. When I called to inquire as to why, I was told I can't expect them to look like it does online, and if I'm one of "those people" maybe I should have left a comment explaining my expectations. Very rude will not be using them again.

I'm sure the creations that come out of this place are amazing from what I can read and have seen. In my own experience I am quite disappointed in the level of service and consideration surrounding my order. I placed an order to be delivered on a specific day and I did a follow up the next day to make sure it went out. I was told it did not go out but its going today...not impressed at all. The reason people are scheduling deliveries on certain days is because those days are important, whether it be a birthday, remembrance, anniversary ect. I did not receive a phone call on the delay. There was a person that means a lot to me that was only there for one day (my scheduled delivery day) who will no longer be able to enjoy what I wanted them to which is upsetting, this basket was to brighten up a very sad day. I am unsure if I would order from here again.

We bought a $90 bouquet for my MOL(mother’s day) and it was 1/2 dead three days later... despite multiple photos/phonecalls and texts (as per their policy) they ultimately replied with an: “all sales are final”- .... i’ve been ghosted ever-since.... onto to Visa-collections... I guess☹️Dissapointed. Recommendation: look else where!!
