We ordered flowers specifically because we loved the bouquet and wanted to have Lillies in our house. The bouquet arrived WITHOUT lillies, and without the packet of flower food that the box said would be in there. I was super disappointed by that. Otherwise, the ordering process was simple, the pricing was good, delivery was good, communication was good.... if I had just gotten what I ordered, I would have been super happy.

I have ordered through Bloomex more than once and always had a great experience. I ordered flowers yesterday and they were delivered today at noon. Great service! Prices are great too, total cost under $50. I will use Bloomex for all my flower orders. ????

I ordered a bouquet for someone who'd lost their mother with a sympathy card. I was really disappointed to see the overall style had changed when I was sent a photo of the bouquet. The message was stapled and crinkled in the card. After contacting customer support due to the bouquet sent having almost exactly the same flowers as a cheaper bouquet on their website I didn't get a response (other than a confirmation they received my email). I've attached my order and what was sent.

I use this shop to send flowers else where. Every time the arrangements have been beautiful. The receiver is always happy with it. Of course the arrangement is never the same, as substitution is a factor. But, the outcome is very good.

I ordered a 'cheese lover basket' for christmas, for a friend, at a pretty steep price of 64.99$ + 15$ shipping. All in all, the price went up to 90$. You would expect a cheese lover basket to have more than one cheese product. But instead, I got cheap chocolate almonds, cracker jack caramel popcorn, a can of tuna and a bunch of off-brands chocolates. The cheese lover? 1 costello brie priced 6$ in the grocery. Are you kidding me? Are you for real? That's not even close being worth 64.99 without the shipping. I feel robbed, I could have put together a much nicer basket for half that price, and there would have been more than one cheese in the basket. I'll never order from Bloomex again. That's false advertising at best, and theft at worse. I have maybe 20$ worth of off-brand stuff. I'm embarrassed.

Well priced flowers and the website is easy to navigate. Delivery fee was advertised as $14.99. When I selected my delivery date, the fee jumped to $19.99. Delivery fees are misleading. Google ''bloomex coupon code'' to save money on your order. Overall, good price for a pretty bouquet.

I have had the worst experience with this delivery service. Flowers were not delivered on the due date by saying that the address was wrong even though we have been sending the flowers to the same address for the past five year. They have a stupid policy of no refund and I find it highly ridiculous . There customer service is extremely unhelpful. I am sorry to say but I will never ever use this service again. Customers beware of them you will lose your money and they are very unprofessional.

Delivered 6 days after promised delivery date. Now offering a gift basket in exchange but recipients will not be at home to recieve so basket will sit in -21 deg. temps and freeze. An absolute bust! Their service is absolutely awful, the quality and size of their flowers is underwhelming to say the least, and their prices are obscene… We ordered flowers for our grandmother’s funeral and paid over $150 for a supersize bouquet, and what we got was the saddest arrangement. When we called to complaint, their feedback was that they did not care whether we thought it was too small and sad, as it met their regulation. I am attaching the pictures of what they think it is worth $150… The regular bouquet has 9 roses and 5 calla lilies, and the supersize version we bought had 13 roses and 6 of the saddest and smallest calla lilies we’ve ever seen. Run! Support local businesses that actually care about the client, and NEVER use this place… NEVER

Bloomex is the best way to send flowers to a friend or loved one!! I ordered the snap dragons the first time and my friend said they arrived beautifully arranged in a box, and they were fresh as if she picked them from her garden herself. Lasted a good long time. Today, I sent her another bouquet of flowers, and the whole process is SO easy! I highly recommend this company for floral delivery!!

I have ordered from Bloomex a few times over the years and usually get pretty service and am happy. This time however, it was just a painful experience. From difficulty ordering to the delivery of my order - it was very frustrating. I specifically order the supersize as I wanted to have a beautiful arrangement and what was delivered was pretty pitiful. After contacting their customer service, they just advised it was within their "variation limits". Well I am very curious as to what the regular arrangement would have looked like then. Just very sad overall.

I had two very bad experiences with bloomex, the first one -- was delivered a week late. I wrote to them and they said they would give me $15 off my next order but i never received an email code to claim it then i needed to send flowers to another family who lost a loved one, i couldn't use the credit, tried to call and request call back, never got a call back, ordered anyway -- kept getting emails that it was "in transit" finally contacted to see why not delivered and why no credit - was passed along for 10 minutes, then was told was delivered and my email address was the code for credit! Never was explained to me. Will never use again.

Flowers were left on the door step in December so they were frozen solid when I got home. Delivery date was for the 24th as I’m home that day, but Bloomex had them delivered on the 23rd instead. I’ve never gotten flowers that were alive from this company. Please don’t waste your money and end up utterly disappointed at Christmas time like I am.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, and they were delivered 48 hours late. When they arrived the flowers were very wilted from the days in transit. I contacted Bloomex for a partial refund and they would only waive the $4.99 holiday delivery charge. I will not be using their services again.

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s first day at her first job in Vancouver. Because of me living in Turkey, I couldn’t be with her physically at her first day but she could feel me by her side with flowers sent by me. On time delivery was emotionally important for me. That’s why I paid more for the same day delivery. I got shocked when I got e mail from bloomex telling that they couldn’t deliver because the office was closed but I was sure that the office was open. Then I had to have my daughter call them to bring the flowers to her. It wasn’t even 1 pm when they told her the delivery was over for today and they could only deliver tomorrow. But she wasn’t working the other day, so she changed the delivery adress to home address. When she got the flowers the other day they were not as fresh as the first day of course and the baloon was deflated. Whole process was a huge disappointment for me. Since she was involved in the process, no surprise or no good vibes left. I’m really upset for this experience with bloomex.

I ordered the golden days basket - supersized If there was an option to put no stars I would Basket ordered was missing flowers ( red ruby roses) which could have been substituted with another colour of roses, but were totally left out of the arrangement along with the solidasters... instead the basket was filled with extra cheap greenery.... I will never order from this site again.... I should have just gone with Teleflora.ca photo on the left is what I got, photo on the right was what was advertised. I tried calling them numerous times only to have my call dropped. I sent them a complaint via their website and all I got was their I’m sorry standard company response. And to please email them at Wecare Bloomex.ca, which I have already done. I am not impressed with the integrity of their response offering me their basic corporate 20$ gift coupon, which I would get anyways just by writing this review. As you can see below... I’ve gotten another standard automated response....

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Although the ordering was easy, the rest was terrible. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered between 9-12. The flowers arrived 5 hours later - the location was closed by then and they had to call for a different delivery address. The balloon was supposed to be a heart (Love/Romance). Not a gold circle. And finally, the bouquet is far smaller than it appears in the photos. Terribly disappointing.

Very fair price and great customer service. I was also updated throughout the process and it was nice knowing when the flowers were delivered. However, I found that there was quite a discrepancy between the picture and what was actually delivered. I get that bouquets vary but the actual one didn't seem put together with much effort and that was a bit disappointing. Would recommend but do know that you’re getting what you’re paying for.

Ordered 2 pieces 2 weeks prior to delivery. Neither arrived. One was shipped a week before delivery and sitting at a Purolator facility, the other never shipped. Customer service is terrible, no offer of a refund only credit. I would never utilise their services again so a credit is of no use. An investigation on this business has been launched. I had never ordered flowers before but It was very easy to order from the website and the live chat was able to address my questions and concerns. The flowers were beautiful and arrived on time (around 5pm on a Saturday)! I ordered the Sweet Blossoms II package and upgraded to deluxe. I’m glad the package came with a vase and card! I hesitated to give Bloomex even one star as my first order wasn’t filled correctly but at least it was delivered. My second order which went to the same town as the first order was never delivered as they kept telling me it was a postal box. The order was received with a street added and the same postal code as the first order as it is a rural community with one PC for the entire town. As this was a gift not getting delivered I had to go out and purchase another gift somewhere else. After many phone calls trying to straighten this out I asked for a refund to which they replied they give refunds after an hour after payment so I am out so X-ray dollars plus I had to buy another gift. When I asked to speak to a stupor manager they said they are not available during peak time. So unless you are ordering for someone in a large Center I would not order from this company. And read the fine print because if you order something that is temperature sensitive they will replace with what ever they wish….in my case with my first order they replaced a Christmas arrangement with an assortment of chocolate for my friend who just got of hospital with diabetic shock. I was very disappointed in the service from Bloomex. Before ordering I had inquired if they delivered to my friends address, with a response being yes. Placing my order the day before scheduled delivery. On the delivery day Bloomex texted me in the afternoon saying they could not deliver to that address. That being my friends special day Bloomex is saying they can not deliver to said address after confirming in the beginning they could. This special day comes once a year counting on Bloomex to deliver a flower arrangement to which Bloomex failed drastically. My day was saved at the very last minute I called another florist with 2 hours before closing this Flower company saved the day. Making the desired arrangement and delivery. My friend was ecstacy to have received such a lovely flower arrangement. I will never use Bloomex again for the very poor service I received. Hard no. I recommend shopping elsewhere. Ordered flowers on behalf of my company to send to a coworker who had just lost a loved one. They didn't contact the co-worker before delivery and ended up delivering to the wrong address. Spoke with customer service and that just got my blood boiling more. Zero care for where the flowers go, once they have your money you're on your own. I've been using Callia ever since and have never had a bad experience.

Absolutely appalled by the quality of the flowers and the lack of customer service in dealing with the problem! I ordered flowers from Bloomex for the first time for this past Mother's Day. Since I was unable to see my mum because of Covid-19, I wanted to send her an extra special bouquet of flowers. I ordered the Enchanted Cottage bouquet and paid extra to enhance it. With shipping and taxes, this cost me $67.18. The photo and description of the bouquet that Bloomex posted were really lovely and exactly what I wanted for my mum, so I was willing to spend this. Unfortunately, it wasn't even close to what she received! The bouquet was supposed to have white roses, white tea roses, purple stock, and purple wax flowers. There was no stock or wax flowers, the stock had been replaced with half-dead snap dragons, and the petals were already falling off of the roses when my mum received the bouquet. I tried calling the company several times, and just got a voicemail saying that they were busy each time and to leave my name and contact number. Nobody bothered to call me back after I had left three separate messages. I also tried the online customer service. The first day that I tried, no one answered. On the second day, I finally got through to a customer service representative who told me to email the company, explaining the issue and to attach photos of the bouquet. I did this but did not hear from the company for five days. I then emailed again. The only response that I received was a message telling me how to take care of flowers. I emailed again and received an email telling me to read their customer policy, which I had already done. I emailed them AGAIN and heard nothing back. This morning, two weeks after the first bouquet was received, my mother received a replacement bouquet. This one was in even worse condition than the first one! When the box that the flowers were delivered in was opened, the petals from the roses just fell right off. Once again, there was no stock or wax flowers included, just a single stem of fern. I have emailed the company once again, this time telling them that I want my money back. What was supposed to be a beautiful gift to lift my mum's spirits on Mother's Day has turned into a huge disappointment and frustration! DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY! The first photo that I've included is the bouquet advertised on the website, the second is of the first bouquet received, and the following pictures are of the bouquet received today.

Delivered order # 3406349 on time, but the photo for me was disappointing. Basic package stated 10 sunflowers, so I paid extra to have the ( beyond the deluxe) to the supersize amount of flowers. Looks like fillers were added instead. There were only 7 sunflowers in what was received. Seems unreasonable to pay $80.00 for this bouquet and a birthday card! Not sure why it is Edmonton flowers because this was done in Ottawa!

Customer service was very hard to get a hold of whether through phone or live chat. What I received was a lesser version of what the depicted picture was on their site. I paid for express shipping same day and didnt even receive it till the following day at 6 AM? Who delivers flowers at 6 AM. I would not recommend.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet online on July 10 at 1 am. When I checked whether it had been delivered, much later the same day, I brought up the order in my email and noticed it had been scheduled for delivery 2 WEEKS later, on July 24. As it was no longer during business hours, I attempted to contact Bloomex via live chat. The customer service agent replied to me twice during a 15 minute online conversation, which consisted mostly of me asking "are you still there?" and ghosted me. I then emailed and phoned the company and had the same experience on the phone. I was told they would charge me $25 for cancellation and that a manager would email me on Monday. They refused to refund my money, saying that cancellations had to be done within the first hour of ordering, which is ridiculous, especially since they had scheduled the delivery, which was basic 1+ day, for 2 WEEKS after the date ordered. I have since been offered store credit, which I am not interested in, after watching the Marketplace episode on this business, which revealed shoddy product, deceptive business practices and terrible customer service. They are not accredited with Better Business Bureau, which is clearly a red flag. An absolutely abysmal experience. Not giving up until I get my refund.

Not a single star for this company. So disappointed ????. My daughter turned 30 and lives 500 km away from me. I wanted to surprise her with a nice flower bouquet on her birthday and Bloomex he’s robbed me from that element of surprise. I ordered the flower by phone, making sure she will receive flowers the same day, and I even received a confirmation in my email confirms the delivery for the same day. Late that day I expected my daughter to call me to say she got them, and after not hearing from her I called her and she said she didn’t receive anything. So today I called them back to see what has happened and I the answer I got from them was this “your order was made too late for same day delivery, we emailed you this morning and you did not respond to us” also when I asked for money refund as I did not want to send the flowers because that beats the whole purpose of surprise that I wanted to make, he told me oh ma’m I am sorry but we cannot refund you. The order has already been made and sent to the florist. This is beyond the Lowe’s customer service I have experienced. I attached a photo where my order was confirmed. NEVER, NEVER ORDER WITH THEM. Scam company!

So unfortunate for Canada's Official Florist! I ordered "50 Blooms of Alstroemeria & Card" (See last image), instead got some damaged, not fresh looking flowers without a Card. When I sent them the images instead of solving the matter, they claimed the images are of one single damaged flower from one angle. (You judge for yourself) Mind you, most of the flowers are damaged so they look similar. I recorded a video of the whole bouget; I would have uploaded it here if I had the option on google review. This is just terrible. :(

I have had an extremely poor experience with this flower delivery service. I ordered flowers for a family member who had a father pass from COVID on Monday. I paid extra for the same day delivery and they arrived 5 days later completely mangled. I was trying to get a reply from the company via their email/1-800 number and was getting no response. When I finally did get a response the team was completely uncoordinated. I paid $81 for these flowers and am now trying to get a refund and they will not process a refund for me or even a refund for the same day delivery charge. I would never use this company again.

This is the email I sent to Bloomex. They responded with a generic sorry for your inconvenience email reply. They said that because the plant was perishable there was nothing they could do. My complaint was not that the plant was perishable but that it was damaged by somebody as in smashed before it was ever delivered. This is terrible customer service. My mother-in-law just called me that the poinsettia I sent her was crushed when she received it and it died within days. She is 91 and didn’t realize she should have told me right away. I am sorry to say I am very disappointed with the service we receive from Bloomex. We ordered to gift to be delivered to my mother one was a traditional gift basket otherwise to be alive planter basket. Unfortunately due to BlueMAX policy the temperature was below zero so they could not deliver the live planter basket. Instead they ordered another traditional gift basket only smaller which for us was a very poor choice for them as we had already ordered the larger basket. Not happy with the stair of service at all when it came to this decision. Their other choice could’ve been the small Christmas tree not a repeat gift basket. Or they should have contacted us to ask our opinion about it or offered a refund which they did not.

Update - second time ordering. First purchase was great, second one not so much. Maybe it was because this purchase was so close to Valentine’s Day and they had a lot of other orders, I’m not sure. I ordered the deluxe upgrade with extra flowers, the deluxe gift box add on, and chocolates. Delivery driver was not wearing a mask, was peeking in the recipients window, and was caught on camera complaining under his breath. Flowers did not look as nice as the online photo. I have no way of knowing if they added more stems than they would have without the upgraded purchase or not. They came in a regular box with no tissue paper, not the deluxe gift packaging I paid for. There were no chocolates included with the order, even though I paid for them as well. Funny enough, if the chocolates had been included, I wouldn’t have even asked the recipient about the delivery or packaging. After delivery I contacted Bloomex via chat immediately and was instructed to send my concerns and photos in an email, which I did. I did not receive a reply until the next day, no apology, they just offered me store credit for the amount of the missing chocolates. I replied that was unacceptable, I really wanted the chocolates to still be delivered, but if they couldn’t do that I wanted a refund not store credit. The following day I received notification of a refund in the amount of the missing chocolates (no email message saying they were sorry or that my business was important to them or anything of the sort, and no credit for missing deluxe packaging or delivery.) I’m frustrated, because of COVID I can’t be there in person. I wanted to do something extra nice for my parents for their anniversary and what I sent instead was a bit of an embarrassment. I think next time I need to send flowers I will look for a different company. Original review - December 2020 I ordered flowers from Bloomex as an anniversary gift, and the recipient was so delighted and surprised to receive them. The roses arrived fresh and right on schedule. I recommend upgrading to the deluxe packaging if it is a gift, it includes a nice box and tissue paper along with a full size card. The friday delivery specials really can't be beat. Will definitely be using again.

I specifically discussed that I only want Gerber and a fair size setting so was told that by upgrading to deluxe it will be a decent setting. Order was placed 4 days in advance ON PHONE. Only to see a badly set bunch of colored roses (which are greatly disliked by the birthday person) with wilted greens delivered. When complained and had my called escalated by Magnus to someone in the management department, a rude person named Justin told me I'm hard of understanding and should've read their online policy!!!! I PLACED MY ORDER ON PHONE!!! Then he offers 25 cad on their website for a 90 dollar screw-up! Company doesn't care about their customers. Delivery was attempted in the 5 minutes that my wife left the house to pick up my daughter. $15 for them to re-deliver it, but they won't tell you a date, just ASAP. So now I have to religiously watch my email for an update or be a prisoner at home to make sure I don't miss the next delivery. At this point if I miss the delivery it isn't worth it anymore and will be out $70 from their terrible service. Do yourself a favor and call a local florist. I have used Bloomex quite a few times now over the years for many different occasions. Recipients have always stated that they thoroughly enjoyed the delivered items. Sometimes Bloomex can be a little pricey - this is why I usually buy when I receive one of their promotional emails stating that they are having some sort of sale or discount offering. Very user friendly website that is easy to navigate and has a whole whack of options to choose from for many different events or occasions. I think there was one order way back when I had to contact their customer support for something or other. From what I can recall they were quick to respond to my questions and I believe for that specific instance they even reimbursed the shipping fees for my troubles. Whenever I am in the need to send a gift to someone (does not have to always be flowers as they have many other items that can be sent for many reasons) - this is one of my go to options. Their Bloomex bucks program to me isn't really a huge incentive as the reward amount is quite minimal to not be overly impactful to drive me to purchase more from this specific vendor. If they offered some sort of referral bonus - that might help build them up a bit more. Overall - They are doing a great job and worthy of a good review and some repeat business as required.

THE WORST !! My grandmother (94 years old) is having assisted suicide today as she is terminally Ill. We ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for her to have before she passes today. We are in Winnipeg and she is in Ontario. We ordered on October 30 with delivery promised for November 1. The arrangement was not delivered until today (November 2) and got a call from the care home that the flowers arrived broken as well as the vase broken and glass everywhere. I called Bloomex who were the most horrible, unsympathetic people I have ever dealt with in all my life. The manager Justin, was speaking over me and hung up on me. They will not do anything but send a new arrangement which is no longer needed as my grandmother passes today. Bloomex has lost my business which may not be much but I will be spreading the word of their lack of compassion and terrible customer service. Do not waste your money with this company, they don’t care about their customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT IS A SCAM COMPANY!! Likely only reason why they get customers is because they are advertised as "Canada's #1 flower company" which is farthest from the truth. Because of their franchise based company they lack on customer service and quality control. I would so leave a zero star rating if it was an option. Not only did they send out to the WRONG flowers than from what I ordered, they were also damaged and in poor condition (on the verge of dying). They also delivered at the WRONG time than what was requested. That is annoying considering I payed extra form evening drop off after 6pm (they decided to delivery at 10am). So when they called me claiming no one was home for receiving I was so upset, OBVIOUSLY NO ONE WAS HOME THAT IS WHY SAID AFTER 6PM. The whole experience tainted my Valentines experience with my girlfriend. They replied to my emails with generic responses. Felt like I was talking to a robot and I suspect I'm not too far off from the truth. And also instead of refunds they offer in store credit and at most $20 worth. PLEASE support your local businesses as you are far better off believe me. Do not risk it. And please see attached photos for proof of my experience. Shame on you Bloomex. In my photos I show what I order and what I actually got. I ordered red roses and white daiseys and got poor pink flowers instead. False advertising at its best. And they also print your message on a coupon and STAPLE it onto the card, how embarrassing. At least print the message on the card itself.

I placed an order for a condolences bouquet on Saturday December 18 and paid for same day delivery - the website accepted the delivery postal code as acceptable for same day delivery. The package wasn’t delivered, so on Sunday I called and spoke with one of the staff - they told me that the package was out for delivery and would be there by the end of the day. It never got delivered. (I was later told that deliveries don’t happen on Sunday, when the girl on the phone originally told me it would be) On Monday the recipient of the package would not be home to accept the delivery so I phoned in to have the address changed to where someone could accept it. I was told “we don’t usually do this - but because it’s Christmas…”. This delayed the package another 24 hours. On Tuesday when the package was actually out for delivery it was sent to the wrong address! I spent over an hour on the phone with the staff there - and was hung up on - trying to find out there whereabouts of the delivery and how this had happened. I was told someone would contact me in 1-2 days to resolve the issue - that would mean 5-6 days since the order was placed. I was promised contact from management and a new bouquet shipped within a week - which was never followed up on or fulfilled. Fortunately with the cooperation of Purolator in contact with the recipient, the package was delivered, 4 days late - The centre piece of the bouquet competely wilted, smashed and discoloured, the basked snapped and broken. I am so displeased with my experience with bloomex - my intention of comforting a mourning family member turned into a 4 day ordeal where the recipient actually had to take time out of her day to call Purolator to organize the successful delivery of damaged goods. The order was for 2 gift boxes...one for $59.99 and the other for $64.99. The shown sale prices ere $109.99 and $64.99 for a supposed total of approx.$175. The combined boxed were mostly candy with 11 items of sweets. There were 4 small tins of fish and 2 cheeses both Brie and 3 pkgs. crackers plus 1 bottle of red wine. My mother ordered two bouquets for my father’s memorial. She paid an extra ($10 per vase) for clear GLASS vases and the flowers arrived in cheap silver plastic vases. She also paid extra for supersize but judging from the bouquet it was not supersized and I guess she should have requested blooming flowers. What the receipt shows and states is different from what was delivered. Very disappointed with what was received as there were few blooming flowers and were not in the vases that were paid for in the order. Three days later the flowers have still not bloomed. Response from Bloomex is that received what ordered. To me, hard to understand how cheap plastic vases are equivalent to glass. As well, should have informed prior to delivery that roses and lilies would not be in bloom. What was received was a very green bouquet, with majority of flowers not blooming, in a cheap plastic vase. Would not recommend ordering from this company.

Although I had read some negative reviews about Bloomex, I decided to give it a try. The flowers were beautiful, pretty much as described in the order form. They were well wrapped and the vase (which I purchased separately) was in the box. I’m taking off 1 star for the choice of Mylar balloon. The balloon looks like it’s more appropriate for a young child rather than the 60 year old recipient of this arrangement (who’s not much into sports). All in all, my experience with your company has been good.

My boyfriend sent $100 worth of flowers to my family's house which can be tricky to find but instead of calling me to confirm or clarify the address, they gave up and handed it over to Canada Post. We tried tracking down the flowers and eventually they were dropped off at a post office. Took almost a week to finally get the flowers and they're MOULDY. Bloomex won't give my boyfriend a refund or send new ones. The best they could do is give him "$5 off his next order" because of some 'policy'.

The only reason I am rating Bloomex one star is that I am unable to rate them zero stars, or even 1/2 a star. My experience with Bloomex was not a pleasant one. I recently purchased a basket for my mothers birthday and had multiple issues with my order. When I placed my order (approx. one week prior to the birthday) I indicated the date that I would wish to have my package arrive. After paying for and placing my order with bloomex, I received an email stating that my package would be delivered 48 hours later than what I had requested. When I called bloomex to discuss this issue, their Customer Service Representative (CSR) told me that there was a pricing issue with a partner company that caused this issue, and that I would still be forced to pay the $15 shipping fee. I was told that even though I had selected a Monday delivery date, that this was simply not possible as they do not deliver on Mondays (even though this was an option at the time of purchase). If I had known that this was not possible, I would have simply gone to another floral company that WAS possible of fulfilling my order properly. Instead, Bloomex CSR told me that this was my problem and refused to take responsibility for the error. After I got in touch with a supervisor to voice my displeasure, all that I requested was that I be refunded the shipping fee for the basket, as I was still very willing to pay for the basket itself. I was then told that my package would be 'upgraded' and that "As much as we’d love to help with that we will not be able to issue a refund a delivery fee for the order". All in all, the basket that my mother received was sub-par and extremely overpriced given the contents and my experience. So here I am, filling out a review of Bloomex for a $5 refund (as indicated in my confirmation emails). TLDR: Paid full price for a gift basket, was told that due to a pricing issue with a partner company that the package would be delivered 48 hrs late, Bloomex refused to provide any sort of refund for shipping although they 'upgraded' the gift basket sent. Don't waste your money, and instead call a local flourist that won't charge you an arm and a leg, while they screw around and refuse to be accountable for their brutal customer service.

I assumed for the price vase included. the second picture is what arrived...at best a $30 arrangement lots of greenery...nothing similar to advertised. When contacted Customer service was told no vase and "upon review arrangement made in accordance to policy and variations in computer monitors and the flowers seemed quite lovely and fresh". So disappointed in Bloomex. I ordered 24 roses for my mom for delivery on Mother's Day. After I placed the order and paid the increased fee to have the flowers sent on the actual day (Sunday), I received an email saying there would be a delay of up to 2 days due to COVID-19. I figure, that's fine and understandable I guess, they'll send them out the same day and they will still be fresh. I then tracked the order the day after I placed the order and saw the flowers were on a truck and out for delivery on Friday. Better earlier than later I thought. So I checked the tracking site every day and it was updated each day to say the same thing, on a truck for delivery. The flowers were finally delivered on Tuesday, dead and droopy and unable to be revived. My mom trimmed the stems put them in a vase anyway, hoping she could get them to come back to life but the heads just started to fall off. I sent a photo of the flowers to the customer care email (as I couldn't reach anyone by phone or chat) and since then have tried desperately to get a new bouquet sent out but I keep getting chat bots that tell me they are waiting for more supplies to fulfill the resend order. I've emailed asking to just please send any pretty comparable bouquet but I get automatic responses saying the same thing, waiting for supplies. It has been 16 days since the flowers were supposed to get delivered, 14 since the actual delivery and my mom is still waiting for Bloomex to send out a replacement. This is not acceptable and I wouldn't recommend Bloomex based on the customer service experience. ---Edit: About 4 weeks after the original Mother's Day disaster, a new bouquet arrived. Too little too late in my opinion, Covid or not.

I placed an order, stated it was a business, and paid extra to have it delivered that day. While watching and waiting on the status of the delivery, I noticed that the office I was delivering to was going to close in 45 minutes, but the status hadn't changed. I called Bloomex, spoke with customer service and then I was told that apparently the driver had made an attempted delivery but that the place was closed. I called the office where I was trying to deliver to and they said nobody had come in at all and that there were no closures, not even for a moment. I am not really sure what the justification is for the driver, but I just find it rather disappointing. This is the third time that I have tried to give Bloomex a chance, and the third time I have been left disappointed. Previously they were quality issues like paying for the largest bouquet size and getting a teeny tiny bouquet, or wilted flowers. But this time, the service and just laziness. This business will be one of a last resort.

Part two: see store response below they only wrote that to look good. - just spoke to them and was told a) they don't see my emails and then once they found them was told that they do not do refunds that they can only give me store credit. I spent 70$ on a bouquet that was delivered in the wrong colors, charged me for super-sized and it was smaller than the regular bouquet size, so I paid extra for absolutely nothing. Flowers were wilted and dying and were low end weed replicas. The 3 roses in the bouquet were supposed to be white however they were browning and already fell apart the morning after receiving them. I spent all day on the 31st trying to rectify this. I left two voicemails and two emails and even attempted live chat with the bot, that did not respond. Funnily enough I had no problem reaching someone in sales to take my money however they couldn't transfer me and said they would have a manager reach out to me today which never happened which is why I am now writing this review. I was hoping to speak to someone to find a resolution but no luck. Do not order flowers from here, especially if they are for a special occasion, I wouldn't wish the experience I've had with this company on my worst enemy. 1 star is too high. This was their designer birthday bouquet (original price is $80) - Safeway will put it together better for you with the same flowers for $20.00.

Ordered a Half Dozen Sweetheart Rose Combo as a birthday gift and the recipient was very pleased; the roses were peachy and pink - very healthy and came with plant food and instructions to make them last for weeks, the teddy bear an adorable tiny little plushie, the card printed up in a nice script font and I assume the truffles are delicious too but not tried them yet! Additionally I placed the order about 2 hours before opening and it was out for dispatch within about an hour of them being ready for business, very impressive. Terrible service provider. I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday and she did not get her delivery. I received an email stating the delivery was made but it was not. I provided both my phone number and my friends, neither of us were called about any possible issues they had (But they lie in an email stating they have been delivered). The 1800 call center was so unbelievably unhelpful to resolve the issue and they refused to answer any questions over the phone. Once off the phone they would send replies to my email address only. They refused to give a refund as they say the proved a service to me? And they also stated the delivery man would not leave the flowers on the door step because it was windy? But yet the email I received stated they were delivered. Wouldn't want their garbage to fly away I guess. Just lie to your customers and tell them the delivery was made! I would not recommend using this site unless you want to get scammed! Update: they delivered the flowers 2 days later and they're seen pictured below. Wilted and crushed. If you want a reliable flower service use Callia Flowers instead.

Have to say wasn't very impressed. I ordered a pink vase for my daughter's arrangement and they sent a dark blue one. I assumed since I purchased the vase that they would arrange the flowers in the vase, they didn't. I asked my daughter to send me a pick and the first one she sent I thought they looked terrible. She sent me another one a little later and they looked somewhat better after she played around with them but when you pay $100+ for a service you shouldn't have to plump them up. Will I use them again...no. I have to say i used a different service called petals for less for the same daughter, same city and the arrangement was draw dropping, looked exactly like the picture. This arrangement did not look like the picture. I paid for the highest arrangement that you pay extra for and there was no comparison to petals for less and the prices were in the same ballpark. ATROCIOUS! DO NOT order flowers from this shop, unless you want to disappoint your loved ones. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet for my wife's birthday, I opted in for a deluxe version ($10 on top) to have a bigger bouquet, and I added mini-balloons for $2.99. Also in instructions section I asked to deliver it in the morning, by 10am. What I received: - Got it at 3:00 pm from the courier (no notice from the shop about late delivery); - No mini-balloons, just a bouquet; - All flowers are either dull or dead, overall looks like *&%! - well, as it is shown in the photo attached; - Called support but nobody answered - still waiting for the call back. This is a real BAD service, to say the least - especially knowing how competitive the flower delivery business is in TO. My advise is to steer clear from Bloomex!

Very disappointing. I ordered two Christmas arrangements for two aunts aged 91 and 96 living in different cities than where I live. Both arrangements were delivered in cardboard boxes with little packing to protect the flowers and no marking on the box to indicate "fragile" contents, or "this side up." One of the boxes appears to have tumbled around in transport and some of the flowers had fallen out of the arrangement and were loose inside the box. In the other package, the flowers arrived frozen. When I contacted customer service, I received an email response saying consideration would be given to only complaints received within 24 hours of delivery. They also insisted that complaints include a photo of how the flowers arrived. My elderly aunts were reluctant to tell me how their flowers arrived, so I’m quite sure they weren’t making up a story. Given their ages, they do not use cameras or take cell phone photos. I will never use this online flower company again. Product and customer service were terrible.

This review is for Bloomex Ottawa. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers and Bloomex changed the delivery date afterwards so they promised me an even nicer bouquet than I ordered. I was impressed. But in the end they delivered a really cheap looking flower bunch that was not even close to what I ordered and it look horrible. Their policy is that they can substitute with nicer flowers but this totally unacceptable.

My husband tried to do something sweet and send me birthday flowers from my kids who are 4 and 6. I found them sat outside on my doorstep unaware of how long they were there since nobody knocked or rang the doorbell. He was charged $60 for 8 lilies with 2 stems of greenery and 1 of the 8 lilies was snapped! The most disgusting part of it all is the message that he asked to be put on the card from my kids was printed on the back of a coupon.. could you get any trashier? They also placed it coupon side up in the box I almost threw it in the garbage!

This has been a terrible company to deal with. Not only did I send an email as soon as I placed the order, to ask to change a spelling error on the card and was never contacted back, but it was delivered 3 days past the date selected. I ordered this on the 11th and it was delivered on the 15th. I sent two emails that were never followed up with and tried calling and had to leave a message, in which nobody ever returned! They say they’ll get back within 24 hours! And they blamed it on the courier, which makes no sense because they are the ones that delivered it, but they didn’t have the flowers sitting for days in their truck! For a company as large as they are, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and by worst, I mean they don’t have any!!

Well where do I start? Because of Covid we could not come to Edmonton to celebrate my neices 4th birthday so I thought we would send her something special. Well they did not call when they attempted to deliver the first time which was in the evening and they had my sisters phone number. No note was left on the door to say sorry we missed you. We were all very disappointed so I called the next day and asked why they didn't call or leave a note. I was told they would try the next day but actually now it was too late in the day so now this is day 3 of the original order date. I said I didn't want to pay for 3 day old merchandise. I was assured that everything would be replaced and fresh. I also wanted the order to be delivered by 3pm on the second try as its for my 4 year old neice who obviously doesn't stay up late. Well they did deliver the order the delivery person did not call as they were instructed to do banged on the door and took off before my sister could even reach the front door. I can't tell you the utter rage and disappointed I felt when my family sent me a photo. See attached. I tried calling to no avail and had to leave 2 messages. I received an email that said I would not get a refund because the product was delivered. Or get this.... I could have a store credit. Like WHY the heck would I want to order ANYTHING from them again. I would NOT recommend this company.

Bloomex stated they would resend out fresh flowers to replace them. they arrived 1 day late and were 1/2 dead from the cold. all the pink roses were dropping their petals. My best friend delivered her baby at 10pm in another province and I got the news shortly after. I quickly ordered her flowers and balloons from her local Bloomex to be delivered as a surprise to the Postpartum unit at the hospital the next morning. I was nervous they might not make it to her due to Covid restrictions at the hospital, and not knowing when she would be transferred from the birthing unit to the post Partum unit. No berries included with the alstroemeria bouquet which had been in the photo online but nice all the same. Flowers delivered more then a week after they were supposed to be. Apparently upgrading the order is supposed to make up for that, doesn’t really do much when you buy something for an occasion. On the phone I was told they can’t change addresses, on the chat once I got past the bot gatekeeper they weren’t able to do anything either. I would never use bloomex again unless I really didn’t care when or if the order actually arrived.

Horrible experience. Not only did they not Deliver the flowers on the day it was scheduled for, they did not take the time to email, call, or text to let me know when it will finally get delivered. I had to call them on the day of and the next day to continue on pushing for a delivery status update. It was In transit for 36 hours. The operator tried several attempts to get a hold of the driver and was not successful. The flowers were finally delivered a day later however it was a small bouquet and I had paid for a premium. Ordered for same day delivery and everything was going great. I got the email it was out in transit then the next email I got said they tried to deliver but no one answered and that they called the phone and no reply. For the recipient I put my phone number and I never got a call. The recipient was also home at the time and has a video doorbell and the delivery driver didn't attempt to deliver the arrangement at all. Unfortunately I had to call them and arrange for a delivery for tomorrow. When I was on the phone with the lady I tried to explain to her how the delivery wasn't attempted and all she could tell me was that they have it confirmed that it was out for transit earlier. I then asked to file a complaint and she doesn't tell me how to, it was silent on the phone for about a minute. So i ended up asking if she can transfer me or if I just have to email She replied and told me she can't transfer me at the moment. I thought that was odd. The entire time she was very cold, rude and unwelcoming. I asked for a refund and she said since they've tried to "deliver" she can't. I am very regretful choosing this company. I've already tired fixing the issue over the phone so i don't need a reply telling me to contact the company to resolve the issue.

First impression, GREAT SERVICE ! I was notified every step of the way to let me know the status of my order, right up to being delivered, even providing the name and phone number of the driver. I was expecting a vase in an open box containing the flowers but to my surprise, the flowers were wrapped in tissue and put in moistened green foam, the vase separate, along with food and a card - very impressed with that ! My reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because of the size of the arrangement. The picture is showing "deluxe", thought it may have been somewhat bigger but it still put a big smile on the recipients face.

Don’t ever buy flowers from Bloomex! I ordered a bouquet, the Enchanted Cottage. Bouquet is supposed to contain white roses and spray roses, lavender stock and waxflower, all beautifully arranged.. The bouquet that was received had red roses, pink and coral carnations, yellow and rust coloured flowers. See the attached photos 1st photo is what was received, 2nd photo is what was ordered. The bouquet that was received had less flowers than what I ordered. I ordered the supersized version of the bouquet. They also delivered it a day before it was supposed to be ordered. I wrote an email explaining how upset I was with the bouquet that was received by my mother-in-law for her 86th Birthday. I explained that the bouquet was not at all close to what I ordered and I mentioned about the delivery date mix up. I received an email back apologizing for the delivery date mix up and offered a &15 credit. Not one word was mentioned about the bouquet itself. NEVER EVER USE BLOOMEX for flower delivery! You will be sadly disappointed!

This is the second disappointing experience with Bloomex and their Sault Ste Marie, Ontario distributor. My daughter was very disappointed to receive a subpar, disjoiinted, and mixed up , half dead blooms with no artistic sense. Order # 3430824 I was simply embarrassed. As you can see the colours are disjointed and mismatched. The types of foliage were cheap and more filler than flowers.what blooms were in the bouquet looked half dead.. I will not make the mistake a third time . Disappointed and embarrassed are not words associated with receiving flowers usually which in fact spoiled my daughter birthday. Sadly, once again the arrangement that I ordered - a spring planter basket - was not available. I didn't see the email about this == it was 24 hours after the order was placed -- until it was too late to do anything about it. For $80 I ended up with a bunch of yellow flowers, pretty enough, but nothing at all as I'd requested. They could have at least substituted another kind of planter basket. Also, the "Chat" function was a waste of time. I had to change the delivery date, and ultimately had success with a helpful person on a telephone call.

The flowers were healthy but they were completely different flowers than the ones pictured on their site. There may have been the right number of stems but the bouquet I received was not shaped or as full as the one on the site. They “investigated” and decided their work was sufficient. Also, I received a note saying they’d left for delivery before noon, but didn’t receive them until after six o’clock. Had they helped, I would have reordered. Unfortunately, they weren’t willing to do anything for customer satisfaction.

This service was terrible. I thought the website looked like a scam site and was hesitant to order. My order was delayed by a day. I called to cancel because I would no longer be at the delivery address. Customer service convinced me to not cancel and just deliver to my other address instead. The order never arrived. I called again to cancel everything and just get my refund. I was informed that they cannot do refunds. This was extremely disappointing since I did not receive a product. Customer service said they would send an upgraded bouquet to my new address which I confirmed with them over the phone twice via separate calls, and via email, and on the online order form.....they delivered the upgraded bouquet to the initial address instead. Terrible experience from start to finish. Customer service was unable to rectify the problems or follow through with their suggested solutions.

The girl who help me with my order was very good. The delivery was horrendous, they didn't knock at the door, they didn't phone the recipients , the little envelope with food was missing. They left the flowers at the door for more than 6 hours. Some of the white flowers were already brown. Disappointed !!!!!

I had an unfortunate experience with a "substitution" from Bloomex after placing an order online for my MIL's birthday. You can see what was ordered (hydrangeas in a mason jar that actually works with the scale of the arrangement) vs. what was delivered (assorted roses in the same mason jar). No mention of a substitution was brought to my attention prior to delivery. The response from customer service - a discount on a future order - was less than satisfactory. I'll be ensuring I work directly with a local florist in the city where the arrangement is to be delivered going forwards, because important details like this poor choice of flower substitution seem to get overlooked when you're working with a middleman like Bloomex.

I was debating between this florist and another company. Decided to give Bloomex a chance. I placed an order and enter a promo code for 20% off I saw my total and it was correct. However as a placed my payment and checked out I received an email with my receipt and the 20% discount was not applied. Called customer service and they said they will get back to me. Hours later I receive a email that they can’t apply the promo discount. And because it’s more then an hour from placing my order I can’t cancel now.I have to say I’m disappointed they should have just cancelled my order when I first called in and told me to reorder or just simply apply the coupon to keep a new customer happy.

Terrible experience. I am never one to write reviews but this is not acceptable. I ordered 3 separate deliveries for Mother’s Day 2020 the flowers the recipients received were nothing as the photo or description in the site. Yes I do understand that sometimes flowers have to be substituted and the arrangements may not be exactly as shown but to be 100% different and have none of the flowers you order is not right, for one you choose these arrangement because of the flowers they are supposed to contain having one different flower is ok sure and colours. And the worst part is the flowers I ordered for one of the recipients was dead less then 24 hours later ( I have photos to prove this) and when I contacted bloomex all I got offered was 20 store credit no apology, how can you as a company be ok with sending out flowers that die the less then 24 hours after delivery? Worst experience with flower delivery! I've tried Bloomex twice and both times have been very disappointed with the service. They don't deliver the flowers as advertised, delivery was late and they didn't charge me appropriately. Please do not waste your time or your money. The flowers that were delivered could have been bought at Walmart for much less. UPDATE: I contacted their customer support team and they refused to provide any type of resolution for this horrible experience. I showed them that they did not deliver the arrangement per their policy, but they have still replied that they can't do anything to help. It looks like they send this generic response out to anyone who gives a negative review to appear concerned but don't actually do anything. You can keep your $15 credit because I will not be ordering from this service again.

What I chose for my good friend's Birthday bouquet was suppose to contain roses, lilies, hydrangea, daisies and gerbera, no greenery and over 18 blooms with more in the back, the bouquet in the photo was too full for me to count them . Instead what she received was spares, half greenery and only 13 blooms. NO roses, NO lilies, No hydrangea, No daisies and NO gerbera!! Carnations...the last thing I would offer and another flower I don't know. I felt very badly for my friend and after writing to ask for the real bouquet to be sent, I was offered this 5$. Using this company was a nightmare. I wish I never googled them. I would not recommend this company. Extremely unhappy with the whole process. I had to chase them for the flowers every day for a week and got no where. Finally they actually arrived and it looked like my 5year old picked the flowers and the balloon was missing. There was chocolate substituted I was told they were going to do a complimentary upgrade so adding more flowers or chocolates. I would have saved time and tonnes of headache and money If I would have asked her husband to go grab flowers from Costco and they would have been way nicer and a third of the cost. Order No. 3527398 This is my first order with Bloomex. Their website looks good and their online order is nice and user friendly. It is easy to order and delivery was made in the morning of the following day. I was impressed with their track order system, they gave notification and updates on the order status. The receiver told me the driver who delivered the flowers was nice and helpful. I ordered a gift packaging which is beautiful, and the flowers look fresh. The only comment I did not rate it high is the flowers actually delivered look different compared to the image on the website. Not only the bunch size was much smaller, some of the flower types were different. It failed to meet customer’s expectation on what they have ordered. I found a lot of reviews have similar comments on this, so I suggest Bloomex should find ways to improve this. Bloomex should indicate the size shown on the image belong to which type - Regular/ Delux/Supersize on their website so that customers can expect what they should order.

The flowers I ordered from the Toronto location were delivered but did not look anything as pictured and lasted one day. It was extremely embarrassing to find out what they looked like when I visited the gift receiver to see the flowers. When I reached out to customer service they said there was nothing they could do. I was one day late in letting them know. Over the past week, I received an offer from customer service Edmonton location with an apology and a store credit for a future purchase. While this is a nice gesture, I am not able to use that as I will not be using Bloomex again.

Bloomex delivered as promised however, I was embarrassed that my gift recipient got a Christmas centerpiece that was created with wilted & tinged brown roses! Also, the centerpiece was not as full as advertised. I reached out to customer service after Christmas, with photos, but was told there wasn’t anything that they can do because they were not notified within 24 hours upon receipt. Really? You’d think that Bloomex would make an exception during The Christmas season, as it’s one of the busiest holidays for most of us, myself included. The last thing on my mind would be to file a complaint.

Well what can I say. 1st time ordering they delivered DEAD flowers because the flowers sat in the truck for 4 days in November. So silly me wanted to give them another try. I ordered a basket with 3-4 small plants so my friend can put them around her dad's gravesite. Instead they received the picture below. Do not order flowers from them!!! I ordered the 'Pink & Red delight' but what I received is a totally different product. As well I paid the super-sized option. Ended up paying close to $100 for that scam that I can't even call a bouquet( vase not included)... pictures included of what it should be on the website and what the SuperSize bouquet looks like when it is getting delivered. Update: I emailed their customer service and here is the response: "Our florist informed us that they ran out of stock of requested flowers at the moment of preparing the order. We tried to send your order with partnered florists but their prices are higher and they do not carry our specials. We had to substitute your order not to cause a delay and ensure Yana receives your gift. Substitutions are sometimes made if our florist does not have a specific flower type. We ensure every step is taken to create an exceptional gift of equal value. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we were able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy." According to them this is a good flower arrangement...They offered me $20 dollars credit for next purchase...funny... Good luck running scam business, but I am not gonna order from those scammers again. Too bad I could not give them 0 stars!!!

I ordered 5 Christmas arrangements for our school admin assistants. I clearly indicated delivery by 2pm on Tuesday Dec 21 as one of our admin assistants is retiring and today was her last day. The delivery didn’t come. I could not reach anyone on the phone so I used the live chat on the website. They apologized and said it would be delivered the following day. However when I arrived home at 7pm I received an email notification that the flowers were delivered. However the school is locked! I phoned our custodians who looked at each school door and there is no delivery. Now I still can’t get a hold of anyone to find out where the flowers are. And tomorrow is our last day. We spent hundreds of dollars on these arrangements. This is the worst service ever. Never order from Bloomex!

One star because Happy with the delivery time! Ordered 5 gift baskets for my employees and all were ordered for the same size. Where as I received 2 baskets of different size and 3 of different size. How am I gonna differentiate between my employees with different sizes of the baskets. Another things when received baskets were stacked on each other and clearly cellophane wrap and flower ribbon is crushed - destroyed for 4 baskets. Clearly there should be a way to pack/ stack the stuff for delivery if it’s more than 2 baskets. We were actually impressed with the service on phone and thought from next year we will order the bulk corporate order from here only. I would never order again and do not recommend to anybody if ordering in bulk.

We wish we read reviews prior to ordering from this company. Please be very careful as many people posted the same issues we had. Bloomex substituted a Christmas wicker basket planter with a pointsettia, ribbon, red decorative balls, pinecones ivy and other green plants for a plain white oblong bowl with 2 small plants (one anthurium and another small green plant). There were no other decorations with it whatsover and no Christmas theme. They considered this an acceptable substitution. This was a gift and the whole point was the Christmas themed plant. Customer service will only provide a $20 credit on future orders. Who would be foolish enough to try this a second time? They bribe customers with a $5 credit to write a review before the plants arrive and when they do, the customer is left with the disappointment and feeling like they were scammed. They state the automatic substitution policy and do not contact the customer for permission to substitute. This is a disgrace!

I was thrilled with the Gourmet I I basket that Bloomex delivered to my brother for his 50 th! They put more than I expected in the basket. My disappointment with this company was their virtual chat. I had a few questions and the virtual chat never answered them. Also my computer found me some coupons through honey so the total that was displayed was different than the total I was emailed. When I inquired why, they said Bloomex doesn’t accept honey coupons. So I thought I was paying less than I actually paid.

Ordered the "Sweetheart Collection 2" where the picture shows about 19 red roses/carnation combination with several white flowers as well. Hard to say if there was more on the backside from the picture. My flowers came with 3 Red roses/3 Red carnations/3 stems of white flowers each having 3-4 offshoot buds on them. Definitely not what was advertised in the pictures Was contacted by Bloomex and have straightened out the confusion. Compensation offered and accepted and will use on future order

I ordered the attached flowers for my wife expecting for her to have a nice surprise. I was expecting a similar arrangement as the photo online and was expecting same day delivery before 6pm as I paid the additional delivery fee to have this done but they arrived after 8PM instead. I did not want to be home when they arrived. Instead she received the attached photo of limp flowers that appear to be dead and have no colour. She took them out of the box and laughed at them. This was not what I was expecting as I have ordered from you in the past and they were great. I paid extra to make it delux as well. I would hate to see what the non delux version looks like. I also paid to have a balloon that looks like the attached balloon. Instead it was a balloon with no writing on it at all that arrived. This is just not right. The photos look nothing like the real thing or even close for that matter. Please provide me with a full refund for this

The bouquet advertised on the website does not look like the one that actually gets delivered. I paid to upgrade to a "deluxe" bouquet and what we received was a tiny bouquet about the size of a small hairbrush. There were 2 small roses, which weren't the colour in the photo. I paid $65 for this bouqet for my sister's birthday, and her friend got her a bouquet from Sobey's for $25 and it was twice as big.

I am very disappointed in the flowers sent to my aunt for her 94th birthday. I had ordered a bouquet of cut flowers and, instead, she received a wicker basket with some kalanchoes planted in it. If I had wanted plants I would have ordered plants. On complaining l, I was told that the vendor Bloomex dealt with had no cut flowers and that they reserve the right to substitute the arrangement. They could, at the very least, have consulted me first. My aunt lives in LTC and is unable to care for plants. I will never recommend Bloomex and will never order from them again. If I could have rated them no stars I would have. It’s interesting too that they tout a “sale” and then charge $14.99 for delivery.

I wanted to give NO stars! Ordered upgrade and received 2 doz roses with no lilies or added greenery. See the difference of what I expected as a funeral arrangement on the left and what was delivered on the right. Oh, and if you aren't happy you only have 24 hours after delivery to notify Bloomex. So if you are not able to see the delivery in that timeframe for yourself, you better ask for the recipient to take a picture right away and send it to you. Bloomex won't even consider any type of discount. Will never use or recommend them again!

Do not order frim this company. This was the worse experience I have ever had with ordering flowers. The arrangement I received was not at all what was advertised. Flowers came in a box, mixed in with the vase and teddy bear. Everything swished together. Person I sent it to had to assemble the arrangement herself. Flowers were completely damaged and dead. Teddy bear wearing their logo. Everything is very cheap. Card is printed on paper. Not an actual card. Customer service was terrible when requesting a refund on horrible product.. very disappointed. These are what they looked like the next day. The owner says below that you can contact customer service and they will respond within 24 hours. Honestly, the worst. I ordered flowers from my location in Edmonton to be delivered to my mom for her birthday yesterday in the Toronto area. After waiting until the end of the delivery window and finding out they never arrived, I used their online customer service bot, which gave me the tracking info, only to find out they had a sorting error in the morning. They never contacted me to let me know my flowers wouldn't arrive on the day I paid for. I emailed customer service and I haven't heard anything back. The flowers arrived today, in a broken beat up box, no knock or doorbell ring, with broken carnations and browned edged roses. The best they could do was offer me a $15 credit on my next order. The lack of customer service, inconsistency with bouquets and poor quality flowers, not to mention unreliable delivery is a complete disaster. I don't know what is up with their operations but its such a joke. I love sending flowers whenever I can but I will NEVER be using this company again.

I ordered a set of 12 assorted roses for my son’s wedding anniversary but instead I received all red roses. I did not receive what I ordered. I was expecting everything as per the picture shown on the website. The greeting card also was not an actual card but just a plain paper with the message, not to talk of the vase, totally not there. This company is terrible. They took my order, charged my credit card and then delivered frozen (ruined) flowers to a warehouse 5 hours away from the funeral location. They refuse to refund my money stating it isn't their policy to refund money once the order "has been confirmed, prepared, and sent out for delivery". They are correct, I did confirm the order. I assume they prepared the flowers, so again, not disputing that fact. Where they screwed up was the DELIVERY of the flowers. I recommend NOT ordering from this business if you actually want your flowers delivered to the right place. (Please note that I'm only giving them one star because I can't post otherwise. They deserve 0 stars, but unfortunately this isn't an option.

Good price. The flowers could not be delivered to the area we wanted on the day we had opted for, so we received an email saying that they would be delivered after the weekend. Was not a problem for us, as it was a thank you package and didn't need to arrive on a specific date. Mother-in-law loved the flowers. Bloomex said they would upgrade the flowers because of the change of date, but didn't specify what that meant, so not sure if anything happened with that.

The worst so called flower arrangement I have ever had sent to someone. I was actually embarrassed when I saw what they had sent out, it was more like a DIY project, with flowers that were damaged and others that were so dried out they crumbled. Tried to contact customer service, but it's basically impossible to speak with someone unless you want to place an order, then they are more than happy to speak with you. Seems like email is the only way to deal with them, if they so choose to return your email. They have refused to refund my purchase saying they can only do an in-store credit (as if I ever plan to deal with them again, I certainly would never) so its basically useless. I highly recommend if you need flowers delivered, GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Order number was 3468011

The website was super easy to use and the prices are amazing! I’d recommend placing your order a couple days in advance to save more money on delivery as same day delivery cost me $20, but overall there were no hurdles in placing my order.
