We called to order last-minute flowers for a small wedding and this shop provided us with the best service I have ever had. They helped choose the best available flowers to fit the bride’s colour scheme and made a gorgeous floral hoop for her bouquet. I was running around town looking for a hoop so we wouldn’t have to rely on ordering one, as the wedding was two weeks away, and finally found one at Michael’s. The florist immediately noticed a small defect on the metal hoop that could have torn the bride’s gown and offered to return it herself for a new one since I am from out of town and still needed to drive home. They are the friendliest, most helpful people and the flowers looked amazing. Blooming Buds truly went above and beyond to make a wedding filled with last-minute COVID craziness still have gorgeous flowers for the wedding party.

Living overseas and needed to order flowers for our nieces birthday. Found them online and they offered Free Delivery. I had asked for a very specific delivery time so they arrived during the party and they confirmed the delivery before hand as well as delivered them right on time! Very happy with the quality and service from Blooming Buds. Thank you for making our niece feel extra special on her 5th birthday!

After a family emergency with my distant family in Canada, I had my assistant arrange a floral arrangement to go out the same day. The initial price was $80 dollars for a dozen roses. After generously offering $120 (excluding delivery) to dress the arrangement up and add as many roses for that value, I ended up with only 8 roses delivered (by delivered I mean by my own uber). Terrible flowers designs and before writing this review we called them asking if they could make it right whether this be a store credit or new flowers. Nothing was done. If you are in Canada or else where don't buy from Blooming Buds.

A great little locally owned florist, the owners are very kind and very helpful. The flowers are always beautiful and very fresh and healthy looking, I find most of the flowers last a couple weeks. They're My go to for special occasions!

Just received a bouquet from Blooming Buds from my hubby for valentines day, and i must say for 120$ - I am very under whelmed. The roses are half dead, and the arrangement looks very bare witch was filled with newspaper??? Not pretty at all. . Kudos to my hubby, however will never use these guys again.

My husband bought me flowers from here for our anniversary, the bouquet was half dead when he brought it home and it only lasted 5 days. The bouquet was also not very nice looking, not worth the $75.

I made some phone calls to florist near my area and "Don" was so kind to allow me to order a bouquet of white roses even their shop is closed for our SILVER WEDDING ANNIVERSARY! Amazing customer service. I called from Vancouver and I needed last minute service. Anniversary flowers were delivered to my parent's house. They made it happen and sent me a picture as well that they delivered flowers. I was extremely happy and relieved with their service. Also, they picked nice flowers as well

Beautiful bouquet for my wife's birthday. Didnt take any time at all. Mother in law phoned in an order from PEI, absolutely stunning work. I live outside city on north side and I would gladly drive all this way again. Very professional service in an easy to find location. The only sad part is I cant give more than 5 stars.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral service. I am quite disappointed with the flowers that were delivered and also embarrassed when I saw the arrangement. I specifically chose something small, and I know that it would not look exactly like the photo on the website but the arrangement had many gaps in it and was not even, the whole thing was lopsided. One side had more flowers than the other, one side had 3 lilies and the other side had flowers which looked wilted and not fresh. I emailed the florist directly but received no reply and wanted to bring this to their attention so they could correct this and prevent any future customers from embarrassment in seeing sub-par flowers delivered to their loved ones.

I have to concur with the many 5 star ratings prvided to this business operation - Customer service is second to none. On a recent order ( and I am from Yellowknife) I can say that for those of us away from the city centers, we notice and really appreciate that our orders are being handle the way that they are - all we could hope is that others try an order here and satify themselves that it does not get any better - Thanks Don and Blooming Buds
