I really enjoy coming to visit with Linda and Charlie. They are fun, friendly and have great flowers. Yes they are slightly more expensive but they last twice as long as anything from some of the other big box stores which in my mind is worth the money. My wife is always amazed that they are still very vibrant after a week.

They did an arrangement for a family member and it was absolutely beautiful. I like the modern look with plants it’s more of a keepsake. The price was very reasonable and it was done in a short amount of time.

I am so glad I decided to go with Grower's Direct! This is our go to place in the city to buy flowers! I decided to make my own wedding bouquet and was in search of some specific specialty flowers. Linda ordered 4 different types of roses to ensure I was happy with the flowers I was going to order for my wedding as I had a vision for what I wanted my bouquet to look like! It turned out way better than I ever would have thought thanks to the flower choice help by Linda and the advice! I also bought the corsages and boutonnieres from here as well and they turned out amazing!

I've ordered several arrangements from Blossoms and also have been the lucky recipient of flowers many times from Blossoms. The bouquets and arrangements are always beautiful! With only one exception, the flowers have lasted a long time with just a little TLC. Blossoms is my go-to for flowers. I always know my friends will be thrilled with their special flowers!

Bouquet was nice looking but Very expensive for what you get. $108 for the “best” of that bouquet, and it was quiet small. Can only imaging what the first level looked like. And died after 4 days with water. Disappointing.

We have been using this florist for years. I call her up and say, "Do something with what you have in the cooler". We are always WOW'ed. Be careful when ordering on-line. Some florists get hacked and you end up not ordering from here. Double check. If you get Linda, you get quality!

I ordered an arrangement based on the photos on the website. I paid for the premium option as well. What was actually delivered was WAY smaller. Was given the option of a $10 refund, or having them go to the HOSPITAL and pick them up for a full refund, or pick them up and remake it. I opted for the $10.00 refund but the customer service was very rude and very defensive. Shop elsewhere.

March 1st I ordered a $77 bouquet for my mothers birthday ($105 with delivery) Both siblings did the same and all orders came from this florist. After 4 days the roses and lilies were dying. My mother propped them up with a floral tube and ensured they were watered and fed. I purchased through Canadaflowers.ca (they got a review too) and I called both companies. The florist said the only reason they would be dying is because they aren’t getting water. I told her she is tending to them on a Dailey basis. She said if they are in styrofoam they might look like they have water. I told them no, they have been watered. My mother called about the other bouquet and was told the florist would do nothing about the flowers dying after four days and they would do nothing for her, just said some roses open and some don’t, you must have gotten the ones that don’t . WHAAAAAT?? Ridiculous! Canada flowers.ca seemed to believe that providing me with $15 of the $105 I spent was good customer service. I will never order from either this florist or Canada flowers again. Horrible customer service, bad product. Flowers should last more than 4/5 days. My mother is a green thumb and retired. This was not her not caring for the flowers. This was bad service all around only the delivery was acceptable.

My go-to florist in St. Albert. Prices are reasonable and her arrangements are stunning. The last time I had to make centrepieces (I wanted lanterns filled with flowers) I just went into her with my lanterns and she walked through with me which flowers would work the best and how to arrange them. Yesterday I called around 11am for a sympathy bouquet and she walked through all of my options with me and then had a stunning arrangement ready for me to pickup by 1pm. I’ve purchased flowers from here multiple times and have always been very happy with the results and level of customer service.

Pretty bad service - I ordered flowers several days ago, scheduled delivery on my wife's birthday. Then they phone me at Noon on that day to tell me their delivery company can't make it to her office by 4:00 P.M. when they close - they only deliver between 3:00 and 5:30. I can't arrange to be home for those 2-1/2 hours so had to cancel. So I'm left high & dry, this is simply unacceptable. Very Mickey Mouse, there are lots of better alternatives...

AVOID AVOID AVOID. If I could give 0 stars I would, if you want to order flowers for someone look else where. Completely dissapointed and ruined. Possibly dishonest management also. Save your money and time and order from a reputable place. I should have read the reviews for this place before ordering..sigh.

i ordered a premium valentines bouquet from this store. I paid almost $100 for 2 red roses which one was broken and some sprayed carnations. one carnation was also broke along with some of the greenery. i contacted the store which they asked me to send photos. The manager then called back and said that there was no difference other then the vase. the photo i chose showed pink and red roses with some greenery and some alstroemerias. i am VERY DISSATISFIED. the shop wouldn't even try and make it right. she said if you read the description of what's included which says pink and red roses! and does not include how many are provided. this store does not care at all about customer service and i refuse to support this small business.

Not impressed by a long shot. Very small, very expensive, Valentine's flowers. Owner was dismissive on the phone. Continued negotiation via email, given a choice of $20 refund or full refund. I asked for a full refund, no reply. Then given a partial refund for around $20. Walmart flowers have lasted longer.

Horrible Flower shop and horrible service. Paid over a hundred dollars for flowers that don't look anything like the picture. I ordered 3 days in advance for a non holiday Monday. They called and said the flowers would be delivered by 4:30. When I called the lady said she would call the deliverer and tell her to be here right away. Took another half hour and she tried to change the time she said they would be delivered and claimed that they have lots of deliveries on Mondays.

Flowers were nowhere near as nice as in picture on website. Only look good from one angle (not all the way around). Delivery came very late in the afternoon (granted it was Mother's Day, but would have preferred morning delivery). Feels overpriced for what we got.

Unprofessional and extremely last minute cancellation notice! Saturday evening I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for a funeral service scheduled for Monday at 1pm. I ordered on their website, which told me that they were capable of delivering my order in time and I even received a confirmation email. Monday they sent me an email saying they can't deliver it - only 2 hours before the service started, without any apology or reason for cancelling. I had to take time out of my work day to call a bunch of other local florists in order to find someone able to deliver in time for the service and I had to pay a rush fee that was nearly half the cost of my order for within-the-hour delivery. Think twice before purchasing from blossoms on the trail, they are unreliable!
