I am very impressed with Calgary's Own Flower Co and its customer service. I had a problem with a delivery - my friend was out of town and I didn't know that when I ordered flowers for her. They were delivered and left with her neighbour, but as my friend wasn't going to be back for a while, this was not ideal. I called Deb at Calgary's Own Flower Co. and explained the problem. She agreed to deliver another bouquet later when my friend was back home - at no extra charge. It was no hassle, and all done so pleasantly. So thank you to Deb and the team at Calgary's Own Flower Co.

A really great experience! I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday when I live in Toronto and she was incredibly surprised and happy. I had the chance to watch my mom open the flowers via skype. I loved the careful consideration and thought that was put into the flowers. It was wrapped carefully so that my mom was definitely surprised. The flowers were beautiful and I will definitely order again! I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday in the morning and within few hours they delivered it to our house for free. At the time the delivery guy had arrived, my wife wasn’t at home. He called and told me he is scheduled to do other deliveries and couldn’t wait that long until she gets back. As per his recommendation, I called the shop directly if they can re-arrange the 20 minutes waiting time period until my wife gets back. I am thankful they went that extra mileage to make sure she receives the gift in person as promised. Now we all are happy, and I call this a true act of satisfaction guarantee to their customers.

Last minute phone call to Deb, at Calgary’s Own Flower Co. Sunday morning at 8:33 am hoping to purchase a Mother’s Day Bouquet with delivery. (My week got busy and it was over and oops I hadn’t submitted my flower order) I had made about 8 phone calls before this one, and was feeling defeated. Deb answered the phone with a bounce of joy and said a paused, “oh shoot my truck for that area just left, but I will make sure your Mom receives her delivery today! ( come hell or high water may have been her words ) My Mom received her delivery before 5pm and her words to describe the bouquet, “OUTSTANDING “ Honestly, I can not express my gratitude enough for the above and beyond service received from this company! In the complexities of COVID 19 it is inspirational and fills ones heart from the kindness and the above and beyond business- when so many are struggling to stay afloat it could be easy to take the lower road. I found this flower shop online because I'm looking for something to send to my Sister on her birthday as I was not able to get something for her because of the short time. The flowers, balloon and chocolate was lovely as per mys sister comment, she eve mentioned that she was not around when the flower was delivered, it's my fault because the mobile phone number that I gave was not accurate, but the the guy who delivered the flowers was so patient and concern that he even have to check and find how to leave the flowers etc to their neighbour when she checked their CCTV during the week.My sister was so happy that it was delivered on the day of her birthday as per my request. I highly recommend this flower shop and will definitely order again whenever I need it. Thank you very much.

She determined my needs and wants quickly in less then a minute, and promised the flowers would look great and be on time. I called at 1, they were there by 2:30. Had a small bouquet of flowers delivered to my mom in Calgary today. We live in Saskatoon, so the online process was simple and quick. Also sent them Poinsettias at Christmastime. Had to call the staff for a special request and they were super friendly, courteous, and helpful. Made a mistake scheduling the day (on my end) and they called back just to confirm and make sure they had the right day. My mom loved them and sent me a picture!! Highly recommend A+++

They tried to deliver but she was out golfing so they brought them to her at the golf course (granted the golf course is not far from the house) but that is AMAZING. The first one I ordered online for my mother’s birthday n it was fuller n even more vibrant than the pic online. The second one was for a funeral and I didn’t see what I was looking for online so I called the shop n described what I had in mind, she designed an arrangement, sent me a pic, I asked to make a couple changes n it turned out beautifully. I had ordered from an online floral company. The picture posted was not at all what the delivery looked like. I contacted Deb and she explained to me that the floral service takes a 30%cut, the delivery takes their $15 dollar fee and then the rest is what she gets...not something the online folks tell us about. However, then she WENT OVER AND ABOVE. She said she would redeliver for me as there had been a misunderstanding. I really appreciated this. DO NOT ORDER flowers ONLINE... DO GO TO DEB and GO STRAIGHT TO DEB without using the middle man

Was so pleased to find this flower shop last week! Deb was unbelievably accommodating. I had a family member who was not expected to survive a difficult surgery. With the current Covid situation I was unable to visit, so Deb printed my note onto a beautiful card that matched the flowers she had suggested, delivered it within an hour and then FaceTimed me so I could have a precious conversation with my family member. I left specific instructions on how to deliver the flowers and they included only making sure to send them if they could contact the recipient prior to delivery. The owner Deb went above and beyond to make sure the delivery happened without any problems. The customer service I received was superior to other shops I’ve visited. I highly recommend going here and using them for anything you need. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Flowers ordered from UK, sender got an email saying they had been delivered but they hadn't. I called them and they said they needed an extra $10 for delivery to Chestermere. I told them to cancel and send a refund to my friend. There was nothing on there website about extra charges for delivery outside of Calgary - very disappointing ????

I was already late and there was a problem with the address, however the owner manage to solve the problem and to get the delivery for me on time.
