Easiest flower order I've had in a long time! Eric answered the phone early this morning, and was very polite and helpful. I selected a bouquet from their website photos, which are great quality; clearly organized and easy to sort through. Great price selection for beautiful bouquets; and same day delivery. I will definitely use them again!

From all the places I got quotes from, they were 1) the easiest to talk to, 2) had the best looking flowers i had seen and 3) the highest prices. Their quote came in over $100 higher than growers direct. Also, like all the other florists, they use dollorama-like vases and ceramic pots and mark them up by approximately $10, each! $14 for a cheap glass vase is a racket they all do. I just couldn't bring myself to pay that much. Their service was good, but the price was too much of a barrier when buying a large order. But shall arrangements from them when you're in a bind, they always have something very elegant ready to go, you'll pay a bit more than at a grocers for much better looking arrangements.

Eric at Bunches did the flowers for our wedding and they were so perfect! We didn't have specific vision for what we wanted as we are no flower connoisseurs, but we gave Eric some info on our colours and style and he crafted perfect bridal bouquets and corsages/boutonnieres. Great quality flowers, they lasted great on our wedding day. Eric was great to work with as well.

Ignoring customers that just need some flowers for their mother who is in the hospital. HARD PASS on this location FOREVER. You guys need to shut down. I placed an order online for delivery and I specifically said to call my phone number if they need to call anyone. Sure enough they called my GFs number and ruined the surprise. When I called Bunches they just told me they called my GF but didn't leave a message. Reasoning behind the call was something about covid and they didn't want to leave the flowers outside due to the hot weather. Guess what lady at Bunches, it's 2020 and everyone has caller ID. I thought the purpose of flower deliveries is to surprise someone. Zero remorse from the lady and just seems like she wanted to get me off the line. Doesn't matter if you left a message or not. Surprise ruined. If I could give zero stars, I would. Thanks a bunch.

Would never buy flowers from this place again. I wanted to be anonymous to the recipient. They said it's illegal and if the recipient asks they have to provide the information. Okay! Law is the law....but hey, instead let's call the recipient and say we have flowers to deliver to you on my behalf....the worst part is these idiots speak to me in a manner like I'm a stage 7 stalker or something. This company can get bent and I'll spend my money elsewhere with people whom can relate to the needs of the people actually paying for your product/services. Maybe in the future try and work with a customer to do what they want in a manner that works within your policies and whatever weird law that doesn't allow you to send flowers anonymously. Absolute joke of a business.

I have ordered 2 arrangement bouquets for a special occasion from this store. As you can see from the pictures both arrived very differently from what they advertising on their website!!! I also upgraded both of them and paid extra (15 each) in order to get a noicer and more flowers but it wasn’t! They were way smaller and have less flowers which was the opposite what they have promised. I also asked to come and check it out the evening before the delivery date and they said that it would be ready by then if you want to see it and make some changes, when I went they told me that it weren’t done. If I had the chance to check it out that day i would definitely hate it and asked them to make it look at least 80% similar to what they show online. It was a very bad experience for me as it was my engagement and i was embarrassed by the flowers. Won’t recommend this store for anyone.

I usually go to the Riverbend Square and Southgate Bunches and have always chosen a bouquet. I have been loyal to these 2 stores for personal and business bouquets, for at least 18 years. This time I ordered a sympathy wreath, on line, which I found out later is outsourced to the Parkallen location. I paid $366.42 for a deluxe version of the Peace Eternal wreath on the Bunches site. I paid the $70 extra for deluxe version, $4.99 for the upgraded card, delivery over and above the cost of the listed wreath. What I ordered was not what I got. I could not even recognize the wreath I ordered at funeral. I had to wait until post funeral to read the cards on each wreath. The skinny sad one was from our family! I called the store immediately. I sent in pictures via email ( of their advertised wreath,the wreath sent, my invoice and the card that omitted our daughter’s name .) I had a VM from a store rep saying she had a note saying I was not happy with the value of the wreath and that she thought it was beautiful and that I was welcome to send in pictures of the wreath I purchased. She had not read the email! Then it was that they did not receive the email. I resent email Eric the owner emailed me and said that my feeling like a bait and switch had been done was not correct. Substitutions are allowed, as per their website, and the the value was there, using a bigger wreath adding lilies ( which our family hates). **There is no place on order form saying what flowers are not to be substituted and no contact was made with me for such a huge change in my order. At no point in the dialogue did any of them ask why I was not okay with something other than what I ordered. I was told repeatedly what an amazing wreath it was! This was not the wreath I ordered, plain snd simple. Bunches has lost a very loyal customer as well as everyone else that I have referred to them. Bunches was given 3 opportunities to turn this around. I was not looking for a refund and did not ask for one. A smart business move would be to offer a small conciliatory bouquet to the grieving family at no cost . Instead I am left feeling like the cheap relation giving the skinny sad and ugly wreath!

Stopped in to pick up an arrangement for a staff member who is expecting their first child. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The flower arrangements were all so beautiful and well priced. Would definitely use this flower shop over and over again.

Very disappointed and unfortunately will not be back. Their current rules require that everyone wear a mask, this is fine for those that’s an option for, however, even with a medical exemption you must stand outside and phone to place an order. This requires you to know what you want while I much prefer to browse what is available. Lady was very unapologetic when explaining said rules and had an attitude when I inquired about placing an order while outside but in- person. I’m sorry but I will not call an order in when I am outside of the building. Ridiculous and discrimination against those who have health concerns and can not wear a mask.

Don't go anywhere else but here for all your floral needs!! I really didn't know what I wanted and left things way to last minute and Eric Armstrong came in and saved the day! I gave Eric a lot of creative license and he absolutely floored me with the final product. Our wedding flowers were the most beautiful floral arrangements I had ever seen! We received ENDLESS compliments on our flowers. Thank you so much for everything. I would 100% recommend Bunches to anyone looking for these services.

I ordered flowers for my mom for Christmas. The order was delivered earlier than expected. When I phoned, I spoke with Eric, the owner. He was fabulous — very professional and understanding. He agreed to prepare a new arrangement for December 24 so the flowers would be fresh. The arrangement was spectacular and my mom loved it. I would highly recommend this organization and offer my sincere thanks to Eric and his team for making my mom’s Christmas special.

My flowers for a birthday were delivered a day late. They did call me one day prior and the lady on the phone was talking to someone else while she was letting me know about delivery. How Rude. The next day there was no delivery and the day later they called and said my order was misplaced so they will deliver today. I do t really need flowers for my birthday a day later. They finally delivered and the flowers didn’t even last two days. I did give them a good cut and food but they probably were in transit for two days so not fresh. Too bad I wanted to like your business but would not order again or recommend to anyone

I received a beautiful bouquet of lilies, chrysanthemums, roses and mixed greens, for Mother's Day on May 7 and as I write this review 12 days later, I'm blown away by the longevity of the blooms. I've never had flowers last this long- ever!! Bunches has truly been the best floral experience and value for me, & my daughter who gifted & ordered them from another city. Delivered and enjoyed for many days! Kudos to Bunches.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. I phoned them before ordering to ensure there would be no surprises, and when I phoned after to find out why my order did not go as expected, the merchant was unapologetic and unfriendly.

Terrible, would have given a minus star if that was an option. First off there were huge potholes in front of their business. The place was empty but still the numerous staff members couldn’t be bothered to offer help. When I asked if I could get flowers in 3 weeks they said no they were too busy. Too busy??? There was no one in there. The staff was rude and more interested in gossiping amongst themselves than working. If I owned that place heads would roll. After this place I went to a different flower shop where the service was excellent what a huge difference it makes when owners are onsite.

Ordered a bouquet from them for a romantic occasion. Gave them a budget of $100 to work with. Sadly, the bouquet turned out looking smaller than a $50 bunch, and they somehow failed to follow quite a few specific instructions. It just seems like they don’t care, and have no idea what they should do with the arrangement. I will not be going back to this place.

Incredibly disappointed. I ordered a $100 rose bouquet for my mom's birthday, and it was delivered at 730pm (despite a 12-2 delivery window). That was fine, but the roses completely died after 5 days. Superstore roses have a better lifespan at 1/10th the cost. I wouldn't consider these "florist" quality flowers. I emailed, and was told by Eric Armstrong that 5 days is completely normal for their flowers to live. Keep this in mind before you order, and instead hit Superstore or Costco to get the same quality for significantly less money.

If you need flowers for a funeral I would not recommend this place. I had looked at book pictures at Southgate but was told to go to Park Allen because they had better selection and more designers. I did phone Park Allen talked to a girl who was not customer service friendly. I was told they would have to do a alot of replacement flowers but to come in on the day there shipment of flowers came in , that way they would know exactly what stock they had and what they could do. My mother and niece went in to do the order with a photo . Surprise we cannot do the arrangement you want at all. So they picked the next best thing my niece sent me a photo. I was disappointed but it was pretty enough and we had no more time to get flowers. The arrangement at the funeral was nothing like we had picked . Park Allen has no excuse we paid $120.00 for fillers and unbloomed flowers. Don't waste your time or money here. I would have taken a photo but I had lost my sister and never thought to. My mother phoned to complain she was told it was beautiful when it left there. I am sorry but only half of the beauty was there. This may be a good place for quick pick ups but not for a beautiful arrangement.

I was expecting an arrangement from a friend to be delivered today. Weather and road conditions aren't great, I called and they said they were running late because of it. No problem then, but another 1.5 hours after when they said it would be delivered and still no delivery, and they're closed so I can't get an update. Sent a message as to when I expect it tomorrow, have to wait and see. And, yes, I made a point of being at home.
