I have a wonderful wife who deserves the best. In an utopian world I would wake her up each morning with a flower. However in reality all I am capable of and all that I do is buying a beautiful bouquet from Charlotte's Web every 2 or 3 weeks. It is not much but I guess it is something because it makes her smile each time.

Had an absolute wonderful experience with Jen at Charlotte's Web. Was greeted right away, excellent attention and personalized experience. The presentation Jen put together was perfect, creative, colorful - beyond what I had in mind. Very nice touches with the tissue and wrapping. The flowers were fresh, full bloom and smelled incredible. Amazing store that smells and feels like a rainforest with some very unique varieties. Will be back forsure. A very pleasant experience.

Love this florist shop! I've never had a bad experience purchasing flowers from them, and their flowers last. I was recently in for a table center as a Christmas gift, and they were more than willing to help me select an arrangement and even customized it with a few more individual flowers. She helped select a good price point while keeping in mind the ability of the flowers to last through the holiday season, AND tailor it to my intended recipient. Great service and beautiful arrangements make them my first choice for flowers downtown and for ordering online.

This florist is excellent. I received a call asking if I would be home and confirmed my address. I did let them know of an allergy to lily's. They confirmed no lily's would be delivered. Excellent service. When I received the flowers I didn't know what the beautiful blooms were so I called and asked..... I was told ther are orchids and was given excellent information on how to keep them for weeks. The staff were excellent and helpful and didn't laugh at me for not knowing that they were orchids.

Never under estimate the importance of a good florist. I live on the West Coast and have used Charlotte's Web OFTEN over the past few years. Whether I'm at home or visiting Calgary, the customer service and quality of product is outstanding. Yesterday my daughter emailed me, "Honestly, this might be the nicest arrangement I've ever seen" These people know their stuff.

I had previously made a more negative review, as there were some circumstantial issues that affected an order my husband got for me for my birthday. Long story short, the flowers themselves were beautiful, but they looked a bit worse for wear when they arrived, and the water from the vase was no longer in the vase, as it was in the plastic bag covering the arrangement. The next morning, after my review, I received a call from a wonderful woman who works for this company (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) apologizing for the way the flowers arrived. She stated that she saw my photo and assured me that the arrangement did not look like that when it left their store; we agreed that the flower arrangement may have been dropped or had a rough time in transit. Without hesitation she asked to send a new bouquet, and even when I said that her calling me to acknowledge my concerns was more than enough to keep our business, she insisted we get something to better reflect what my husband hoped for. This circumstance makes me respect this company so much, because it shows how much they truly care about their customer satisfaction. I didn’t feel like they had to go out of pocket to make me a new bouquet to correct an error that was not their own, rather the delivery company, but they insisted on that, and that’s really incredible.
