Hands down this is the best gift shop I have ever been in!!! Since covid I haven't liked going into any stores, as I can't breathe w/ a mask on. I called the store & asked if it was ok if I could come in & the lovely helpful person I spoke to said that the store does not discriminate against anyone & ALL are welcome. Was wonderful to be able to look as long as I wanted, instead of rushing out of store to breathe!! Beautiful store & fantastic staff.????♥️what a wonderful shopping experience!! THANK U SO VERY MUCH!!

Called on Wednesday, recommended by the Heartland Funeral Home, and left a message (the message indicated they were dealing with a customer and would get back to me) to arrange for an arrangement for a funeral service on Friday. Received a callback on Friday....after the funerals service had already started.....fortunately I chose to go with an online arrangement. The woman who contacted me was adamant that she would not have been able to supply my order because she apparently doesn't listen to her messages for 2 days....even though the funeral home told me to contact her........wow.....there must be a lot of need for funeral flowers in Olds Alberta for this to be too much for this flower shop.

My husband ordered a bouquet from this location yesterday and WOWZA... it was beyond amazing! I love it!!! The staff took time on the phone to understand what he was asking for, they even sent him pictures of some of the flowers so he could pick the ones he wanted - they went above and beyond to make this the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received! Thank you! We will be returning to this location for any future flower needs! … their store is super cute too, lots of fun gift ideas in there! :)

As other users have stated, the mask policy here is incredibly lax - the sign out front should have been a red flag. Walked in to some people not wearing masks talking to one of the staff members. Definitely didn’t sanitize the area afterwards. Honestly just disappointing at this stage, especially given the recent increases in cases around town. The staff and arrangements are nice (although the flowers are a bit overpriced honestly), but would rather support businesses who actually care about getting us out of this dumb lockdown as opposed to perpetuating it by not adhering to basic protocols. Other stores around town have been good about it. It’s not that difficult.

Haven't been to Olds in years, but a friend recommended this store, to have a look next time I was in the area. Decided to stop by last week & HOLY.. what an amazing lil shop and the staff treated me like family, (I wondered if all small-town stores were like that but after visiting another shop close by, I quickly realized that's not the case). Not following ANY of the public health measures by the government. I had entered the store and none of the staff was wearing masks and there was no physical distancing happening between staff and customers. I was absolutely shocked when the store owner even told me that I was free to take my mask off in the store. I am a immunocompromised individual and could get very sick if I ended up getting COVID. There even has been an outbreak here and businesses like this are making it worse! I ended up leaving and going to Maezy's Petals. At least I know they care about their customers safety!! I have filed a complaint to Alberta Health Services

If you have not yet experienced the art and love that goes into every arrangement leaving this shop, you are missing out! It doesn't matter if it's a little hand tied for your neighbour, a dozen roses for your special someone, or your wedding bouquet, the arrangements are always perfect and not one detail is missed. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful. My wedding bouquet lasted weeks after our special day!
