Our experience with this shop was exceptional. We came in for flowers for my father in laws funeral. I wanted something more masculine with lots of greenery and less sculpted. They absolutely delivered. The arrangements were beautiful and well priced. Not to mention they delivered the flowers within a very tight time frame. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again.

I recommend taking your time looking around as you never know what treasure you will find! The owners are friendly and knowledgeable.

We made some adjustments with items he had available. He was a big help and I was comfortable with the pricing. I found this place online (using Google, LOL) from Manitoba to send a gift to my daughter who had recently moved to Lethbridge. Without knowing anything about them I found their online information and ordering process to be everything I needed and it all worked out perfectly. The delivery arrived on the scheduled day, it was exactly as ordered and was absolutely top notch (even the writing on the card was gorgeous)! I followed up by phone and email with the store with questions we had about the plants and they were super friendly and eager to help us. I will absolutely be ordering again! I placed an order to my mothers birthday and this place sent the flowers to the wrong address and I could not get a full refund for their mistake. If that wasn't enough, Colin, the owner of the place was extremely rude. I'm used to deal with honest people and serious businesses and this was an unpleasant surprise. Don't recommend and will never come back

Sending flowers to my mother from Texas is always hard because I never know what to expect. I called Blooms after I made the order to find out more about the size of the bouquet I had ordered. The owner reassured me and even sent me a photo of the bouquet before he delivered it to make sure it was to my liking. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I tried to order flowers online a few weeks ago and the website crashed so I called to place an order but got very frustrated with the inefficiency of the staff so I decided to try Flowers on 9th and they are awesome. First time buying flowers for someone and it could not have been the worst experience. First, the arrangement advertised was nothing like pictures or at least decorated with anything.( for the price, I would have expected the ribbon to be included). If I wanted a 12 roses and a box I would have just went to Safeway. Second, owner was very rude addressing the situation. Told me that it was not his responsibility that it wasn’t the same as the picture, that it’s was called advertisement. That they could only give me 25$ out of 100$(and they would keep the flowers) or I could just accept that they would add a ribbon. And third, after accepting just to add the ribbon, the flower arrangement looked……..there is just no words for it. Overall, worst service. Would not recommend.

I was blown away with my bridal bouquet from Blooms! Only downside is my bridesmaids bouquets were not what I approved. I came from an hour out of town so couldn't have them redone so I paid and left. I emailed after my wedding to simply give some feedback and they weren't very receptive and insisted what I approved is what I got. Putting pictures side by side it's clear they are different flowers. Overall Bloom's is a great company and my bouquet was exactly what I wanted plus their silk flowers are excellent quality so I would recommend them.

My husbands aunt got sick in Ontario and we decided to send flowers to the hospital she was in. We went into Blooms and sent the order. When we spoke to his uncle the flowers had not arrived. We called blooms within minutes they called us back to say the Ontario store was hesitant to send them as she was in ICU. Blooms went above and beyond to fix what the other store messed up! I live in BC and needed to send flowers to my niece. Ordering was fast and easy online, and I had a question so needed to phone. The woman I spoke to was wonderful, and best of all, the Puppy Dog Bouquet arrived within two hours of my order! My niece was thrilled, the photo she sent me showed a bouquet that looked exactly like the one on the website. I highly recommend this florist and will use them again.

I went to Blooms to purchase a gift, while there I observed professionalism by both the staff in the store and her manager who was on the phone while they both had conversations with an unhappy customer. These staff spent at least 30 minutes trying to work through the customer concerns while at the same time maintaining the integrity of their business. I have liked the service up to this point and now I know if I am ever not happy I will be treated with incredible respect and this business will work to resolve all concerns presented by a customer. Kudos to Blooms .
