It has taken me many months to write my review and I feel guilty as hell. People are quick to tell you about a bad experience but not the extraordinary ones. I think I just needed to finish grieving. I was referred here by a former co-worker and I always kept it in my "back pocket" until 6 months later a friend passed away and I needed an arrangement that reflected the uniqueness of Dusty. Nothing @ the major chains spoke to me and then I remembered Mandi. I sent her a FB message explaining what I needed and that my budget was fluid as it needed to have wow factor. I asked her for a "fabulous non-funerally funeral arrangement". We shared a few messages and a phone call. I described him as a guy who loved hunting but also Lady GaGa in short. She kept me up to date on lil accessories she was finding for the arrangement during the week. I think this started on a Tuesday and I needed it for the Saturday. I was at the Rain Maker Rodeo on the Friday night when she sent me the photos of the final arrangement. I opened the attachment and started ugly crying right there! Up until that point I hadn't cried nor have I cried since, except while I type this I'm starting to cry. The arrangement was beyond fabulous it was magnificent! It exceeded my expectations is every way. I am astonished that one phone call and some messages resulted her in nailing Dusty perfectly in the arrangement I lovingly call Lady GaGa meets Duck Dynasty. She had feathers, sparkles, camo, antlers, tree branches and the coolest vase/vessel that looked like a tree stump. It was gorgeous. Spectacular really. I picked the arrangement up Saturday morning and the photos did not really show the true size of this glorious beast! It barely fit in my Ford Escape. I tried the cargo area 1st, nope too tall. Front passenger seat floor, nope too wide. I crammed it in the back seat on the floor and it was still touching my roof. This creation was just big in so many ways! It was over the top and I LOVED it. Mandi wasn't there when I picked it up so I never got to meet the genius behind the arrangement which probably was a good thing or I'm sure I would have been ugly crying worse than the night before. The drive was little stressful I was afraid that any turns would make it tip over, I drove like an old woman all the way to venue. This baby was a show stopper let me tell you. People were flocking to me as I walked through the door. Every person would notice one of the many Dusty inspired details and squeal with glee. I heard so many clicks of cell phone cameras it was like a celebrity on a red carpet. This masterpiece demanded attention and it got it, damn it. I think if Dustin could have spoken to me he would have been pleased and that is all that matters. Mandi is such a wonderful artist. I told her she would be my florist for life now. I haven't had an occasion for flowers since but maybe I will order flowers just because, so I can enjoy her creations. I wish I could attach the photos to this review but if you search the posts on May 25th 2018 you will see her breathtaking design. Please forgive any spelling or grammatical errors as I am typing this out on my phone b/c if I didn't do it this VERY moment it would take another 8 months. Oh nevermind I went to publish and it asked me to add a photo. Behold!

If I could give this shop 100 stars I would. Mandy went out of her way years ago to deliver flowers to a friend of mine. Since then I’ve frequented and supporter her shop. She’s always friendly, smiling and doesn’t bat an eye when I have a request. Her flowers last longer than any I’ve ever had and Her prices are ridiculously fair. I’ve gone in many times and asked her to put together an arrangement for me. She’s always happy to do it, never seems annoyed, and whips up the most beautiful bouquets. She’s a true gem and I’m super happy she’s local.

Super cute little store with lots of interesting local products, and of course, gorgeous flowers! Mandy made a wonderful rose bouquet for a gift, it was lovely. LISTEN UP! Honestly if you choose a different florist, expect higher prices with a plan that doesn't match your desires. I checked out a few different places for my florals for my wedding and I was quoted twice as much for what I didn't even ask for. Everything was beautiful. Mandi is a love.

I'm completely impressed with the staff here. I have a girlfriend who was finishing a marathon on a Sunday and I called on a Friday to order some flowers for the finish line. I gave them a budget and creative freedom over the arrangement and was blown away. I told them I wanted to spend about 50 dollars and not only was it plentiful / came with a vase, one of the staff actually stopped someplace on their way home from work on Friday to buy shoelaces to tie around the vase to make it thematic. Super above and beyond service. They didn't even ask for a credit card number when I placed the order. I actually asked them to charge me more at the till than what we agreed to simply because I was that impressed. Businesses like this are a rarity, if not pretty much non-existent, and I'd include a picture of their genius work if the Google review platform allowed. They deserve your business.

I popped into this store yesterday to grab a flower to brighten my window. Oh my goodness it was an absolute experience to be there! A peaceful oasis from the crazy world. There are fish tanks of beautiful tropical fish to watch. They fit into the green landscape of the plants. As well there are handmade, unique things that would make perfect gives, crystals and jewelry. One short visit isn't enough time to take it all in. You've got to stop by this place and see what they have to offer.

These ladies really saved my day. I had received my online flowers I ordered from an online site. Little did I know it was completely different from what I picked. The other company had no sympathy or understanding. I took my flowers to charmed floral design the the girls added to my arrangements to try and fix the problem that wasn't even theirs to deal with. So compassionate and kind. My arrangements were closer to what they should have been and I felt they were beautiful for my father's funeral. Everyone commented on them. Excellent service and beautiful flowers exactly what I was looking for and actually brought the recipient to tears of joy when they saw them. They were ready right on schedule and they were able to adapt to some hiccups (on my end) with the pick up and adapted well to the changes with that. They were also incredibly professional on the phone when discussing the pick up time throughout the hiccups.

Booked a consultation a week out for 9:45 on a Thursday morning. Their opening hour was 9:30. We waited until 9:55 and nobody showed up! There was no phone call they would be late or any sign on the door. If they can't show up for a consultation during their open hours, how can I trust that my wedding flowers would be ready on time???

I found this gem of a flower shop spring of 2016 and they still amaze me with the best stuff. If you are looking for something that says it's not your everyday flower shop this is it. The attention to the just right arrangements, the spot on customer service and fantastic fresh flowers , I'm sure you will love it. They're not big but they're great

All I can say is WOW! Customer service, attention to detail, and value for your dollar. It is my little sister's birthday today and all I did was give a dollar amount and half an idea on what her decorating taste is and look what I got for my money. I spent the same on flowers for my girlfriend in Airdrie yesterday for her birthday and didn't receive even half of what you see here nor did it have the imagination in the design.
